Madame Gâteaux Custom Cake and Pastry Studio

acy is very kind and communicative. I can’t say enough good things about Tracy and her creations. We will definitely be ordering from her again for future events!

e had on any other tasting. All our guests raved about the lemon wedding cake Tracy at Madame Gateaux made for us and Tracy decorated it beautifully in exactly the style I asked for. I'm literally struggling to save the top tier for our first anniversary because the cake is so delicious I want to eat it now. Save yourself the hassle of tasting inferior cakes and just contact Tracy.

itely use her in the future for all my party favors/desserts!!! (would love to post photos, but don't see an option for that here)

icious cake and cupcakes for our reception. I am beyond happy that she was able to help us achieve our vision and so we’re our guests. We didn’t stop hearing about how great the desserts were all night! We would highly recommend going with Madame Gateaux Custom Cakes!!

nd cupcakes tasted great and were beautifully decorated. Tracy delivered and set up the cake and cupcakes on a tiered stand herself. We loved working with her. Such a kind and wonderful person. I highly recommend her.

sed Tracy's services for baby showers and other events, and she is always able to create exactly what I imagine - cakes, cookies, cupcakes - even better than I had pictured. I would highly recommend Madame Gateaux for your wedding needs.

ur cake and cupcakes exactly what we were looking for. The flavors were AMAZING and our guests raved. Our cutting cake was adorable and the little details for our cupcakes were perfect. Thanks so much Tracy!

so so delicious and we are already trying to figure out when we can reach out to her again. All of our guests were raving about how much they enjoyed the mini cannolis and cupcakes. Tracy has a great selection of flavors of cakes and frosting, as well as types of pastries and other desserts to choose from. Even when we didn’t see something we were looking for, when we asked, she was flexible and willing to make to it for us. Her sugar art is also amazing and intricate. She made us little blue hydrangea flowers to go on some of our cupcakes. They were so beautiful. We highly recommend using her for any of your wedding event desserts or favors!

pandemic crazy time and just worked with my daughter and myself until the vision of the cake my daughter wanted was brought to reality. We even ordered from her other pastries and cupcakes for family gatherings before and after the wedding. They were all just delicious! The quality of my daughter's wedding cake was second to none--her baking and design work is high end quality. I will definitely use her again in the future to order cakes and pastries. So glad we found Tracy! I highly recommend Tracy Celentano for making your wedding cake! You will be so happy you found her, just like me!

trictions we couldn’t have a traditional tasting, so Tracy made us a box of the most amazing cakes to sample- so so delicious!! We ordered cupcakes for a few occasions before our wedding because we just couldn’t wait to have her cakes again, and each time they came out absolutely gorgeous and beyond our expectations in every way! Our wedding cake turned out better than we could have imagined and we added on last minute dessert assortment plates for each table at our wedding which were also absolutely delicious! We got so many compliments on how amazing everything came out! We will certainly continue ordering from Tracy for all our baked needs!! (And wants!) We loves working with Tracy so much! She was beyond kind, accommodating, honest, and her talent is unmatched. Thank you Tracy!!! We will be recommending you to anyone and everyone who needs baked goods for any occasion!!

e had to postpone our initial date. Not only was Tracy very responsive and flexible, she exceeded our expectations. The cake and cookies were delicious and every guest left our event raving about the desserts. I will definitely be going to Tracy for future parties and recommending her to all of my friends.

a fall theme and she made the apple spice cake for us. It was incredible and the guests were raving!

! Thank you so much!!!

she created the most beautful and decadant tarts and scones. It made the day feel so special! In addition, Tracy baked nearly 20 pies for my Wedding (in lieu of cake) and they were probably the most delicious pies I've ever tasted. My guests could not stop raving about the desserts that night!! Tracy also happens to be one of the warmest, most sincere, and loving people that I know. You can sense that she puts the utmost love and care into every single one of her desserts - her attention to detail, and presentation go above and beyond. I am so grateful that I chose to work with her!

e design and taste for weeks. We were so pleased with her work and service that we also worked with her in designing a cake for my sister's baby shower. Her bear-themed cake was adorable and delicious. We will continue to connect with Tracy for future events!

