edding. Once the wedding was around the corner Madison took the lead on coordinating with venues, nailing down final details with us, and creating a detailed plan of action. She made our wedding day and the lead up to it so stress free. She is a total pro and will make sure you have the best wedding experience possible. Definitely recommend hiring her!

The thing we loved the most - our doggy child Carl was at our wedding and without even asking, Madison's team would bring him out on the dance floor with his leash so he could be part of the experience. He is our family and the fact that they knew we wanted him a part of the day and taking that off of our hands to handle was amazing. We didn't want him out there the whole time so that was so nice of them! There were minor things like our dance floor falling, rain, etc. But Madison never wanted me to feel the stress of that. She took it on head first and handled everything without putting the stress on me! The timing of course changes in a wedding and she always had a back up plan and gave us clear direction! Brides, HIRE MADISON AND HER TEAM. Having a planner is a MUST when it comes to weddings and having the best time of your life!

wedding day went smoothly. She helped me design a timeline and shared lots of ideas and suggestions with me that I hadn’t considered. Her expertise was so incredibly helpful and my day wouldn’t have been nearly as wonderful or seamlessly organized without her. My wedding was outdoors at my parents house on Lake Hamilton, so there were concerns about the weather and the logistics of not using a traditional venue. But thanks to Madison, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Her team worked tirelessly all day ensuring that every detail was flawless. They took care of everything from steaming all our table cloths to perfection, to arranging gorgeous table designs, to directing vendors, and even occasionally stepping in as a “DJ” by queuing up our entrance/exit/first dance songs (since a DJ was out of our budget). I cannot recommend Madison and her team enough. If there’s anything you will regret not doing for your wedding it’s hiring Madison as your coordinator.

d. I knew from the start that she would not have any issue participating in the wedding and running the show but she blew even my highest of expectations out of the water. She managed to take over communication with all of our vendors, be the best bridesmaid on the day of thanks to her team (Jay, Kristina, Karen, and especially Destiny), and still ensure my day was everything we wanted it to be and more. I truly cannot imagine how we would have pulled it off without her, and I cannot recommend her enough. I want to mention that we hired Madison for full planning, and she also planned and pulled off amazing events for our engagement party in January, our couple's shower in April, and our rehearsal dinner/welcome party in June. We would hire her over and over and over again if we could.
