I was told how many perfect options MCB had in stock in my budget both to order and off the rack. After an almost 45 minute drive we walked into MCB and they did not have a single ...
dress in the “simple, clean, fit and flare” style nor anything even similar in my budget. I appreciate the stylist for not trying to force me to try dresses on that were over my budget but it was a disappointing shipping experience:/
From the day I walked in with my family and friends I felt welcome and served. This is the best place to pick out a dress as well as feel special. I appreciate the professionalism ...
and the excellent customer service rendered here.
I love my dress
I am so grateful for Madison Carolina Bridal! First, they were the only bridal shop I came across that offered an appointment option that allowed me to bring everyone I wanted at m...
y appointment. I was also impressed with their wide selection of budget-friendly options that were no less beautiful than any other dress. I had a wonderful time at my appointment, and Alissa was so helpful with finding dresses that matched my style. She also helped me sort through how I was feeling about some of the dresses I liked most (I ended up struggling to decide between two). Sara and Alissa were flexible and accommodating with my schedule to help me get in and try on my top options again so that I could be sure of my decision. Alissa was so patient with me throughout my appointments and a pleasure to work with. I could tell she really cared about me finding "the dress" and wanted to be sure I was confident in my decision before I made one. I would highly recommend Madison Carolina to any bride looking for the perfect dress! They are amazing!
I highly highly highly recommend Madison Carolina Bridal. The women that work here are truly amazing and so friendly. Sara, Alissa, and Megan went above and beyond to make me feel ...
comfortable and special. I initially bought my dress from a pop up shop called Inspire Bridal and was ghosted - they did not let me know if my dress would arrive for my wedding in time. I had to make the decision to find a plan B dress only a few weeks before my wedding. A friend of mine got me in touch with Megan from MCB and she immediately set up an appointment for me. They let my mom and I use the VIP room and Alissa treated us so well and was very kind. This really helped to alleviate the stress I was feeling. I didn’t even have to settle for a dress, she helped me find one that I loved even more than the first dress I found. Bottom line - do not look any further because you will have the best experience at this bridal boutique.
We had a lovely time selecting my daughter's gown and we trusted everything would go well. Unfortunately, we never received an email or phone call that Lauren’s dress was ready, wh...
ich put us a few months behind schedule. The fitting went well with the exception that the dress we ordered was nearly completely sheer; significantly more than the sample dress. We were comforted with Madison Carolina's offer to send lining so Lauren would be comfortable and the dress would be acceptable to wear in her church wedding. Unfortunately, despite many attempts communication with the store, we did not receive the fabric until just shy of 12 WEEKS from her fitting.
It is worth noting the staff is very friendly and accomodating during the on-site visits. Their gowns are beautiful with something for many brides.
I want to leave a 5 star review, but until the poor communication, lack of organization, empty excuses, and lack of apology improves, I can not recommend this bridal and prom store.
I cannot recommend them enough. They truly care about each client and have the knowledge to get you in the best dress form your body type and vision.
They make you feel confident ...
and you can genuinely be excited about your day

I placed an order for a pair of earrings over a month before my wedding.
The order was placed through this company's website.
In the order confirmation email there was a line t...
hat mentioned I would be notified once the item had been shipped. A week passed - no notification, so I reached out to the retailer. For over a month my emails were completely ignored as were a couple of phone calls I tried making to the number listed on the vendor's website. This vendor only responded to me after posting my initial review here on the Knot (within minutes despite having been 'unable' to respond for weeks). Had I not posted that review, I probably would never have heard from this store owner or received any form of refund. I never received the earrings, but a week before my wedding I did receive a refund. It was too late to place any other online orders from most stores and I didn't have the time to shop around by then.

se fits me like a glove, the only alteration I needed to make was hemming the bottom. I came back last month to purchase my veil since I didn't want to break the bank in one trip. Sara remembered my visit months prior and gave me the accessory discount which came as a surprise. Would recommend this shop to any bride in search of the perfect dress. Broad selection, affordable prices, and a stress free environment.

ould have an idea of what I wanted before I came in. A few weeks later I met her at a wedding festival and told her I had an appointment with her in Oct and she remembered my name and appointment date even with all the chaos of the event. I went to my appointment she gave me the freedom to look around and also pointed out things that might interest me. I tried on several and when I found the one she knew it also. She made me feel so good about the dress. Talked with me about alterations and how to make it perfect for me. She was absolutely amazing. I was able to walk out the perfect dress that day and below my budget!
So helpful and had the best selection! Would recommend to anyone looking for their dream dress!!
