figure it out, but it isn't the most intuitive and sometimes logs you out unexpectedly.
Sales are sporadic, so sometimes towels would be full price and servingware 50% off. Next week, it would be the opposite. I suppose that has both positive and negative effects for guests.
We registered at the Homestead location first, but their homegoods selection is very limited. So most of our registering was actually done online.
There are lots of extra perks too, just be aware of them and you can end up saving a lot of money when you go to complete your registry post wedding.
Overall, good and traditional wedding registry. Website is usable but slightly cumbersome. Value is about what you expect from a department store and changes weekly with the deals and coupons offered.
Everything is nice but a lot of things are a bit pricey!!!

It was a plesant experience registering at Macy's but they only give you 3 months after the wedding to "complete" your registry, thought it should be a little longer than that.

1. We received the wrong wine glasses, red instead of white. The packing slip even said red, but they still sent us white.
2. We received the wrong packing slips in one box, for someone who lived in California.

She was very knowledgable about all of the products and was able to make recommendations for products based on our lifestyle (small kitchen, decorating tastes, love of cooking, love of using the dishwasher). We loved working with her and would refer anyone to go and see her.
