I am so thankful we happened to come across Mackenzie Smith Events! Jamee was top-notch. I immediately felt comfortable putting my special day into her hands. She went above and beyond to make our whirlwind of a day as smooth as possible. From the beginning she settled all of my worries and nerves, taking the heat of the day and allowing me to enjoy it! She made all of my ideas come true when it came to planning, decorating, and layout. Handling all the “minor” hiccups like a total boss! Her partner continued to check on us throughout the evening, and ran any favors we might of needed. I really can’t imagine doing the day without these two. They were willing to do anything to help us months leading up to the wedding and even after! Jamee even went back to the venue about two weeks after when some important wedding items were accidentally left, and mailed them back to me! I couldn’t be happier that we chose to go with Jamee and her partner! Thank you for everything, so much love to the both of you!!

We are a few months away from the wedding and I am amazed at how smooth Jamee had made the process! She has made decisions less stressful and the entire process has been enjoyable and memorable—planning a wedding should be a positive part of the process and Jamee is making that happen for us!

Jamee and her team at MSE are incredible! She helped us to coordinate an out-of-state elopement and a reception here in Athens; our wedding and reception were even better than we could have imagined, thanks to all of her hard work!

Jamee with Mackenzie Smith Events is incredible! It was important to me and my fiancé to lock in a wedding coordinator at the very beginning of our wedding planning process. From the beginning, Jamee was an incredible resource - and friend! She offered suggestions, recommendations, referrals - anything we needed as we worked through the planning process. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Jamee was my 'calm in the storm' - helping to solve any last-minute issues that came up and constantly reassuring me our day would go smoothly. The weekend of the wedding, Jamee and her team was everything we needed and more! She was calm and collected and solved any issues that came up so we could enjoy our day! This included wrangling and coordinating all vendors, handling an 18-person wedding party + 11 flowergirls/ring bearer, 5 shuttles, 150 guests.. no small feat! If anything went wrong on our big day - we had no idea. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we could not have done it without Jamee! My only regret is not just hiring her to plan the whole thing :) I cannot recommend her enough - thank you, Jamee!

Literally was the best choice in all my wedding decisions. She was there for me through the highs and lows and helped catch all the little details I never thought about. Also handled my very challenging family with grace but was firm when needed and always checked with me. Could not say enough good things!!

Jamee is very passionate about her work and it shows! Our son got married this year. We reached out to Jamee to plan the rehearsal dinner. She is easy to work with. Very detailed, and organized. Stayed on top of the venue, menu and decor. When Jamee takes on a “task”, she takes ownership and will exceed you expectations. A pleasure to work with and would recommend her for any event you may be having. We have another wedding coming up and will definitely use Jamee!

Jamee is wonderful! If you think you may not need a wedding coordinator, think again because Jamee thinks about every detail and works magic to organize everything and everyone. She keeps the day running smoothly. She listens to you and goes above and beyond to make everything beautiful and better than you imagined! She has a fantastic team that pulls together to do florals, decorations, and so much more!
