e me feel completely at ease about my makeup and hair for the day of the wedding. They did hair and makeup for myself and 8 of my bridesmaids. We all felt so gorgeous! My hair and makeup lasted the entirety of the night and photographed perfectly. Val and Heather are a dream team as they are hysterical and super relaxed. ay was very flexible and very quick getting back to me which is huge! At the trial I first met Heather from Lyndsay's team and found out she would be doing my hair the day of the wedding. I am a very indecisive person but Heather was able to take my many inspo pictures and honestly combine them all to create my dream look. Also she let me in on the secret that most of the Pinterest pictures we love and adore contain extensions! Lyndsay's studio was a one-stop shop extensions, beautiful hair, and beautiful makeup! For someone that hardly ever wears makeup I was slightly intimidated by having it professionally done, but Lyndsay calmed my nerves. On the day of the wedding it was a well oiled machine everyone worked together to stay on track and get my large bridal party done in time and looking flawless. Everyone loved their hair and makeup, and the pictures are breathtaking. I truly felt like a princess and got countless compliments even to this day! r the getting ready schedule for you so you don't have to worry. I would highly suggest letting them do that because they know best!! I had myself, along with 9 bridesmaids and a MOG. There were the lead hair and make up artists, Kelly and Lyndsay, along with 2 assistants which was perfect. I loved that she allots for 6 hours of getting ready time so you don't feel like its ALLLL day long. The experience is truly premium with hand massages, face masks and a lot of fun. Not to mention all 9 of my bridesmaids were SUPER happy with their hair and make up which I know is not always the case. I was also over the moon with my look and had a great experience with the trial as well. Lyndsay listened to everything I wanted and made it come to life. I highly suggest using her company for your wedding!

The bridesmaids had a blast and felt pampered by the whole team (Kelly, Eliza, Steph and Sinn). They even brought hydrating face masks that they applied before the girls and I had our makeup done, and gave up lip touch up kits for later in the day. When the sprinkler system in our hotel room went off mid hair/makeup (nightmare!), they sprung to action and saved the day. The whole team stayed late, relocated, and made sure we all looked fabulous and got to the ceremony on time. They truly truly were so flexible, supportive and amazing on my wedding day. Me and my girls looked great, and the makeup and hair stayed looking fresh all day and night. I would recommend Lyndsay Simon Beauty 100%!!!!

r note about lead up/communication is that everything is done via a portal rather than simply emailing; a bit of a pain but not a huge deal. We had a large group getting ready and their team was able to accommodate and make sure it wasn’t too long of a day. We had Kelly on hair and Jackie on makeup, and Yomi & Steph also came along to help too. Everyone's hair & makeup came out so beautifully. On top of that, they are all SO nice and friendly and were so fun to have with us that day. Definitely recommend!

As a result I've always been nervous that the reality wouldn't live up to my expectation. To say Lyndsay and her team blew past my wildest dreams is a vast understatement. For my bridal look, they both only needed one shot during my trial to nail what I wanted, and the day of the wedding they were extremely familiar with what we had practiced and mimicked it perfectly.

rtbeat. Unfortunately several things did not go well in the lead up to the wedding. If you are a detail oriented and proactive planner bride, I would look elsewhere. -I had two no-shows / last-minute cancellations by artists, one for my trial and one for my actual wedding. My make up artist apparently had COVID twice in a span of a few months.. once in May for my trial and again in July for the wedding… Both cancellations were last minute (which I fully appreciate is the nature of COVID, but I am left questioning if both of these were real…) You have to go to the studio for the trial. Their studio is in Boston which is not local for me - several hours away - and I had an early trial on Sunday, so we drove up on Saturday to stay the night. I received word about cancellation at 10pm that night when we were already in the hotel getting ready for bed. I then had to take another day off of work and trek up to Boston again to redo the trial. The second cancellation happened on Thursday right before my Saturday wedding. I am not a “makeup person” and have super sensitive skin and was very nervous about the whole process. None of those notes got passed to the new artist who ended up attending my wedding day. Again - it ultimately was fine!! - but an incredibly frustrating lead up. -Difficulties with bridal party scheduling. LSB refuses to discuss scheduling with you until 2 weeks out. I asked a few times but they would not budge. When they finally made the schedule two weeks out there were several mistakes so I ended up re-doing it and going off of my own schedule on the day-of anyway. -Difficulties with communication. LSB only communicates through their portal which requires a link and a log on every time. You can’t simply email, call, or text as you can with all other wedding vendors (in my experience) - There we’re a couple times when I had to wait a several days for a response, meanwhile I would see LSB posting constantly on her instagram. Again - frustrating and unlike the prompt responses I received from all other vendors.

