Phil and his staff are so kind and knowledgeable. They honestly want you to have what you want. They are not pushy or have a sales quota to meet, which I greatly appreciated. I am the type of person who does my research and knew exactly what I wanted. I hammered Phil with questions and he made me feel very confident about my engagement ring purchase. The ring I picked was something I had made up in my mind and I couldn't find anywhere else, but Madison had almost exactly what I had dreamed. I was thrilled. My diamond quality is amazing for the price. They are great about cleaning and inspecting it whenever I want. Three years later when it was time to purchase my wedding band, I was shocked to find they still had the companion band. I was hesitant to buy it because it was out of my budget, but I was luckily there during their Christmas in July sale and got the right at 60% off! Not only that, but I won a Starbucks gift cards, got a free hamburger and water, and entered a drawing for a dinner at Ruth Chris. I was delighted when Phil mailed me a personal thank you note for my purchase during their event and for being a loyal customer. I have also purchased other items from Madison, and I simply love them. I know I'm getting quality jewelery at a fair price. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to a chain jewelry store, Long's or Bakers. At those places, you are paying way to much for lesser quality. Madison is simply the best and most honest jewelry store in Virginia Beach.

I looked at a variety of places for the ring I wanted with my husband. Most places had very fancy rings and just too much going on for me. I wanted something simple. Bonnie was able to find and customize exactly what I wanted. My husband also selected from a variety of loose diamonds the diamond he wanted to go into the ring. We did not feel pressured going into the store like we had with others. My ring is absolutely beautiful and perfect for me.
