Mad Love Events

e initially reached out to a few different wedding coordinators, but right from the get-go we felt like Cindy was the best fit for us . Not only was I completely clueless when it came to wedding planning, we also had to plan our wedding in California all the way from New York. We flew back a few times to meet with her to finalize some things in-person, but everything we couldn't do in-person, Cindy was there to help. From negotiating with local vendors to reminders regarding payments - she was on top of everything! Lastly, she made sure we were able to enjoy our wedding day by taking care of everything with her team & the venue. Thank you Cindy for everything!!

n it came to our sense of style, budget, and also how we liked to work throughout the entire process. After allowing us to share our thoughts and ideas, Cindy’s team was easily able to be on the same wavelength with our vision, communication style, and moving us along in the planning process in an efficient and worry-free manner. Both me and my wife are very busy working professionals and Cindy allowed us to have some freedom of choice and set deadlines for us so that we did not worry about things being done last minute. We loved that she was able to handle all the communications with the vendors involved in our wedding and handled all issues promptly and in a timely manner. In addition, we felt very safe and accommodated since we got married during COVID! Overall, Cindy and the team went above and beyond our expectations and allowed us to enjoy and be present during our wedding day without the need to worry about anything. Thanks Cindy and the MLE team!

m NYC to LA, job changes, etc. It started with her planning our engagement party when we were still living in NYC and the event was in OC. The party went so well and after that I knew we were in such good hands... I trusted her judgement immensely and she put together an event that was exactly what I envisioned. She is extremely responsive and for someone that has a pretty hectic life, I felt like the wedding process was extremely easy... I got a lot of "you don't seem stress" comments and I just told them I have an amazing wedding planner :) Go with Cindy and team. They nailed it and truly put together a day that was so much fun and perfect. If this is not a testament to Cindy's meticulous planning.... I was not stressed at all during the wedding day. I literally had so much fun with my bridesmaids. We had nothing to worry about except looking pretty and having fun. Also, if you're Vietnamese and you have Vietnamese parents that think it is also their wedding and want an input on everything...., even more reason to go with Cindy. She knows how to work the parents and my parents are really hard to impress and they absolutely LOVE her. Thank you Cindy!! I'm going to miss working with you and thank you for creating the best day of our lives!

it came down to the little details. Prices are extremely reasonable, we got the "Adore" package which was 6 weeks before, ceremony rehearsal and day of wedding planning. It was just the right amount of help since I'm a cuckoo bride who likes to plan 99% of everything. They kept everything flowing smoothly for the wedding and surprisingly we ended up being ahead of schedule. I love them! Highly recommend!!

s a god send from the get go. She organized venue tours at locations that fit our budget/timeframe/guest count. Then once we chose a Venue she helped organize everything. I was absolutely dreading planning the wedding, but Cindy really made it a bresse. She kept us moving and let us know what decisions needed to be made early and what decisions we could put off for a while. Once everything was planned, we just had to make it through the wedding. Cindy and the Day of Team were great, I never felt lost and it seemed to me that everything went super smoothly, even if something went wrong the Bride and I did not know. Thank you Cindy!

urchase the full planning service, she (and Cindy) were still super helpful as resources with finding vendors and a wide variety of advice. Second, once we had set our vendor services, once that 4-6 week mark hit, Shasele took the helm and handled every detail from vendor/venue communication to payment distribution etc. Third, on the day of the rehearsal and wedding, Shasele totally took all of the pressure and burden off our shoulders. Even when we had a last-minute covid scare, she was quick to adapt. Our actual wedding day went as smooth as could be with essentially no major issues or hiccups! They were also always very responsive and detail-oriented. We will be recommending them to all our friends/family getting married in the future!

package and began working with Selina and Cindy about 1.5 months before the wedding. They did an amazing job making sure our contracts were in order, making sure we knew what deadlines were coming up, and helping us plan our timeline. Selina came to our rehearsal and walked everyone through their parts. On the wedding day Selina and the MLE team did a great job directing the setup and execution of our wedding. We had a great time and no stress and really got to enjoy our wedding together. Thanks so much MLE team!

my vendors and had about ten excel spreadsheets I was monitoring daily, so I knew I needed someone who was even more organized than I was. Cindy is worth every single penny....trust me when you get your itinerary for the day you'll understand. She even got me some great discounts with a vendor I didn't have that she suggested. I was definitely that bride who called her crying the day before but she made sure to get the situation handled so I could try to relax. She works well with children and a large blended family. She was on top of all my vendors and thought of things that never would've crossed my mind. The day of was pretty much perfection. Everyone was so kind, organized, and on top of it. Do not hesitate to hire Mad Love Events for your wedding!

