She got our photos back to us exactly when she said she would. We got a 24 hour sneak peak and the rest within 6 weeks. A fine art album was a part of our package and although it took me months after the wedding to make a list of photos for it, she was still quick to respond to my emails and prompt in getting it made. We received the book in the mail the same week! It was carefully packaged and oh my goodness did it exceed every expectation I had. Absolutely beautiful photo book that looks and feels high quality.
