He offered such kind words of encouragement when I needed them most and had a way of making me feel like everything was going to be okay. One detail that was especially meaningful to me was my bouquet charm. It held so much sentimental value, and I trusted Robert completely with it. I knew it was in safe and caring hands, and that peace of mind meant so much to me. We also had some unexpected last-minute changes to both our ceremony venue and getting-ready location. Robert didn’t hesitate for a second. He adjusted seamlessly, made everything work, and never made us feel like it was an inconvenience. He simply showed up for us and made sure our day was beautiful. And the flowers themselves were absolutely stunning. Everything came together so beautifully and felt so thoughtfully created for us. Robert was a true gem beyond a vendor and passionate florist at making us feel so loved and special during our wedding journey - being open minded to our ideas and customizations and helping provide sound advice on how to bring our vision to life. He was accommodating to every request we had and had amazing ideas to enhance our vision, always keeping our goals for our wedding design top of mind. On wedding day he delivered our florals (bride/bridesmaid bouquets, boutineers, and a special bride surprise floral arrangement) to our hotel with ease and without hesitation. They were at the venue early and perfected all of our floral arrangements for our ceremony, cocktail hour & reception alongside an abundance of beautifully lit pillar candles for our aisle, venue hallway tables and reception tables. He also made the most AMAZING sweetheart table that I cannot stop looking at content of. All of this and his team helped our venue with a room flip transforming our room from ceremony to reception in less than an hour and completely enhancing the designs from one to another with ease. From start to finish the experience in working with Madison Florist and Robert is one we will cherish and cannot recommend them more to have a really thoughtful florist supporting your wedding dreams!

My bridal bouquet was more perfect than I could have imagined and not a single detail was missed. Every arrangement he did was stunning, and the icing on the cake was when I received a gorgeous bouquet of roses from my husband the morning of the wedding, thoughtfully suggested and arranged by Robert. Everything was perfect and we will continue to use Madison Florist for all our floral needs moving forward!!

Our table scape filled with candles and beautiful bud vases was so perfect I can’t believe they got it all done in the little time they had to flip our ceremony space. All my bud vases and flowers in my bouquet were hand picked to match the floral print on my dress and many were out of season but Robert made sure we would get them all and it truly tied the vision all together. Would absolutely recommend!

Robert sat down with us and went over every detail and option, while keeping in mind our desired aesthetic and suggested enhancements we hadn’t thought of. In the months leading up to the wedding, Robert was always available by phone or email and was flexible with in-person appointments. The week before our wedding, we requested a change to the floral design on the sweetheart table. Robert accommodated our request with no issue. The day of the Wedding, we received gorgeous, fresh, red roses in the boutonnieres, bouquets and Mothers’ corsages. Madison Florist repurposed our altar arrangements from the Ceremony to flank the Sweetheart table in the Ballroom at the Reception, which gave our table even more of a lush look. Before our guests had entered the ballroom, we had a private reveal and were blown away. On all of the guests’ tables were magnificent centerpieces filled with vibrant, gorgeous, long stemmed red roses, just like we had pictured. Our Guests gushed about how elegant and romantic it all looked. A big Thank You to Robert and the Madison team for making our vision a reality.

have been doing our family events for over a decade now, and we have NEVER been disappointed. Rather, we have always been amazed at their responsiveness, creativity, and absolutely gorgeous floral arrangements. From first contact they immediately booked a private appointment with us so that we could discuss our desires and needs. Madison Florist would follow-up every so often adjusting what we needed as we got closer to the wedding date and had final count of tables, groomsmen, bridal party, etc. The day of they also surprised my sister with a floral arrangement from her husband to-be with a special card he wrote to her. It was a very sweet and touching moment that we would never had thought to do ourselves. Thank you for everything Madison Florist!!