Cindy switched gears to plan a wedding in Lake Louise, Canada to Maui, Hawaii to (finally) an elopement on Lambert’s Cove Beach, Martha’s Vineyard! Her attention to detail, efficiency and responsiveness, and knowledge of the wedding industry is unrivaled. From an itemized budget sheet to reminders to payments due to reviewing vendor contracts and navigating potential disasters the day of (weather report said thunderstorm and HAIL on the day of our beach ceremony, AND shuttle bringing our guests broke down in the middle of pick ups!), Cindy handles each aspect of your wedding with care and ease. Save your sanity and hire MLE!

makes sure she runs everything by you first. Our wedding went so smooth and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend to everyone (:

st florist, photographer, videographer. Everything! I cannot think of a bad decision we made while planning our wedding. (And you bet I'm picky!) My family and friends all raved about how on top they were. Everything went super smooth with no hick-ups for our wedding. I've been working with Cindy for pretty much 2 years planning the wedding since our wedding was postponed due to Covid. Cindy is so patient with me and super detail oriented. Cindy went above and beyond helping me with not just my wedding but my tea ceremony as well. And you have to see their day of schedule. It was sooo detailed down to 5 min interval. My wedding party was sooo amazed how detailed it was. Shasele and rest of MLE team was so on top of it the day of. Whatever you need, they got it ready. I remember minutes before we were about to walk down the aisle, the best man button on his jacket fell off. Thank god for Cindy. She fixed it within min and we were ready to walk down the aisle with no delay! Thank you so much Cindy and MLE team. We seriously could not have gotten married without you guys. Our wedding was more than I could of hoped for. It was perfect! Thank you so much and we seriously love you guys!

moothly but as soon as Cindy took over, the weight was lifted off of our shoulders. She made sure we didn't have anything to stress about and was on top of every single detail - even things we hadn't thought of yet. We loved her so much that I was truly sad when the wedding was over that our time with her was done. Thank you so much for everything you did for us, Cindy and team! You made our special day run so smoothly and I will forever be grateful to you.

om the start when I asked for ways to lower the cost since I wasn't sure on future expenses. Her willingness to work with me yet keep the quality meant a lot. I booked the 1 month package and it was worth every penny. Not only did Cindy took care of everything we've discussed, she remembered the details I gave her on our first meeting and executed the details I've forgotten. Cindy arranged my florist to deliver groom and bride personal flowers to the hotel and deliver everything else to the venue but my florist messed up and delivered all of our wedding party's flowers to the hotel. We did our best to collect everything before leaving the hotel but we forgot my bouquet (yes, the bride's bouquet). We didn't notice it was missing until we were at the venue getting ready to take our pictures. Cindy took charge and drove to my hotel to pick up few other items we forgot to bring. Cindy kept me in the loop the entire time. I highly recommend Mad Love Events.

goes perfectly. There are so many little details that go into planning a wedding, and Cindy was on top of absolutely everything. You can tell this team knows what they're doing because they don't forget a single detail. Any time we missed something, they caught us and made sure we had whatever we needed. The whole Mad Love team made us feel so comfortable, they are so easy to work with. And when it came to the actual wedding day, they made us feel really special; it never felt like they were just phoning it in or doing a job, it genuinely felt like they cared and wanted us to have the best day possible. Cindy brought us water, snacks, and tissues, and even a special box of Halloween-themed candies, since our wedding was in October and she knew we liked spooky stuff. They really take the time to get to know you as their client, and it shows. I can't even imagine how stressful and chaotic the entire planning process, and the wedding itself, would've been without Cindy and Mad Love. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it. If you're on the fence about whether you need a wedding planner/coordinator or not, I promise, Mad Love is worth it.

y and Mad Love for your special day!

