Amazing!!! Kristen was so very helpful and professional throughout planning and wedding day. She worked with me to find a new date after being postponed because of COVID-19, helped create a timeline of the day, and establish what photos were most important to us.

We could not have asked for a more perfect photographer for our wedding! Kristin was professional, organized and so great to work with. She was calming and just made it all feel easy, we were thankful to have her there that day. Thank you Kristin for capturing the magic of our wedding day in your beautiful photos!

Kristin and Chris took care of us through the whole wedding process. Kristin made sure that we got the perfect snowy day for our engagement photos - going above and beyond to make sure we had plenty of great pictures for our save the dates! We were beyond excited when we saw all the pictures, they captured our personality and Kristin made sure we had fun despite being a freezing day! When it came time for our wedding, Kristin and Chris again came through again 100%. They made sure we didn't have to worry about anything, which made the day more enjoyable. The wedding day felt like a blur, but I'm so happy we have all these amazing pictures to look back on that captured the day beautifully! We even used the wedding album as gifts for Christmas! There are not enough words to express how wonderful and fun it was to work with Kristin and Chris! We had both our engagement photos and wedding shot by them. Planning beforehand what shots we wanted, and what family members and friends we wanted to include, was easy as we were able to submit everything online to Kristin! We enjoyed working with them, and they made it so easy to relax and enjoy our day! My husband and I only had a few specific shots in mind, but thankfully Kristin had suggested some sunset shots outside, and I am so glad she did! I definitely recommend doing the first look, whether it be with your future husband or father, it was a moment that was important to me to capture and now we have many beautiful and natural photos of that, thanks to Kristin and Chris!

Kristin and Chris were so pleasant to work with, I couldn't have asked for better photographers. Not only were the photos amazing, but both individuals were fantastic to work with. Even though I have never met either one of them before the wedding day, if I didn't know any better, I would have thought we were old friends. Their disposition was wonderful and such a joy to work with that this helped make the day even more spectacular. I had so many comments at the reception about both of these talented photographers. They captured every moment I asked for and so much more. In the future, if I ever need a photographer, I will not perform hours of research, but will instead ask Kristin and Chris before asking any one else. Kristin and Chris were both super professional and very kind. They were able to capture little details and moments that I didn’t notice on my wedding day. We got our pictures back within 1.5 months of our wedding and received a cute customized package with prints and the usb. We are so thankful for the Macklers!

Kristin and Chris were wonderful to work with! Our wedding day flew by and we would have forgotten about all of the details if it hadn't been for their photos. Kristin and Chris arrived at the venue early to scope out the area and provide us with a few options for our one-on-one photo shoot. They even stayed late to allow us to do some experimental nighttime photography -- they were willing to try anything! When it came time for them to send us the USB drive with all of our photos saved on there, they packaged up the box as if it was a present -- it was so cute! Kristin and Chris are AMAZING -- we loved having them photograph our special day! If you're looking for a fun and energetic photography duo, MacklerMedia is your best option!

Mackler media has been a huge part of our family. For each milestone, we always go to them first, we have a photo taken by them, and we're forever grateful. We first used their services for our engagement ceremony, which was quite unique and different from what other photographers are used to shooting. They nailed it, moving in and out seamlessly, interacting graciously with our family and friends. We also booked them to shoot our maternity photos, as well as our newborn photos. The photos were phenomenal and were delivered quickly in beautiful packaging. Kristin and Chris are truly professionals, this isn't just a hobby for them. They are working with excellent equipment, and are so calm, and knowledgable. They're also a good team, which is instantly noticeable, making things easier, more seamless. Lastly, on a personal note: I'm a really shy person in front of the camera. I don't know how to pose, life my knee to make me look thin or which side is my best. I did not have to worry, or really talk about it much because Kristin looks for your best side and gets in there to find your best angle. She really wants you to look good and to ultimately be happy. That is an incredible photographer. (p.s. My favorite picture taken by Mackler media is of myself nursing my little one in a botanical garden on a really hot and sweaty day) book these two, they're amazing!!!

I should start this off by saying I'm a little biased because I've known Kristin and Chris for over a decade now, but their work really does speak for itself. I was super excited when they agreed to shoot our engagement photos, and the experience did not disappoint! My fiance is NOT comfortable in front of the camera, but they were able to put him at ease and get some amazing shots. I can't wait to see the final product!

