Connected at a wedding expo about wedding coordination services (which I don’t think are offered anymore). After initial contact It took forever to get my contract and I had to sen...
d a reminder three different times to actually receive it. About a month and an half out from the wedding I noticed the contract was wrong and had not been signed on her end. I was told I would receive an updated contract but I didn’t receive anything for 3-4 weeks. I heard NOTHING after several follow up emails. I ended up having to find someone else. I requested a refund for my deposit since no services were performed and the contract was wrong. I still have not received the refund and this was about two months ago now. I kept hearing I would receive it, but still nothing. At this point, I don’t expect any type of refund since the charge was over a year ago. I was told it was an issue with the 3rd party payment company, however, it’s the vendors job to get me my refund. I’m very disappointed in the lack of professionalism