g celebration with cultural rituals, dinner and entertainment. Day two was a western style wedding ceremony and reception. Cindy and her team at Mad Love Events did a fantastic job on both days. Cindy created a great timeline for both events, connected with all my vendors, and made sure with all her planning skills that everything would go seamlessly well on the day of. And on both days, things went better than I could have envisioned. Cindy even had time to make sure that my husband and I were okay and had what we needed during our weekend celebration. Cindy and her team did such an exceptional job that even my bridal party, friends, and wedding guests noticed and many of them even took her business card. Thank you Cindy and Mad Love Events for helping me plan a beautiful and memorable wedding...I could not have done it without you!

indy and her team was able to work with us to come up with a vision, and the end result gave everyone a bit of a jaw drop moment. Throughout the process, she was professional and asked very smart questions when working with us and the vendors, provided very detailed timeline of all the things that need to be done, and gave us great guidance on how to best tackle all of our to-dos. My wife and I had so many "good thing we got Cindy" moments. On the day of, everything was carefully scheduled with detailed notes of what happens at each checkpoint, and it ended up being timed and coordinated perfectly. Thank you so very much again to Cindy and her crew at Mad Love Events! We couldn't have done this without you!

When I finally generated enough willpower to start looking for venues one afternoon, I spent about three hours before deciding that I needed to hire a wedding planner. I remembered my friend and her husband, who were both doctors when they got married, had said they had a great experience with their planner, so I hit them up and was introduced to Cindy at Mad Love Events. Immediately after speaking with Cindy on the phone, I knew she would be the one to help us bring our dream wedding vision to life. And indeed it presented many situations that would normally not be relevant in a traditional wedding setting - but Cindy helped us find an amazing venue, after which we started working on contacting the various vendors (sound, lighting, DJ, lasers and staging) that we would need to hire. The last few months when it seemed as though there were more and more to-dos piling up one by one, Cindy kept me calm and was incredibly helpful in organizing all of the various things that I needed to do. It feels a little surreal to try to summarize this experience which felt like it sucked up every single ounce of my energy when I wasn't at work, but we definitely couldn't have done it without Cindy and her team. There were so many small things that needed to be coordinated and Cindy and her team handled it all flawlessly on our big day. So our actual wedding day - everything came together beautifully, even better than how we envisioned it, and this is all due to Cindy and her amazing staff who did everything in their power to take care of us and our guests. Cindy has so much experience working with all aspects of wedding planning and coordination, but even in those rare instances that she had not experienced in other weddings, she handled all situations with the utmost professionalism and care. We are sooo beyond impressed and could not recommend Mad Love Events enough!

women at Mad Love Events, first Cindy, who, because she was pregnant, then sort of slowly transitioned us to Shasele. Both of these women are so sweet, thorough, organized, and detail-oriented. Shasele did so much to ease the stress of wedding details off of us, but also keep us informed and aware of everything going on. I am a teacher and already have like a zillion details to think about day and night, so having this angel communicate everything we needed to handle was a GODSEND. I am so incredibly grateful for her ability to keep track of all the moving parts, especially in the last couple months before our big day. I had no idea what was going on most of the time but my hubbie and her sorted out so many details that I never got too stressed out (THANKS, GUYS). The day of the wedding, we were able to enjoy every single moment and be present with our guests because of Shasele and her crew. They made every single detail flow naturally throughout the evening. There was one thing that went wrong, by NO FAULT of mad love (By one of our vendors, unfortunately), and although I was pretty upset by it, Shasele told us not to let it get to us. After the wedding, Shasele VERY KINDLY wrote an email to the company in the nicest words possible to help us get a refund. I’m so grateful for that because even after 2 months I’m still pissed and I would have worded that email VERY DIFFERENTLY! Thankful for her diplomacy and tactfulness. I have to note that not only was Shasele and her team sweet, fun, and on top of it, they were also completely professional & efficient, and I can not imagine getting through it all without them!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SHASELE & THE INCREDIBLE MAD LOVE TEAM!

oriented. More importantly, I really saw the true strengths in their wedding planning abilities when they completely took the reins to implement Plan B when the weather forecast projected a few days prior that it was going to rain on my big day. As I was extremely busy at work during that time, I appreciated all the hard work they did to ensure that I was not stressed out about the situation. They did an amazing job. To say the least, it was a very enjoyable experience working with Mad Love Events.

