do not use him - he's not honest with his prices and will hold your pictures as a ransom until you pay an obscene amount of money.
Do not recommend. We were in a pinch and hired Stephen. He is very chaotic to work with. He references other people who work for him, but we never actually communicated with them. ...
We would get emails from “Kristen” but it was from his own email address. When anything would go wrong he’d blame it on them. 99% sure they don’t exist.
As for the wedding day, my family thought he was very rushed and short with them. I wasn’t sure if we got all the photos we needed.
We got our digital photos via an website and they all had a “proof” cover. We asked how we could get the photos without them. He said we had to pay an additional $800 for them. This was never stated in our contract. We fought back a little bit, but ultimately paid the money just to get our photos. In order to see our photos we have to logon to an extremely user-unfriendly website. It’s honestly awful. There’s no way to download the photos to my computer, so in order to save a single photo, I have to logon on my phone and screen shot the picture. When I print them they come out blurry.
Our contract included five 5x7 prints and a 30 photo picture album. We had to send about 10 emails to finally get a response about where our prints were. Stephen told us they were sent and must’ve gotten “lost in the mail”. We finally received our prints in the mail in December, five months after our wedding.
As for the photo album, we are still waiting on that nine months later. We have sent him numerous emails with little response. I honestly don’t expect we will ever receive the albums. Must be “Kristen’s” fault.
Save yourself the troubles and find someone else!!
Stephen was our photographer for our wedding earlier this summer and we couldn't be happier with our choice. He was friendly, reassuring and entertaining but also knew exactly how ...
to capture the best shot and made sure everyone in a photo was in exactly the right positions - including my rather unruly groomsmen! He went above and beyond to capture moments that most would disregard that ended up being some of our favorite photos of the day, and he has an exceptional eye for a backdrop or setting. He worked really well with our videographer also, and was always available when we needed him for a family photo and also my wife and I's twilight photos later in the evening. We were so happy with the photos he took that we will treasure forever
We used Stephen for our wedding this weekend and we’re so impressed! Even our guest commented on how amazing he was. He was like having a second wedding planner! Can’t wait to see ...
all the photos he took! He was fast and efficient and got us to cocktail our to enjoy our friends and family
I highly recommend Stephen Maclone & his studios for your next wedding, engagement, or whatever event you have planned.

ur day - everyone loved him!
We truly enjoyed our small wedding in our very own backyard and can look back at this year knowing we got married and ended the year on a more positive note. Although it was much smaller, all who originally were invited were there in spirit and in our hearts.
We are so happy with the photos we have seen so far & can't wait to see all of them - reliving our special day together.
Thanks again Stephen!
