Madeline’s Catering is owned and operated by experienced chef Madeline Neville. Since starting her company in 1990, Madeline and her team have worked with thousands of couples to bring their wedding dining vision to life. They now provide their services for over 500 private events a year and strive to create a seamless and stress-free catering experience from consultation to cleanup. Madeline’s Catering is available to provide on-location catering to celebrations throughout Monroe County. Knowing that every wedding is different, Madeline and her team offer a selection of packages to choose from to fit your needs, desires, and budget. As well as dining options, they also provide experienced service staff and trained bartenders who are ready to keep glasses full and guests happy.

I received my Culinary Degree in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University. A native of Westchester County, love and marriage moved me to Upstate New York where I settled into a position as a Sales Representative for a food service company out of Rochester. While working in that field, I had made several contacts with local caterers and it was one of these contacts that led to the start of Madeline’s Catering.

We are SO glad we went with Madeline's for our wedding! They were responsive and professional throughout our planning process and our guests are still raving about the food and drinks. We also LOVED the staff they sent to work our wedding -- they were so kind and their presence was absolutely positive and lovely (and they mixed a mean cocktail)! 10/10 recommend -- especially the bacon-wrapped dates.

OUTSTANDING! Madeline and Scott were great to work with! After the crushing same day double blow of having our Maid of Honor needing to back out for health reasons, as well as our caterer because she was retiring - only 2 months before the event!!! (Yikes! bridal breakdown!) - we were thrilled to discover Madeline was actually available (maybe it helped having a Sunday wedding!) The buffet food was absolutely delicious, (the salmon and garlic mashed potatoes were TDF), and they provided an expert bartender even though we bought our own wine and beer. Professional expert providers of delicious food and service and cleanup was a breeze and unobtrusive. The staff was friendly and so helpful. THE BEST!

Madeline was so quick and helpful to sort out our revised wedding plans and the food was excellent! Our wedding plans changed last minute (from having it at a venue to ending up with a little ceremony and dinner at a family members house) due to covid and Madeline's Catering helped us out big time. They truly made the experience as pleasant and stress free as possible. In about a week and a half before the wedding, we were able to order catering for twenty people. We ordered the mini vegetarian tacos and coconut shrimp for appetizers and then we had salad, top sirloin of beef, chicken marsala, garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal fresh vegetables, and two entrees for a couple vegetarians in the family. Everything was delicious! The mini vegetarian tacos stood out as a favorite, they were unique and so tasty, but we were impressed with everything we had ordered. The drop off service was flawless and they were so respectful and friendly. I absolutely would recommend Madeline's Catering and will certainly use them in the future! Thank you for helping to make our wedding day so perfect!

Our original wedding plans fell through one month before our wedding date due to covid. As we scrambled to re-plan our wedding, Madeline’s ended up being an easy decision for us. My husband found Madeline to be easy to communicate with, helpful, and flexible throughout the inquiry/ booking process. The prices were reasonable and they were upfront regarding the costs, which we really appreciated. Madeline made the re-planning process so much smoother for us during a stressful time-- and we can’t thank her enough for that! To top it off, the food was AMAZING. The carved beef, the scalloped potatoes, & the crab cakes were especially memorable. The Mediterranean station was another highlight and so unique. The service was outstanding as well. The day-of, we had a team of 5 servers including a bartender. Beth seemed to be the coordinator of the group and she was the sweetest. She was incredibly attentive, checking in with us frequently throughout the evening. While we were taking family portraits, two servers brought hand-passed appetizers out to us so we didn’t miss them… such a thoughtful gesture. The bartender also took great care of us. Overall, this team rolled with the punches with us, and ensured we (& our guests) were satisfied despite 1000 covid-related changes. We can’t wait to enjoy their food again at future Artisan Works events!

They were the house caterer for our wedding at Westminster. Not only was the food 10 out of 10 the wait staff was professional and did an amazing job. Pricing was very fair and they provided a diverse menu and were more than obliging with menu options. Our guests are still talking about how delicious our food was and was the best they have ever had at a wedding. I highly recommend using them for any event you may have.

Our wedding website and hashtag was GetYourFatPantsReady. That meant the food needed to be nothing but the best, and it was. Oh so delicious. If you ever have the chance, try the smoked gouda potatoes you won't be disappointed :) Everyone was raving about the food for days after the event!

I used Madeline's for my engagement party. As an event planner, expectations are always high for any event we have. I have used Madeline's many times for client events, and everything has always been wonderful. Our engagement party was no exception! My fiancé and I wanted seafood for our engagement party, so we went for a clambake. Madeline put together a creative menu that was inclusive of picky eaters. Everything was delicious. My father who has a compliant about most dining experiences, could not stop saying how wonderful the food was. The staff was prompt, hardworking, and so wonderful to all our guests. If you're looking for a caterer, look no further. Madeline's is amazing!

Simply amazing. Starting with the food, Madeline's was great. Truly great tastes and variety for us to choose from. She was very up front and realistic about what she thought would pair well, as well as how certain foods were. In terms of customer service, Madeline was amazing. She fielded many concerned phone calls from both of us, and even our parents, with ease and a friendly demeanor. We had our wedding at Artisan Works in September 2015 and my guests are still talking about how great the food was. We chose Madeline's in-house catering because it was definitely the easiest and most affordable option for the venue. We were attracted by that fact that we would have nearly unlimited options when choosing our menu, which was really important to my husband and I because we are reluctantly becoming food snobs thanks to our time living in Bordeaux. I met with Madeline to discuss some initial ideas but I left our meeting more confused than when I came. Having lots of options is great but it was a little overwhelming, especially when none of the items have prices listed. We had a specific budget we wanted to stick to, and without knowing which items were more expensive than others, our menu selection process became one big guessing game. That was the only thing that was a a little frustrating. Once we finally found the right combination, at the right price, things were fine. The food was beautifully prepared and everyone was really happy with their meal. As I said, we received lots of compliments from our guests during the event and it is still one of the things that people mention when we talk about the wedding! Thank you for a delicious dinner!

SO many options! Whatever you can think of, Madeline's can do! Guests raved about the food! Loved having the buffet and giving guests options. I highly recommend the chocolate fountain!

Madeline's Catering was amazing to work with. The sky was the limit for the menu. Everyone was so pleased with the food, top of the line! Everything looked great and tasted amazing. My guests commented that it was the best wedding food, and that the hand-passed hourderves came around more than expected. The bartender worked for them too and she was amazing, super friendly. It is great when you have older realitives who couldn't access stations so they made plates and served them to the elders. I am more than pleased.
