kind of event most planners might have been overwhelmed by. Madison handled everything with complete professionalism, patience, and such a calm, confident presence. She truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. She also coordinated our rehearsal dinner on Friday night, which was held at the same venue, and made the entire weekend feel effortless and perfectly planned from start to finish. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent — she was always responsive, organized, and made me feel at ease every step of the way. Our wedding day flowed seamlessly, and I know that’s because of Madison and all the time, care, and heart she put into it. It was the perfect day, and I genuinely couldn’t have imagined it without her. I’ll be recommending her to every future bride I know! 💕

From booking vendors and ongoing coordination, detail-oriented and thoughtfully-curated design, and absolute perfection with the execution, she helped us truly feel present and embrace every moment (even amidst the nerves!). Throughout all of the indecisiveness, she was supportive in guiding us to what felt most authentic to us as a couple and our vision. She is communicative and well organized, making the process much smoother. We had to shift to plan B because of the weather, and it truly felt like plan A - she presented so many different ideas and options and was way ahead of the weather! A wedding planner is a must, and Madison is beyond trustworthy to bring your vision to life so beautifully.

I was indecisive and did not know what direction to go! She gave me comfort and support while helping me find what I love!! and oh wow did she execute my vision above and beyond!! Her attention to detail is like no other and she was always there for my many questions! She handled so many different tasks and created beautiful pieces! When I walked through my ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, I was blown away at how beautiful everything came together! Throughout the whole wedding day from morning to night, she checked on me and the groom to see if we needed anything!! She was Wonder Woman! She was so thoughtful and even checked on my mom and other important people in my life during the wedding! I had multiple people come up to me to ask where I found Madison because she truly was that amazing during the whole wedding.

though we weren’t even engaged yet at the time, there was no question in my mind that I needed Madison to be a part of our wedding. Madison was so patient and kind with all of my questions and type A planner tendencies. She managed realistic expectations while also following every vision I had for our wedding. I could not have been more thankful that there were a couple of things that she gently said no to that ultimately would have been a disaster on wedding day. Her expertise in the industry was invaluable. On wedding day, she was literally wonderwoman! I cannot imagine how many candles she lit and chairs she moved on top of also making sure the entire day ran seamlessly and coordinated surprises I had planned. After an entire day of quite literally creating a wedding out of 40-something boxes of decorations, she must have mopped up spills on the dance floor at least five times. TL;DR: Madison is AMAZING and regardless of what kind of package you have with her, no wedding could happen as beautifully as when Madison is involved.

program. She suggested the most wonderful vendors and went above and beyond meeting with them to make sure they were aligned with our budget and vision. She even walked through our venue with the florist to make sure every detail was taken care of. There were at least 3 other vendors I worked with that were so excited to hear my planner was Madison because they love working with her. I think having the praise and approval from other vendors in the industry speaks volumes to Madison professionalism, attention to detail, and wonderful personality. I honestly don’t think many brides can say this, but I woke up with zero stress on my wedding day. I knew Madison had everything under control and if something went wrong she would handle it. I can’t recommend Madison enough!!