I highly recommend as we both decided we wanted something different than we originally thought. They were efficient the day of and made the whole process really fun for all the bridesmaids and me. One of my bridesmaids has special needs and Sara and Lyndsay both worked so well with her - everyone looked stunning! Highly recommend to anyone seeking hair and makeup. The absolute best team of ladies.

ended up changing how I wanted my hair from what we did at my trial and Kelly did such a beautiful job. I was so so happy with the final look!! My mom, MOH, and two of my friends also had their hair and make up done. Not only did they all look stunning, we all agreed that Lyndsay and Kelly brought such a fun energy to getting ready! They were so great with the little flower girls as well, who were only 2-5 years old and don’t easily sit still for very long. I can’t thank Amy and Eliza enough for making me look and feel so beautiful on my wedding day. They are truly so talented, and such a pleasure to spend the day with. My hair and makeup turned out exactly as I had dreamed it would, and it still looked just as perfect by the end of the night. Even after our ceremony on the beach and photos everyone’s hair looked absolutely perfect . ( I even had my hair all down which I was concerned about !) Val did the whole teams makeup and everyone looked like the most beautiful elevated version of themselves . She was so easy to talk to , funny , and absolutely talented . ( she also finished 1 hour ahead of schedule with tons of times for touch up’s !) Everyone had such a good time working with her and everyone’s mu lasted the whole night . Sinn the makeup assistant was an angel sent from above . So kind and sweet . My bridesmaids and I wish we could have this awesome group help us get ready every day . Lyndsay the owner is also an amazing business owner . She was responsive and accommodating from the start and was also so kind when I met her during my trial . Taylor, my hair stylist, was incredible, and I loved my hair. She even taught me and a MOH how to insert (and take out) the veil, and helped us practice. Overall, I am so happy I booked Lyndsay Simon beauty. The team was flexible (we had some last minute additions) and organized - we stayed on schedule the entire time. Between her and her partner, they were able to doll up myself, nine girls, both mothers, and get us out the door on time…while still allowing for a few dance parties and mimosas. I should also mention my makeup not only lasted through an entire night of happy tears and dance sweat, but into the next day (because yes, I fell asleep with my makeup on…it was a long day!) If you are even thinking about booking her, DO IT- or you won’t have the chance because someone else will!

My bridal hair and makeup was beautiful beyond my wildest dreams and she even provided a touch up kit to ensure everything lasted for 12+ hours. Her team kept everyone on schedule without being too pushy and brought soothing face masks to ensure the entire bridal party started off the day with a little bit of pampering. Additionally, she continued to coordinate with us throughout postponing and rescheduling our 2020 wedding and was incredibly responsive and understanding when we were scrambling to find a new wedding date.

They helped us make tik toks, helped us safety pin everything ,even helped me put my dress on.. they were wedding all-stars. They day-of went by so fast! They had a lot of humans to juggle and they did a wonderful job. Everyone looked fantastic and they nailed making all of us look cohesive while having different hair looks that fit each personality. They even did a lil' somethin' somethin' to my husband's hair which made him feel next level and it really showed he was feeling it in the pictures (it's not all about the bride IMO so make sure you let him feel special too!)
