prior to our engagement that we wanted to book her, and from the moment we reached out to her, she was nothing less than so very kind, professional and it truly felt that she went above and beyond in making us so confident and comfortable, and ensuring this was as smooth of a process as possible so we could be fully present on wedding day. We booked our venue and Madeline first, and she was SO helpful in pointing is in the right direction with other vendor recommendations. We wanted people that flowed well to further ensure a smooth day for all involved, and she definitely helped make that happen by providing an initial guide for us. We had a heck of a time trying to do our engagement session thanks to weather, but we finally made it happen and it was exactly what we wanted - such a good mix of our hometown which we wanted to include, and it matched perfectly with the dreamy, joyful vibes and simple/natural chic look we were going for with our wedding day decor. I feel like we definitely didn't really have much of a vision, and she totally worked with that and rocked it. My husband never knows how to act in front of a camera, and I can be quite shy myself, yet Madeline did a beautiful job at prompting us, while still making it look so natural. I'm sure we were not the most natural to try and work with, but she was so creative, and you wouldn't know it by the engagement pictures we got. Come wedding day, Madeline and her second shooter Tori played a HUGE part in helping the day flow among the beautiful moments they captured. They knew exactly what needed to be done when it came to getting the family/bridal party photos we wanted by keeping everyone organized and keeping them moving in a polite, professional way. Madeline has you fill out a form prior to wedding day that has preferences, timelines, family photo specifics, special highlights and last minute details specific to your vision on wedding day. I also thought it was special that she asked about potential family dysfunction, and areas of self-consciousness you or your partner may have, which she 1000% remembered and honored the day of. She made every ounce of this experience so personal. She captured the finest details all while cheering us on as a friend through this process. She truly loves her clients like her friends and you can see it in the energy she pours into her projects. We got our final edits a few weeks ago, and I could sit here and scroll through them every day. We felt like supermodels looking through so many of our pictures! We love the way that she edited the photos to capture the coziness and warmth of love we felt that day, and she also captured so many moments of true emotion which we will be able to relive over and over again through our photos. I want to print some and hang them in our house, but don't know how I'm to decide which ones. Photography is an investment you don't want to make a mistake on when considering your wedding day, and Madeline will not only ensure you have the dreamiest and most wonderful day, but also ensure she captures that legacy and allows it to carry on through generations in the photos that she takes. We love her, and can't wait to use her again in the future for other photo ops!

Spending time with her on our wedding day and during our mini shoot beforehand felt like hanging out with an old friend. She also has a crazy quick turn around and got me a sneak peak literally the day after the wedding! If you want heirloom quality photos and someone to really capture your day how you want, then you need Madeline. Also, side note, she has great connections and linked me up with the florist of my dreams! Can’t say enough about her!!!

artistic talents drew me to her immediately. Not only does she have an amazing eye for lighting and scenery, but she knows how to direct you to give you natural, basically candid looking photos. My husband and I did not start out as being super comfortable in front of the camera, but Madeline helped calm us and helped us to have fun and laugh! She was extremely accessible throughout our whole wedding process and even helped me do my wedding day timeline, which was a huge help. She was very open to all of our ideas and when we didn’t have any ideas she didn’t miss a beat, and was right there to guide us. We couldn’t be happier with how our photos turned out and I couldn’t imagine anything better. We will be using Madeline again in the future!

Madeline asked for the list of family/group photos and any specific photo poses well before the wedding which allowed me as the bride to focus on where she was directing my bridal party and myself as opposed to worrying about missed pictures. Me husband has a large family and she seamlessly transitioned groups for family photos and kept the process running smoothly not to delay the reception. She is creative and thinks outside of the box to get the perfect shot - had my groom, bridal party and myself laughing the whole time during our photos! I loved her use of a prism and innovative lighting solutions throughout our wedding photos. From the ceremony to first dances, cake cutting and toasts I could not have been more thrilled with the beauty, love and fun she captured throughout our wedding. I could not recommend her enough! Madeline has provided us with the perfect memories from our day that we will cherish forever!

ding a little bit about her and seeing her portfolio. While I wanted a specific style, we both wanted someone that would keep our day fun! I don't know about you, but I didn't want my wedding day to feel like work.. We actually wanted to ENJOY it. Our schedules were pretty hectic, so we only met Madeline for the first time on our wedding day.. And honestly not once did it feel that way! She's so sweet and so easy to talk to.. My husband hates getting his picture taken, but she made each photo op fun and exciting. Following her direction/suggestions made our day a breeze and stress-free. And of course the photos turned out above and beyond what we both expected!! (insert lots of crying emojis) In the words of my husband, "She was cool." Haha. but wanted to do the legal aspect of it here beforehand and thought no better chance than when all our loved ones were already coming together! So I messaged Madeline on Instagram and she responded promptly that she was available! I told her what our budget was and she didn't think twice about working within our budget (not to ignore the fact that she had to travel over an hour to our event!). Even more so, I realllly wanted this cake from Flouretta Sweet (also located in Lancaster and would recommend 10000x), and Madeline once again did not hesitate to agree to pick up AND transport it all the way to our shower for us! We came up with a timeline together for photos and she arrived on time (with a perfectly intact cake). For an hour of photos we received almost 200 beautifully edited shots. In fact, once the shower was done and we cleaned up and got ready to drive home, I already got a text from Madeline with 5 sneak peek photos! She must've gone straight home after she left our shower and got to editing a few right away because I was amazed at how quick I got sneak peeks! I wasn't even pulled out of the driveway yet when I got them! Anyway, it took less than 2 weeks before we received the other photos and I couldn't be any happier!

two people who aren’t the most comfortable in front of the camera. Before our wedding day she was easily accessible for questions and any concerns we had. We did an engagement session with her which I highly recommend. It allowed us the opportunity to get to know her and her to get to know our personalities. I was not worried at all the day of the wedding and knew she would take care of all the photography needs. She seamlessly organized all of the family photos and was effective in getting every shot we wanted. It was cold outside and she managed everyone’s time perfectly. Her professionalism while still being relaxed and fun was perfect. Many guests didn’t even realize she and her second shooter were there, however she got all the candid shots we were hoping for. Most importantly, her ability to capture the emotion of a moment in a photograph is a true talent. The photographs we have will forever be a reminder to us of the joy we felt on our wedding day and the love surrounding us. Our wedding won’t be the last time Madeline takes our photo, hopefully she will see us age and capture our family as it changes.

Her attention to color and detail make us feel like we are back at our wedding day. I could go on for days... BOOK HER. You won’t be disappointed, in fact, you’ll have your wedding and love you have with your partner captured EXACTLY as you remember it and more. P.S.
