Pearl's is our new open-air wedding and event venue of Macoby Run which is situated amidst the secluded and pristine panoramic 200 acre golf course. Complete with side walls in the event of inclement or chilly weather, Pearl's can hold up to 200 guests comfortably with a dance floor.
Our clubhouse is a circa 1880 farmhouse setting that offers a historic and genuine ambiance for an intimate wedding of up to 60 guests. A winter wedding on the golf course is quite serene and peaceful.
Macoby Run Golf Course was built on the Hersh family farm in 1990 to entertain golfers and diners alike. The family has owned the property since 1919 and will be celebrating their centennial milestone in 2019. Weddings and events at Macoby Run always feel like you coming home to family and friends

We had the most perfect day celebrating our marriage at Macoby Run. We booked the venue late 2019 for a wedding reception in October 2020, but considering the state of the pandemic...
over the summer, we made the decision to get married on our original date, but to postpone our reception for a full year. Sheila was nothing but supportive and understanding which was so refreshing when making a very stressful decision. She helped us to create a menu and drink list that was molded perfectly to what we wanted for our guests AND that comfortably fit our budget. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful! There are several locations on the property that provide breathtaking photo opportunities, and the view from the pavilion is stunning, especially as the sun sets.

Shelia and her staff literally rolled out the red carpet for them; allowing a limitless amount of options not only for food but also drinks and the opportunity to really personalize the pavilion. The family and staff were very accommodating and frequently asked if they could do anything else for us. With the roll down sides, the pavilion can transform into an indoor space but guests at the wedding appreciated being “outside” for an early October wedding with spectacular views. And to top off the night, the newlyweds danced their last dance outside the pavilion underneath the harvest moon. If you are looking for a backyard setting for your wedding but without all the stress, I would highly recommend Pearl’s Pavilion at Macoby Run Golf Course; you will not be disappointed!!

looking for an intimate, low key and relaxed setting, something close to our original plan of a backyard wedding, without having to break the bank. Shelia was incredibly flexible, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure our day went as smoothly as possible, she even helped our "Flower-Grams" begin their walk down the aisle for our ceremony. I also LOVED that we were able to add our touch, we walked down an aisle lined by white pumpkins and had our ceremony under one of their towering oak trees. About half of our guests are not from the area and could not stop complimenting the location, food, and relaxed atmosphere at Pearl's Pavilion. We are so thankful to have had such an unforgettable wedding here and have and will continue to highly recommend Macoby Run to anyone!

wants an outdoor reception in the local area should definitely consider macoby run! The views from the pavilion and the golf course are beautiful for pictures and the food was seriously amazing! The best part about it was the price for sure. They worked with me and were so much cheaper then any other venue around. I would recommend them to anyone! Loved having my wedding here and I had multiple people tell me how my wedding was one of the best they've ever been to!
