special gift!!! I have no idea how they do it, but its amazing! I was able to have a trial, my bridals, and my wedding day to make sure that it was exactly what I dreamed of! They communicated quickly and effectively during the pandemic seeing as everything was virtual until meeting them for the trial! All of my bridesmaids except 1 got their hair and make up done and their faces and hair held all night in the San Antonio weather!! Highly recommend!! Absolutely LOVE!

n & relaxed experience. My makeup and hair stayed completely intact for over 11 hours, which is unheard of, as I have extremely oily skin and am otherwise very clumsy. On my wedding day, my makeup artist was substituted due to a personal emergency and I was initially very nervous. However, she too, delivered beautifully and everything held, even through a rainstorm and high humidity levels. I was truly so happy w/ my Madame Makeup experience.

away. They took the time to listen to exactly what my bridesmaids and I wanted and recreated the looks exceptionally and efficiently. They even made my 62-year-old mother look like she was 45! I have VERY fine and straight hair that does NOT hold a curl whatsoever, especially in the Texas humidity. I am always highly skeptical of anyone that claims they can get my hair to stay curly. Each girl was beautifully styled creating individualism yet a cohesive look across the group with special attention given to the mothers ensuring they were radiant. From the brides’ trail run for hair and make-up to the final lip glossing for each girl that lasted all day, this team created sheer perfection.

I would have scheduled another trial and/or sent more photos of what I was trying to achieve to better prepare! It just kinda made the original trial run seem pointless if not the same artists. My makeup and hair didn’t come out how I’d imagine, but it was still pretty. Others getting their makeup and hair done enjoyed it. Another thing that was frustrating was that I got reached out to a multitude of times confirming my start time, but they kept giving me different start times with each call. It made me concerned and confused about what time they’d actually show up! I ended up going with what our coordinator had down

ancy is awesome, so I went with her recommendation. In the time I booked MM, my fiance and I moved cross country and I started a new job, so I didn't really have the time or energy to arrange a trial. I eventually did (about 2 days before our wedding), and was gobsmacked by how much I liked both of them. I have thick hair with fine strands that never works with styling, and somehow Leslie gave me volume and body with my updo. Liz did a great job at giving me both full coverage and natural makeup. Not only that, but the bridesmaids and the moms all had different types of hair textures and skin concerns, and they adeptly worked at giving everyone a style that made them feel beautiful. I am a fan!

The day of the wedding, the ladies at madame make-up did the hair and make-up for me and all 5 of my bridesmaids. Everyone looked so gorgeous! I highly recommend having your makeup done in their studio, as the windows provide so much natural light.

p on my wedding day. SO when booking them I knew I was booking the salon and not a specific employee. But I knew that they would all do great so I wasn’t worried about it. My hair person was different on my wedding day but still did AMAZING! I felt beautiful and I felt like they actually enjoyed being there! My makeup artist esme even fixed my makeup for me after I shed a few tears. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because there was a mis communication about whether they were coming to my venue or I was coming to the salon. Luckily my wedding planner fixed it but I would just make sure you communicate well what you want and follow up with them before your wedding to make sure they know! But honestly 10/10 recommend!

he same 2 artists as my trial. They were prompt & made any changes I may have asked for. My hair lasted the day, the night, & into the next afternoon :). My makeup was perfect as I had asked for it to be "caked on," but it really did not look "too" overdone. It was just right. Thumbs up to my hair & makeup artists. They delivered!!

photos in the July heat, my hair and makeup lasted through the entire reception! Their hair stylists and makeup artists were great at listening and understanding the look I wanted for the day. The salon is so comfortable and spacious, and my bridesmaids and I were even able to play our own music while we were waiting for everyone to finish. My bridesmaids and I are still getting so many compliments on our hair and makeup from my wedding!

at all; what is the point on having an appointment?! I ended up doing my own eyebrows to kill time. The main makeup artist is not at their location because she's one that goes to the brides location, so the girl who did my makeup was not experienced therefore didn't do a good makeup job nor the hair dresser yet they charged me full price on both makeup and hair. I will never give them my business again, they are unorganized, unprofessional and the ladies at their location don't do a good job.

mom all looked amazing and everyone's makeup lasted all day, and it was a May wedding! They were flexible in the scheduling and we basically had the whole salon to ourselves that morning.

what I had hoped for. It was equally awesome and lasted a whole evening with no problem for both the trial and the wedding day. She also did the hair for my whole bridal party. I would have preferred more communication in advance, but other than a minor snafu - where we did not know bridesmaids needed to arrive with dry hair even for a blowout so had to snap to it on the day-of - the product and experience were really positive.

ding so many reviews about not having the same artists as the trial i made sure to verify multiple times: *time of booking *week before *morning of wedding unfortunately not only was my make up artist almost an hour late the day of, it wasn’t even the same artist. It wouldn’t have been too much of a problem except the makeup was bad! I’m of darker skin tone and was completely “washed out”. My face was obviously lighter than the rest of my body. I WISH I could post a picture of how bad it was. A professional should be able to match your tone better. Because of the fact that the original artist wasn't there without notice, my original run through looked nothing like the final, including the eyeshadow Color and i lost time which is money. The time that went into re-doing my make up cut into photography time with my bridal party to practically none. This was time lost that I paid to the photographer and venue for our wedding. **Edit: I’m giving 3 stars bc my MOH and moms make up came out good and all of our hair stayed up and curled on such a rainy day**

Everyone looked beautiful they are incredibly talented and their products are high quality. I have very sensitive skin and had not a single issue. We all looked just as good at the end of the night as we did when they finished. I had trails with out vendors for hair and makeup and was blown away by Madame. They are the girls to trust for your big day!

worried her hair would be too short for the design she wanted but Beth made it work beautifully and was able to incorporate some floral pins she wanted to add last minute. For my hair, I had a new headpiece since my trial run that I wanted to add and was concerned it wouldn't work out. After some tweaking beforehand Beth got to use my headpiece and not only did the style come out beautifully but my long half up half down curls stayed the ENTIRE NIGHT!! Beth made the entire experience great and I highly recommend requesting her from Madame hair and makeup for any formal event you have coming up. Thank you Beth!!

I was amazed how you could easily use photographs to recreate hairstyles and makeup. Myself and the Mother of the Groom booked your professional stylists for the wedding day as did some of the bridal party. All of us were pleased with the outcome and the investment. Your team of professionals were willing to come to the venue, and the entire experience was a lot of fun for us all. You exceeded our expectations from start to finish. I have to say it was a joy as a Mom to experience this with my daughter. She literally lit up when she saw her makeup and hair at the first trial and Emily wanted to book you right away for her Bridal Portrait and the big Wedding Day.