y professional, easy to work with, and were mindful of our budget. Shasele ran everything past us and her attention to detail is unparalleled. The day before our wedding, she did our walkthrough and had our day-of schedule written down line by line. At the time, it seemed a little overwhelming, but the day ran perfectly smoothly without us even realizing it, thanks to her team! She focused on the details I didn't need to concern myself with, so that I/we could enjoy the happiest day of our life! If you're on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, I would highly highly highly recommend booking MLE! They brought so much value to our wedding and were worth every penny! I can't stress enough how important their role was in our wedding! Thank you Mad Love, for allowing us to enjoy the best day of our life and helping us with all the details we wouldn't have thought of!!!

nd Cindy came to the rescue finalizing details with all vendors and suggesting last minute ones that would complete the event. She listened to our budgetary constraints and kept that in mind. During the wedding, Cindy and Naomi were amazing. They were efficient and prepared for anything that happened such as change in speeches (and thus, a schedule change). They creatively fixed my dress when the bustle broke. They took care of decorations for next day and made arrangements for the good bye brunch, which did not even cross my mind to ask them to do. Communication was easy and with them there, I didn't have to worry about anything.

e absolute need for a coordinator, we came across Mad Love Events. I had several phone calls with other coordinators, but my conversation with Cindy made me feel the most at ease. We hired Mad Love Events as our day-of coordinator, but Cindy began to organize and keep in contact with us weeks before our wedding. She efficiently asked all the important questions to keep us on track and not a single detail was missing. Thank you so much, Cindy + Mad Love team, for having the expertise to execute such a seamless wedding for us. Cindy organized everything from vendor payments, vendor communication, guest management, rehearsal, to every other day-of detail you could imagine (you should see her itinerary - the most meticulous schedule you'll ever see). The best thing about this team was that they made their job look easy, because of their professionalism and ease. On the day of our wedding, Cindy and her team treated all of our guests and us with so much kindness and respect. We were so thankful for that, because it added to the joy of our wedding day. Basically, we would not have been able to have a successful wedding without this team. We are eternally grateful!

rch for a wedding coodinator, I knew I needed to have a good relationship with them. My husband actually had found MLE and after the initial phone call, I knew I wanted to work with Cindy. She is considerate, diligent, passionate, and reliable. Besides that, Cindy definitely knows what she is doing. She goes above and beyond her work and is on top of things 110%. She handled so many details that I never thought of and was able to work around anything. My husband and I mentioned to each other so many times, what would we have done without her? And the day of the wedding, we would often look at Cindy and saw her handling like the pro she is. Cindy was exceptional keeping me stress-free day of the wedding. I heard of a few problems that arisen (because of course, what wedding is perfect), only days after the event... but day of, I had no idea and was enjoying every moment. And I have Cindy and Mad Love Events to thank for that!!!

o book her. She took a lot of notes and listened to what we wanted every step of the way. What we loved the most about Cindy was that she was consistently organized and courteous when offering her suggestions. On the day of, she came to our aid and put flowers on the cake for us, fixed our bridesmaid dress, stayed calm when hotel staff misplaced the guest book, and accommodated us with every particular detail that we discussed. I feel impressed by Cindy's work ethic, charisma, and professionalism. Our wedding day on 7/14 felt like a dream come true and our family and guests complimented on how the wedding flowed so smoothly. You definitely won't regret it if you book her.

ck and feeling good about our vendors and how things were progressing. They put so much care into making sure the day ran smoothly and handled any hiccups with ease. More than that, they put in the extra effort to make sure we had time to enjoy our night, eat, and socialize without worrying about anything else. You will be in such good hands if you go with them, can't recommend them enough!!

t and even followed up after our event to make sure everything has been satisfied to our needs. I really appreciate their attentiveness to details, responsiveness, and overall availability to making our event as smooth as possible. We couldn’t have done it without you guys. Thank you so much!

