Moncheri. I searched all NYS bridal shops where I live and came up short. After an exhausting search, I came across Madame Bridal. I called the owner, gave him my measurements. They had my dress! Received it in one week and it is everything I dreamed it would be! Very pleased with service and the beautiful dress! Thank you again!

n I found Madame Bridal!!! Oh my days, I found soooo many wonderful options. Everything was gorgeous but when I got to this one gown….it was MAGIC! It was exactly what the fairy godmother knew I was looking for. I ordered the gown with no issues. I was provided constant correspondence through email which was very reassuring. My gown came to me in lightning speed. When I opened the package, the first thing I noticed was the great care that was taken in packaging my gown. Then…I gently removed the gown and it took my breath and then….I did my goofy excitement dance. The gown was EXACTLY like the photo even the color matched the photo. I was worried if the color would be different than the photo but it was on point! So glad I found Madame Bridal!!!

I notified them within the required time but had to email them four times before they responded. They sent me an address to return the dress. I mailed the dress back and never received a refund. Each time I contacted them they said the accounting department would be contacting me. That never happened. Now they ignore all of my emails and will not respond. They have $600 of mine and the dress.

They had a great assortment and the price was within my budget. I had issues with the sizing but there was little time left before the wedding. Madame Bridal was VERY helpful and, in my opinion, bent over backwards to get me an exchanged dress before the happy occasion. I received many compliments at the wedding and the dress was super comfortable the entire night. I am so thankful everything worked out and in time!

The end of may rolls around and my dress is still in production and because my wedding is Aug 7th I asked for my money back. The store gives me a run around about contacting the merchant. So I guess my next step is to contact my lawyer, the news and the BBB. To the future brides don’t let them ruin your day by not being a reputable business. This place is a scam.

I told it didn’t work he told he will reach out y to he designer he is response ******* I am being told the hidden zipper for dresses that have the decoration on it have to be zipped up carefully. They all work the same way. Another zipper will not work. This is the professional opinion of 2 seamstresses working for us. Do not buy from him he rather keep your money than to provide a service

o utilize the chat feature to inquire if Madame Bridal could help me locate the dress. Brad responded in a timely fashion and let me know that no results were generating for the style number. I informed him that that was the response I had been receiving and that I really just needed someone to go the extra mile and assist me in finding the dress. He did just that. Brad asked me to provide him a picture of the dress. Shortly after he responded and stated that he would check TE tinder and update me. Less than 30 minutes later, although the dress was special ordered and no longer available, Brad responded and provided me with the information I needed to move on and invest my time elsewhere. It was extremely frustrating to contact several retailers and no one was willing to help! If it were not for Brad, I would still be wasting time searching for the dress. He was truly a life saver! If you want great service, Madame Bridal is the place to go.

ith great customer service. I engaged the chat option at the bottom of the page and spoke directly with Brad Simon, the owner of the boutique. He was prompt in his responses and answered all of my questions. The only reason I marked this review with a 4 - alas, the designer is backed up due to COVID and the dress I am looking at is not available and will not be produced in time for my daughter's wedding. I recommed giving this shop a call - I believe if they had my dress available, the service and attention to detail would be top-notch.

e. I called and spoke with Simon who was very helpful and quoted a price that I thought was TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! He was very professional and knowledgeable, so I felt at ease ordering this once-in-a-lifetime dress over the phone. I ordered it on April 22nd and was told to expect it to arrive at the end of July. It actually arrived on May 10th! It was packaged beautifully (these people know their stuff)! They included an amazing garment bag and a hairpiece for a veil. The dress was in the designers protective bag with all tags. Order from them with no qualms. This was a perfect experience for us!

ed if I could return it for another size or dress, they advised that my dress was a "special order" (even though they didn't advise me of this fact at the time of purchase) and could not be returned. I believe that they probably call all online orders "special orders" so that you are stuck with having no option for refund. How would anyone want to order a dress through an online retailer that cannot be returned if there is a problem with size? I begged and begged and they refused to help me return my dress.
