M+M Wedding Photography is a husband + wife, Chicago wedding photography team of Ryan + Sarah. Since 2008, we've enjoyed working closely together, and with each of our couples, providing combined elements of photojournalism, editorial style, high-impact, creative + dramatic wedding photography.
Our favorite weddings include outdoor ceremonies, scenic elopements, destinations, unique historic or loft venues & working with creative couples who share a passion for photography along side us.
A few of our inspirations include art, fashion + beauty, as well as the objects, light & color of the natural environment. As avid lovers of the outdoors + architecture, we typically incorporate into each into our wedding photography to provide a “sense of place” and depth of field within the composition.

ections really stood out from the rest. Not only do they work great together to achieve the perfect lighting, angles, and backdrop, they also do wonderfully solo with their own points of view. They captured twice the moments and twice the memories during several important parts of our wedding day. They went above and beyond with my photo requests - staging a Christmas card photo during the wedding night as well as sunset photos during the perfect time in the sky. We will forever cherish these lovely images, thank you Sarah and Ryan!

My husband and I were floored when both our engagement and wedding pictures came back. They were stunning. We could not believe all the moments she captured and how incredible the pictures turned out. They takes TONS of pictures at our wedding and do not miss anything!
They truly care very much about getting the best shots and work with you. Sarah is very organized,communication was a breeze, and made the day flow with a timeline! One of the only things I cared a lot about for the wedding was having a quality photographer they were wonderful!

ganized, communication was a breeze. Our cinematographers were a bit challenging but they were able to work it out with them. Pictures came out great and their style is unique and modern. Great working with them and highly recommend them! One down side is the package does not include a printed photo album, which we can easily make our own.
They did our engagement photos, which we loved, and then our wedding. there were so many beautiful shots. They have great ideas for shots that aren't just the traditional shots.

ah and Ryan use special lighting to enhance the quality of each shoot. While they weren't thrilled that we were not doing a "first look" (most photographers aren't), they did try and accommodate us on our wedding day. We chose day after photos instead of engagements and those were really fun! They lack a bit of fluffy friendliness initially, but their work is worth it and they do ease up as you work with them. Definitely recommend!