best... Wow, can Cindy plan one hell of a party. She has a singular genius for seeing both the bigger picture of the wedding night and nailing the tiny details, both skills which are vital when pulling off a truly iconic and unforgettable celebration. The night of my wedding at the Natural History Museum, I had literally two different people come up during the reception and say that this was such an awe-inspiring gala, they felt like a Batman villain was about to repel from the ceiling and take everyone hostage. I can think of no higher compliment to pay a party, and ALL credit goes to Cindy. Also, keep in mind, our ceremony ran ridiculously long (totally our fault), and a literal Snoop Dogg concert was happening outside our cocktail reception (totally the venue's fault), but none of that bothered anybody remotely, because Cindy kept things running just that smoothly, and made the night just so magical. My wife and I had absolute the wedding of our dreams, and we'll never be able to thank Cindy and her team enough. Plus, I haven't even gotten to my favorite part of the process, which was just the year of planning and going back and forth with Cindy as we constructed the wedding night. We hired her in just a coordinating capacity (not as a full planner), but I couldn't believe how thorough she was in keeping us on track with every spreadsheet, every vendor recommendation, every friendly reminder email, every-on-the-fly adjustment in the final weeks, and honestly how much fun she brought to what could easily have become a stressful and burdensome process. It wasn't just the wedding night alone that made me value Cindy, it was the year's worth of logistics and assurance she provided (every email gets returned promptly, EVERY question gets answered), and she was so kind and easygoing throughout the planning, that by the end of it all, she felt as much like a friend as a wedding savior. Hiring Mad Love Events is the easiest and best planning decision you'll ever make. Congratulations, you're about to have the wedding of your dreams!

ey made sure everything was on track! We booked the Adore package and felt like we got more than what was expected. They were in communication with us, made sure we got certain things done on our end, and were very responsive if we had any questions. They sure exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our wedding stress-free!

ndy and her fabulous team. We were first introduced to Mad Love Events when we attended the amazing wedding of our good friends. As soon as I got engaged, I asked my friend who managed her wedding (it was Cindy!) and if she would recommend working with her (she said 100% YES). From our first introductory call, Cindy offered us a ton of great advice and recommendations without charge or commitment to hire her services. We of course knew we needed her help, and selected the “Very Month Of” package, wherein Cindy manages the wedding/reception event, and the wedding rehearsal, but the best part is that she steps as the manager/planner one month ahead of the wedding and handles the event timeline, confirms arrivals/payment with our vendors, and attended our big planning meeting with our wedding venue (which also handled our catering and bar). Even better, the whole wedding planning process prior to the month before, my husband and I had unlimited access to Cindy via emails and phone calls. I emailed her all the time with questions and she always got back to me within 24 hours. She's very good at keeping track of what we discussed, takes detailed notes at our venue meetings and during our calls, and is able to anticipate any issues with what we decide. She comes with a list of preferred vendors, which is extremely helpful. We hired a photographer and a DJ that she recommended. (We would have hired more but our venue already has rentals, catering, lighting included so we didn't have to worry about these.) As for our big day, Cindy and Shasele managed EVERYTHING to perfection. Before I even got to our venue, the rentals and florals were already set. Vendors arrived and set up on time. Cindy even stocked our wedding party dressing rooms with water, snacks, and champagne. This team was so prepared for any mishaps! Having Mad Love Events manage our wedding was the best decision we made when planning. Instead of stressing out or worrying about timelines or if guests were having a good time, I just got to enjoy the best day of my life with my husband, our families and friends. Cindy and Shasele made our wedding day go so smoothly, and to my husband and I, it felt easy, but we know that's because our event managers worked very very hard so that we didn’t have to worry. Why spend so much money and time on planning your own wedding if you cannot savor every second of it?! My husband and I have so many amazing memories of our wedding, and it’s because Mad Love Events handled all the details of that day. Thank you, Cindy!

I was so happy to relinquish planning our wedding to Mad Love Events. From the moment we met Shasele, Cindy and Claire, I knew we were in good hands. They've seen it all and done it all, and truly know how to help you execute your vision with the utmost level of detail and professionalism. Shasele and the Mad Love team were with us every step of the way, helping us navigate the intense and expensive world of wedding planning. I sent Shasele questions on everything from obtaining a marriage license to helping chose wedding favors. She always responded to my frantic emails with rational, detailed advice in a timely manner. I innately trusted her wisdom and she never failed me throughout the process. In the weeks before our wedding, Shasele handled all vendor communication, allowing me to focus on being present for the big day. On the day of the wedding, I was amazed by the teams' flawless execution. They handled all vendor scheduling, created a minute-by-minute itinerary, and ensured we ate, danced, and enjoyed time with our family and friends. If there were issues, I had no clue. By the time we left the venue, everything was packed including our guestbook, cards, personal items. Shasele and the team blew us away and I can't thank them enough. I'm so impressed with Mad Love and I'd highly recommend their services - You will not regret it!!