The planner clearly was not prepared enough or trained properly, which is a fault of the owner. Madison Moseley's "lead planner" for my wedding was unorganized, not confident, and it seemed as if this was the first wedding she was ever “planning”. The worst thing she did is that she had ruined a surprise first dance for my brother (who got married during COVID and never got the chance to have one). I had previously made it crystal clear to her and Madison on multiple occasions that it was a surprise…it was even written as a surprise on the wedding timeline. As the bridal party was waiting to be introduced, she proceeded to ruin the surprise by telling my brother and sister in law that they had a dance right after the groom and MOG dance. No words can express how saddened, disappointed, disgusted, and frustrated I was that this was relayed to them after months of keeping the surprise a secret amongst family and friends. Upon arrival on the day of the wedding, she was asking the bridesmaids to contact people/vendors (also her job). She also asked bridesmaids where everything was in the church and where things needed to go. She clearly did not know the plan or timeline of the day. When those of us asked questions, she had no clue or direction. Instead of looking it up on the timeline that was already drafted, she simply kept saying “I don’t know”. You at least need to know where everything is in terms of venue, where people should be and when. The whole day I felt like she was extremely disoriented and in another universe. All of these examples are incredulous and unheard of as a wedding planner should be doing this - it’s what they are hired for! It came to the point where the photographer, videographer, and wedding reception venue hosts had to collectively pick up the slack of this individual. Especially at the beginning of the reception where she was absolutely nowhere to be found. But don’t worry, one of my bridesmaids found her…sitting down, and scrolling through her phone. She was also not assertive enough with anyone and lacked authority. She answered every question we had with hesitation, or an “I don’t know.” That day we needed her to be a guiding light, a leader, and on top of things. She was anything BUT those things, unfortunately. She also got everyone all stressed about timing before leaving for the church, which seemed unnecessary. Looking back, we were in fact on time. There’s a difference between creating a professional sense of urgency and sheer panic. She created the latter, resulting in missed pictures that I, the bride, had desired. She also relayed the sense of stress to my husband before the ceremony - when meeting her for the first time, he asked how I was doing since he of course had not seen me all day: “Very stressed out” was the response from her. Not what he was wanting to hear! All of the above events (and more!) added an extra layer of stress and worry to everyone, including me as the bride. You should never hire someone who would make you feel any of those things on the day of your wedding. To say the least, we would STRONGLY recommend NOT using this company. Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and these are the last people you want to trust that with.

Her timeline was perfect and because of her, everything went smoothly on our wedding day. On top of that, she's an amazing person! She was so prompt and thorough in her communication, nothing short of professional, and her past work with styling weddings was beautiful. I knew I wanted someone who could make a vision come to life and the MME team was it! We booked The Party Starter package and Morgan and Mikayla were our day of team. Everything ran SO smoothly and if there was a hiccup along the way, the team did such a good job of fixing it or smoothing it over before anyone even noticed. As soon as they arrived on-site, they checked in with the bridal party to ensure we were on schedule and then immediately went to work on setting up all our decor. My jaw dropped when I saw how they brought our 1.5 years of planning to life so flawlessly. Morgan and Mikayla helped us stay on schedule and also let us get off schedule when we wanted to spend a little more time eating dinner. They were helpful in ways we didn't even know we needed to. Morgan can bustle a dress like nobody's business and they were so quick to bring drinks and food to the entire bridal party while we were taking after-ceremony photos so no one missed out on the cocktail hour treats or went hungry. They packed us to-go boxes of our buffet and dessert and placed them in the limo for us to have late-night snacks at our hotel that evening. One moment will forever stick out to us. Just after the photos were finished and before our entrances to the reception, we had about 10 minutes left. Morgan told us to just relax and enjoy the quiet with one another. She gave us privacy and came back to get us when it was time to enter, but we were so grateful to have squeezed in that time to soak in the "just married" feeling and take a look over at all our family and friends that came to celebrate us. There are so many details you couldn't even begin to plan for, but the MME took care of them seamlessly. This was one of the best decisions we made in regards to our wedding day. If you're considering this, you NEED to book ASAP!

I hired her as the month of coordinator so we had 2 planning meetings which definitely put my mind at ease regarding my timeline and other logistics, along with numerous emails and questions I had along the way. On our wedding night, we lost power at our wedding venue during our wedding vows (thanks to Duke Energy) and the cops and fire marshal told us that everyone had to evacuate ASAP. Madison and Morgan remained calm the entire evening and helped us transport items as well as helped the venue staff figure out the best solutions that allowed us to continue our reception at a nearby hotel as a last minute backup plan. She definitely went above and beyond that night, as none of us were prepared to pack up and leave on a moment’s notice but she was there every step of the way. I highly recommend Madison, you’ll be in great hands if you hire her as your coordinator.

They had the ability to get things done when required but were also very pleasant in working with everyone. They also had a great relationship with the vendors which was very helpful. Madison and Morgan both would ask what we needed from the vendors and then worked directly with them.

It was a great feeling knowing everything was under control and knowing my family and I didn't have to stress about the final details the day of. Absolutely one of the best decision! If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! You want MME at your event!!