o know you, understand your vision, and walk you through her planning and execution process. My partner and I can attest to the quality of her bakes- we celebrated our 1st anniversary earlier this month by cutting into the top tier of our cake and it was truly as fresh and flavorful as it was on our wedding day. Its so clear in her work that she is a seasoned professional who is passionate about her craft. Thank you Tracy <3

a different theme on each level that traced the events in a year of special trips featuring logos, signatures, and sculpted pieces related to writing. A unique scroll listed the names of the 17 people being honored on this occasion. It was a huge hit. Another cake featured all of the elements from the novel To Kill a Mockingbird: the porch; the tree; marbles; pocket watch; coins; pocketknife. It was spectacular; it told a story almost better than the novel itself! The "science" cake celebrated the many paths where astrophysics met biology. The sculpted Earth sat atop stacks of books and stars and satellites amidst the human anatomy. Simply awesome. The cake dedicated to art and artists was, itself, a work of art. It featured replicas of famous masterpieces, art materials, and street signs leading to The Met and the Guggenheim. It was topped with an easel holding a self-portrait of one of our guests. Tracy Celantano's sculpting skills are unlimited. Every detail I imagined was delicately and flawlessly executed in these very challenging cakes. By the way, the actual cakes were delicious. They were made of every possible combination of flavors and every one was a delight. Madame Gateaux takes "custom" cakes to infinity and beyond. Creative, classic, and classy.

made for wedding favors were decadent. I got so many compliments!! She was professional and had great ideas to make my day special and unique. Thank you Tracy!!

oked great. Thank you Madame! I receiv d many compliments.

urines of all our kids and my husband and I (uncanny resemblance) on top of the cake with the kids on different tiers. It literally brought tears to peoples eyes. She is professional, detail oriented and a perfectionist. Her cake made our special day that much more incredible. Not to mention delicious! People still call me for pictures and her name. ❤️

ne photo. It was a fondant, four-tier cake with sugar flowers that wrapped the entire cake. The attention to detail was just unreal. Our guests were talking about the cake all night. They said...not only did it LOOK beautiful, but it TASTED just as fab!!

ver some ideas with us and the day-of delivered the most AMAZING three tier birch tree wedding cake ever! It was something out of a fairy woodland fantasy! We got compliments on everything from the different flavors of the cake, the gorgeous wood look and all the tiny amazing details like flowers, toadstool mushrooms and moss. Her attention to detail and creativity is second to none and she also happens to be one of the nicest, sweetest people I know! To this day I still get compliments on my wedding cake!!

d something big enough for our bridal party and ourselves to enjoy. Not only were in awe at how beautiful our cake was, but it tasted amazing too! We will always think of Tracy’s cake when we look back at our wedding. ♥️

r vision and she brought it to life! We had a rustic fall themed wedding and she was able to make our cake look like real birch wood with realistic leaves and mushrooms. It is our favorite detail about the wedding! Not only was the outside exquisite! But the flavors were amazingly delicious as well on the inside! We had four tiers and Tracy was able to make each one a different flavor. The guests could not stop talking about our cake. Tracy has been and will continue to be our go to cake person! You can not go wrong with a personalized Tracy cake!

ke. It looked and tasted amazing! The guests are still talking about it! The venue was also impressed with how prompt and helpful she was setting up the cake table. I highly recommend Madame Gateaux for all your cake and pastry needs!

wedding cake until we found Madame Gateaux. Tracy listened to all of my ideas and collaborated with me to create a very personalized cake of my dreams. Her sugar flowers looked so realistic and it was so tasty! My husband and I saved the top of the cake to eat on our first anniversary and with Tracy's instructions on how to save it, 1 year later it was just as delicious and moist (unlike what I've heard from friends that saved their cake!) I highly recommend Madame Gateaux Custom Cakes. You will be happy you chose Madame Gateaux.

the design of the cake stunning, it was delicious! If you are looking for a professional, courteous cake vendor who is fun to work with, we highly recommend Tracy.

frosting. Not only was it beautifully decorated but it tasted amazing! Our wedding guests could not stop telling us how lip-smackingly scrumptious it was. Too often we're so focused on how pretty the cake is, we forget to consider what it will taste like. I can assure you that with a cake from Madame Gâteaux you will be overjoyed with both its beauty and flavor!
