I want to help people save their money on this "professional photographer". This is what she called herself but she is not, the whole time I have had to be the one to reach out to her. She recently informed me that she has had family issues come up and is not focused on her photography, which she informed me of this after I have been asking her for my product but yet shared her photography page on the 23rd of June. She always called me a liar to PayPal after I filed a claim against her for a refund of the 8x11 Hard Custom Cover Photo book, she said she forgot until I reminded her in June but I asked her about it in May when she FINALLY sent the pictures after 3 days of saying she had it ready. You shouldn't treat your customers like this but it shows that "sweet" person will take your money when they are desperate. She took 1001 photos and I only received 149 and she did nothing special to them but 1 was in black and white. She spends all of her time on Facebook but she insists she has a real job? Save your money from someone who promises a product they don't deliver.
