Tracy has a great selection of flavors of cakes and frosting, as well as types of pastries and other desserts to choose from. Even when we didn’t see something we were looking for, when we asked, she was flexible and willing to make to it for us. Her sugar art is also amazing and intricate. She made us little blue hydrangea flowers to go on some of our cupcakes. They were so beautiful. We highly recommend using her for any of your wedding event desserts or favors!

Another cake featured all of the elements from the novel To Kill a Mockingbird: the porch; the tree; marbles; pocket watch; coins; pocketknife. It was spectacular; it told a story almost better than the novel itself! The "science" cake celebrated the many paths where astrophysics met biology. The sculpted Earth sat atop stacks of books and stars and satellites amidst the human anatomy. Simply awesome. The cake dedicated to art and artists was, itself, a work of art. It featured replicas of famous masterpieces, art materials, and street signs leading to The Met and the Guggenheim. It was topped with an easel holding a self-portrait of one of our guests. Tracy Celantano's sculpting skills are unlimited. Every detail I imagined was delicately and flawlessly executed in these very challenging cakes. By the way, the actual cakes were delicious. They were made of every possible combination of flavors and every one was a delight. Madame Gateaux takes "custom" cakes to infinity and beyond. Creative, classic, and classy.
