iately fell in love with her personality and photography style. We loved how elegant and classic Maddy’s portfolio is, and we appreciated that she uses both digital and film cameras. Maddy is organized and detail-oriented, yet patient and easygoing. We knew that we needed a photographer like Maddy on wedding day – not only someone who could keep us in-line, but also someone who was capable of making us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Compared to other photographers we considered for our big day, Maddy took time to get to know us as a couple. On both occasions that we worked with Maddy, she seamlessly made our sessions feel natural and fun. It was also evident that she focused on perfectly depicting our personalities – both as individuals and as a couple – and telling the story of “us”. Since we previously met Maddy prior to wedding day, we knew she would exceed our expectations when our big day finally arrived. We were even more pleased (though, not at all surprised) to hear that our family and friends feel the same way about Maddy that we do. It was obvious that Maddy carefully listened to our preferences and requests because she captured EVERY moment that we asked for. Our bridal party legitimately could not stop mentioning how great Maddy was. During stressful or unplanned moments, Maddy was always there to reassure us that there was plenty of time to capture our wedding day, which felt beyond comforting and was exactly what we needed to hear in those instants. My husband and I, along with our family and friends, are absolutely thrilled to see how beautifully our photos turned out. I cannot express enough how impressed everyone is with Maddy’s talent. I received multiple comments about how our photos are some of the most beautiful wedding photos they've ever seen. To say that we are utterly obsessed with our engagement and wedding photos is an understatement. In short, Maddy is an “experience” photographer. She has an ability to portray those “feel good” moments, the memories you can truly feel when you look at her work. Every image jumps off the page, and you are immediately taken back to the exact minute the photo was taken – the emotions, laughs, and (happy) tears are all still there. She checked out the venues and photo spots ahead of time to prepare—I thought that was very nice of her and shows how much she really cares. have a great mix of candid and family photos that represent our special day. Maddy helped us pick perfect locations for pictures and really helped plan the whole day. She even came to Tampa, FL to take our engagement photos. We were so lucky we found her and I can’t recommend her enough!
