Madison Nichole Weddings

I would give Madison 6 stars if I could! Initially I was on the fence about hiring a “day of” coordinator but I am SO GLAD that I did! Madison went above and beyond making sure my wedding day went smoothly. She helped me design a timeline and shared lots of ideas and suggestions with me that I hadn’t considered. Her expertise was so incredibly helpful and my day wouldn’t have been nearly as wonderful or seamlessly organized without her. My wedding was outdoors at my parents house on Lake Hamilton, so there were concerns about the weather and the logistics of not using a traditional venue. But thanks to Madison, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Her team worked tirelessly all day ensuring that every detail was flawless. They took care of everything from steaming all our table cloths to perfection, to arranging gorgeous table designs, to directing vendors, and even occasionally stepping in as a “DJ” by queuing up our entrance/exit/first dance songs (since a DJ was out of our budget). I cannot recommend Madison and her team enough. If there’s anything you will regret not doing for your wedding it’s hiring Madison as your coordinator.

Just finished using Madison's company for our daughter's wedding and cannot say enough good things about the quality of service her team provided. Madison made this process incredibly easy and stress free covering all aspects of the ceremony. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an event or wedding planner. !

Madison is a very organized and detailed individual who makes the wedding planning process easy. She is friendly and caring about her clients. We absolutely recommend this smart young lady to anyone wanting to have a spectacular wedding!

SO SO SO THANKFUL FOR MADISON! We originally did not know about Madison and had another coordinator who bailed on us a few months before the wedding, but it was all for the best because Madison was 10x better. She answered every text and question about the wedding right away! She was so prepared for anything that could happen and had so many idea which I needed for my backyard wedding. So thankful for her help making our big day absolutely perfect.

We had an absolutely incredible wedding day and Madison Nichole Weddings is 100% the reason why. Not only was she a planner, but as one of my best friends, she was also a bridesmaid. I knew from the start that she would not have any issue participating in the wedding and running the show but she blew even my highest of expectations out of the water. She managed to take over communication with all of our vendors, be the best bridesmaid on the day of thanks to her team (Jay, Kristina, Karen, and especially Destiny), and still ensure my day was everything we wanted it to be and more. I truly cannot imagine how we would have pulled it off without her, and I cannot recommend her enough. I want to mention that we hired Madison for full planning, and she also planned and pulled off amazing events for our engagement party in January, our couple's shower in April, and our rehearsal dinner/welcome party in June. We would hire her over and over and over again if we could.
