all the venders I used. He was quick to get back to me EVERY time I messaged him. His food was fabulous. We chose the tenderloin and roasted red pepper chicken which were delicious. His grilled vegetables were my personal favorite. It contained asparagus which was perfectly cooked. If you have made asparagus you know it can get over cooked! We opted to use the disposable dinnerware which I was nervous about but it was very nice. He had wait staff to clear the tables as guest were finished. He was quick to set up the buffet and when he left you never new he was there. Very Please we chose Mad Hatter as our caterer.