tail, thoughtfulness, organization, and ability to multi-task go above and beyond. The venue that we used required that we bring in everything. Of course this sounded just fine 6 months prior to the wedding, but as we got closer, Cindy and Shasele met with us, sent us so many recommendations, and made endless phone calls to vendors. They coordinated all of our vendors and made sure that we had everything down to the surge protector for the DJ – I would never have been able to foresee all of these small but essential details. On the day of our wedding, Shasele and Ana handled EVERYTHING! From creating the timeline and glue gunning our cake topper to decorating the tables and packing up our car at the end of the night, these two women were amazing! Their professionalism and feedback allowed us to stay within our budget and made sure that we had everything that we wanted to have for our guests on our special day. Weddings are a once-in-a-lifetime event, so it makes me sad that I won’t work with Cindy and Shasele again as a bride. However, I will hands-down recommend them and their team to anyone looking for a phenomenal wedding coordinator!

the planning process transpired seamlessly. They coordinated with all of our vendors, asked us questions we didn't even think about, and was always a step ahead of the game. On our wedding day, they took care of EVERYTHING so we could truly focus on being present and indulge every moment without a hint of worry. Our wedding day was a blast thanks to Mad Love Events. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome planner. It truly does make the world of a difference!

vents to anyone getting married. I'm soooo glad it was them we chose!

to make the wedding unique to us with special personal touches....and she certainly did! So many of our guests can't stop raving about our wedding, and how it was the most fun and beautiful wedding they had ever been to, and how it was SO "us". Everyone wants a "do-over". Cindy and her team went above and beyond and took care of everything for us, so that we could focus on our special day....Throughout the planning process, Cindy came to all the tastings, venues and meetings with us! She seriously did everything but our make-up and hair. Mad Love Events are rock stars.....Thank you so much Cindy for the time we had with you. You are one talented Lady!

nized, professional and fun group to work with. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and families.

itch thanks to Mad Love Events. Claire is very professional, experienced, organized, and responsible. She went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was perfect. From the first visit to the day of the wedding, Claire helped to keep us on a timeline and address details that we did not think of. Prior to the wedding, Claire put together an itinerary that impressed every vendor and wedding party. Mad love events coordinated with all of our vendors and venues and organized the events on the day of the wedding. We literally had nothing to worry about and fully enjoyed our wedding. I think what sets Mad Love Events from other wedding planners is not only their responsiveness and professionalism, but also their vision, flexibility, friendliness that made this stressful time an enjoyable one. If you're on the fence about paying for a planner, just do it. The planners help with details that you will overlook. For those looking for a planner, look no further. It doesn't get better than this. We are recommending Mad Love to all our friends and family.

ned it would be. Mad Love Events was highly recommended from our reception venue, and after one telephone conversation with Cindy Pham, I knew that was she and her team were the perfect choice to ensure that our wedding would be all that it could be. Cindy’s vast experience in the Southern California wedding scene kept me calm throughout the often stressful wedding planning process. Never pushy, but incredibly organized and committed to ensuring that our wedding planning was right on track. Cindy helped clarify our vision for the wedding, and gave wonderful ideas about vendors to consider. Her recommendations were all terrific , and Cindy negotiated with all of the vendors to save us money along the way. Mad Love's Claire is the Queen of Wedding Design, and took my very vague ideas and transformed our very drab reception venue into a gorgeous room comparable to what you would find at the city’s finest wedding venues. You know that the wedding is beautiful when guests are raving about each of the details – our Priest couldn’t stop raving about the chairs we choose! Our reception was simply gorgeous, and every single detail was spot on. If you are considering hiring a wedding coordinator, don’t hesitate to contact Mad Love Events. In all honesty, this was the best choice I made when it came to getting married – other than in choosing my wonderful groom! We’ve all heard those horror stories about wedding planners, but Cindy and her team were a true delight to work with. Save yourself the stress, make the investment, and let a true pro ensure that your wedding is better than you ever can have imagined.

r special day smooth and seamless. Shasele was our main coordinator with Ana and Amanda assisting for the day.. I honestly felt like I had nothing to worry about. They made sure that our vendors were setup, constantly offered water throughout the day and saved us a plate of appetizers from cocktail hour, they kept us on schedule and made sure the bridal party was in check! I felt like I always had one of their team members in close proximity asking if I needed anything. They even went as far as helping to re-purpose our flowers from the ceremony site to the reception, and it was perfect! They were spot on and I really can't imagine planning an event of this caliber without their help! From the time I booked their services, they were checking in and making sure I was on track, helping to give ideas when I was drawing blanks, and reminded me to do things that I knew I had to get done but kept putting off. Shasele was a dream to work with and to this day people are still complimenting our wedding day. My husband and I say it all the time, they were worth every single penny! Once you have that first phone call or consultation, you'll know right away that you have professionals on your hands that are passionate about wha they do!

