Our children were giving us a large anniversary party at The Josephine in New Orleans. We wanted wedding type cake for the party. I used The Knot for recommendations.
Mad Batter Bakery was amazing. They followed our inspiration photo perfectly but expanded on it. Just a bit to make it even more beautiful. Everyone commented that the cake and icing was delicious.
They delivered in the timeframe that was needed (which was quite late in the day.) The pricing was very reasonable I could not be happier with this bakery.
Mad Batter Bakery was an absolute home run for our wedding cakes. From the start, they offered an incredible array of flavors and design options, which made the entire process so fun and collaborative. Creating our cakes together felt exciting and special rather than overwhelming.
We tasted cakes from multiple bakeries, and hands down, Mad Batter had the best cake in town. Our guests are still raving about it. We had a five-tier wedding cake and ended the night with zero leftovers—every single slice was gone. Even my husband and I didn’t get a chance to eat his groomsmen cake because it was completely gone the second it was cut.
The cakes were not only beautiful, but unbelievably delicious. A 10000/10 experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mad Batter Bakery to anyone looking for a show-stopping (and crowd-pleasing) wedding cake.