I can’t say more positive things about the Mackler’s! What an incredible experience. Matt and I have never really gotten our photos professionally taken, unless you count senior year! But Kristin made this process so effortless. She was extremely professional but just overall sweet and so friendly. Her vibe and energy is what made our engagement photos and wedding day pictures so great! She was organized and had everything coordinated very smoothly. The wedding day can be super stressful Kristin and her husband made us feel comfortable and at ease. We had so much fun! My face was hurting from smiling and laughing so much. We would highly highly recommend the Mackler’s. Kristin’s attention to detail is superb and comes across in her photos. They made such a special day for us memorable forever! Then the most exciting part getting our photos. They arrived in a custom box with our picture on it some prints inside and a beautiful wood USB! I was not expecting this at all. It took my breath away and made us so happy! A wonderful experience!

Our entire experience with Kristin has been amazing. We couldn’t be happier. MacklerMedia has definitely been our favorite wedding vendor!! Before meeting Kristin we looked at serval photographers, let’s say weeks of searching. We met MacklerMedia at a wedding expo and knew by their pictures and display that they were exactly what we were looking for. Kristin paid attention to all our details and requests. Our engagement photos turned out perfect and looked beautiful on a display at our wedding. She is so sweet and really cares. During our engagement shoot I said I wanted I a picture with the Old Town Alexandria Trolley and near the end of our shoot she literally ran with us to capture that photo which is flawless looks like it came from a movie. Our wedding photos were perfect too she didn’t miss one detail of our wedding. Even with all the craziness of a wedding we were able to get beautiful perfect wedding photos. You can’t go wrong with MackelerMedia. I am truly thankful we found them. Not only did they capture the most special day our lives but we felt like we gained a friend.

Me and my husband really enjoyed working with Kristin and her husband. They are very perfessional and flexible. They went through our wedding schedule in advance, make sure they covered all the important moments we asked for, and did a great job for taking a long exposure shot with firework! I really like the way they captured the most natural moment of the wedding, every time I look at the photo, I could remember the moment and the happen feeling I had. Highly recommended!

We found Kristin and her husband, Chris, at a bridal expo and fell in love with their pictures! We were nervous for our engagement photo shoot, but Kristin made us feel comfortable with her calm and cool personality. We weren't sure how to pose without looking too posed, but Kristin guided us carefully to make us feel and look more relaxed and natural. It was amazing watching her work as well; she really has a passion for photography! Kristin had several visions for us and got excited about the shots she was taking, which made it fun for us! And the pictures came out so beautifully! The style was exactly what we were looking for. We can't wait to see her work her magic on our big day!

Kristin and Mackler Media were awesome. We met them at the very first bridal show we attended and should have booked then. They were so personable. My daughter and son-in-law talked to other photographers but by far Kristin and her husband are the best. Prices are reasonable but most of all you want someone who works well with everyone, is kind and patient and embraces your ideas. They also took SOOOO MANY pictures which has really been a joy to look back and remember all the little details of the day that you miss because of all the excitement. I can never say thank you enough for your kindness and capturing the moments that day for our family.

Kristen and Chris were amazing! From our first meeting, to the day of the wedding, and even after the wedding they had clear communication and met all our wants and wishes. They were willing to work with us when we wanted to have props and our pets in the photos and they all turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Our engagement session was at the college where we met and it was very laid back and we laughed the whole time. The day of our wedding they had a plan and even got there early to scout out areas to take pictures. We would grab them and ask for pictures all throughout the night and again they got amazing pictures of us and our 3 hyper puppies! We also asked them to get sunset pictures and they are gorgeous! I have nothing but good things to say about them both, we were able to see things we missed and relive the best night of our lives through amazing pictures.

I utilized MacklerMedia for my engagement photo shoot. Kristin and Chris were both there for my engagement photos and made my husband and I feel beyond comfortable. We were able to pick locations and a few different outfits, but I wasn't really sure where I wanted to go, so Kristin really did her research on great locations. She traveled to a city she doesn't live in but was still able to find the perfect location for our shoot. I had shared some ideas I had but didn't have many ideas. Kristin and Chris had a way of finding how to make my husband and I feel completely natural and like we were just hanging out together, rather than having our picture taken. The experience of working with Kristin and Chris is the beyond amazing. They are punctual with their email and responses. They also let you know the the timeline to expect things, and than FOLLOW IT! They both ensure that they get a sense of who you are and capture it on camera. The photos MacklerMedia have blessed us with are all fabulous. My only regret is that they didn't take my wedding photos as well!