fectly and I know it was due to her teams work. I highly recommend her.

g day! Upon my first in-person meeting with Cindy at her office, I was pretty much ready to hire her on the spot. She was very sweet, genuinely interested in our story and in knowing where we were at in our process, and she was clearly very detail-oriented. As soon as she showed me a sample day-of itinerary, I knew she'd be the one. It was detailed down to the minute, and I loved it. The weeks leading up to the wedding, Cindy kept me organized and started reviewing everything I needed. She was extremely responsive via email, text, and phone call, and I was so glad I had her throughout the process. She was always patient when I made last-minute changes and calmly knew how to handle every situation. I often asked for her opinion on different topics, and her insights were invaluable. To this day, I still believe she was one of the best investments we made for our wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly the day of the wedding, and I owe it to her and her team, Shasele and Ana. They were very professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Their package prices were also very reasonable, and I certainly did my research beforehand to decide this! We were pretty price-sensitive with our choices, and MLE was above and beyond our standards. I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend MLE.

realized I didn't want to be responsible for all of the coordinating of the set up and take down. I reached out to several event coordiantors from the internet, and I am very lucky that Cindy was the first to respond. For the most part, we needed help with set up and take down, but Cindy went above and beyond the call of duty. She even took the garland and roses we purchased for our backdrop and turned it into something magical. Even though we only had Cindy's help for a venue walk through and before & after the wedding, she coordinated with our other vendors, went through our timeline, and solved a handful of weird little questions that came up during the day. And at the end of the night, she took all our cards and items back to our room for us, as well as the rest of our cake. By the time we were home from the afterparty, everything was already at the hotel and neatly organized. She was easy to work with, flexible, responsive, and decisive - exactly what you need in a DoC!

s and countless overnight shifts), 3000 miles away from home(and my fiance and wedding venue)! Upon hiring Cindy, she was very responsive to all my questions and provided me with extremely helpful resources. As a result, everyone told me I had the most amazing wedding ever and my husband and I really owe it all to Cindy! A few of the details to show you how good Cindy really is: 1. Cindy was incredibly organized, patient, and professional. Her communication really showed us how much attention to detail she placed on getting us what we wanted for our dream wedding. She would send me updates and answer all my emails promptly. She worked around my very rigid schedule without ever making me feel bad about it. She coordinated all my tastings during the few weeks i had at home over the holidays. 2. Cindy sent us regular reminders when payments/deadlines were due with ample time to make sure the contracts were met. She went to meetings with my husband since I was unable to go and relayed all the information to me. She followed up with all our vendors (which we picked from her suggestions based on what we told her we wanted) and confirmed appointments so that all I had to do was show up! 3. Cindy never pushed any of her own ideas on me. She provided suggestions based on what my husband and I wanted. Furthermore, she offered lots of variety. For example, we didn't want the traditional string quartet for our ceremony/reception so she sent us different options such as a yuke lele (which we would have never thought of on our own and turned out amazing!!) 4. Cindy was always available. I could call her, text her, or email her during the holidays and get a prompt response. I still remember that our caterer forgot our tasting appointment (despite the confirmation email Cindy had sent, which I had gotten a copy of). I called her that night and she wa pleasant and helpful (regardless what else she had going on). She called our vendor we were going to use to rent tables/chairs from to get our caterer's home number and called him and got him to come meet us ASAP and discuss things and work things out! She never made us feel bad about interrupting her dinner that night and ensured everything worked out by re-scheduling it for us on my time schedule and calling to confirm it went well after the tasting. Her follow-through was unsurpassed! Those are just a few examples of how she was able to give my husband and I our dream wedding (where people are still talking about it almost a year later!). She listened to everything i wanted and hit it right on!! I can't recommend her enough!! Thanks Mad Love Events and Cindy for everything!! There is no way I could have done half of what she did even if I wasn't a resident and living in LA!! Simply amazing!!!
