ight video and raw footage. We specifically made signs asking guests to unplug and enjoy because we knew the special moments were being captured. So when we were told months later that the footage was corrupted and there was nothing we could do we were devastated. No guests had videos of the speeches or dances or ceremony. We have a high light reel but there’s music over it and you can hear what’s being said. We were not refunded a single dollar despite this horrible mistake. Our memories are gone we’re heartbroken. It’s impossible to look at the 6 mins we did get with any excitement. They did not even attempt to make this right.
