so so delicious and we are already trying to figure out when we can reach out to her again. All of our guests were raving about how much they enjoyed the mini cannolis and cupcakes. Tracy has a great selection of flavors of cakes and frosting, as well as types of pastries and other desserts to choose from. Even when we didn’t see something we were looking for, when we asked, she was flexible and willing to make to it for us. Her sugar art is also amazing and intricate. She made us little blue hydrangea flowers to go on some of our cupcakes. They were so beautiful. We highly recommend using her for any of your wedding event desserts or favors!

pandemic crazy time and just worked with my daughter and myself until the vision of the cake my daughter wanted was brought to reality. We even ordered from her other pastries and cupcakes for family gatherings before and after the wedding. They were all just delicious! a different theme on each level that traced the events in a year of special trips featuring logos, signatures, and sculpted pieces related to writing. A unique scroll listed the names of the 17 people being honored on this occasion. It was a huge hit. Another cake featured all of the elements from the novel To Kill a Mockingbird: the porch; the tree; marbles; pocket watch; coins; pocketknife. It was spectacular; it told a story almost better than the novel itself! The "science" cake celebrated the many paths where astrophysics met biology. The sculpted Earth sat atop stacks of books and stars and satellites amidst the human anatomy. Simply awesome. The cake dedicated to art and artists was, itself, a work of art. It featured replicas of famous masterpieces, art materials, and street signs leading to The Met and the Guggenheim. It was topped with an easel holding a self-portrait of one of our guests. Tracy Celantano's sculpting skills are unlimited. Every detail I imagined was delicately and flawlessly executed in these very challenging cakes. By the way, the actual cakes were delicious. They were made of every possible combination of flavors and every one was a delight. Madame Gateaux takes "custom" cakes to infinity and beyond. Creative, classic, and classy.
