Madison Party Rental

everything fell apart during the most important part of any rental transaction, on our wedding day. We paid an extra fee to have the delivery earlier than standard hours. The first truck was 2 hours late and the second truck came even later. We had family and friends waiting around to help set up. This was disastrous for many reasons including my husband forfeiting all of the time he had planned to get ready and hang out with the guys before our ceremony and family and friends actually unloading the trucks and helping set up the tent because the delivery people were so incredibly lackadaisical and inept. This I'm sure was a huge liability for Madison Party Rental as someone could have gotten seriously injured on their account. The pick up process after the reception was equally as awful. They arrived late again, which put them in the park after park hours. A ranger had to wait for them to load up the rentals and we were charged a fee for the time they were at the park past closing. The worst part overall, besides the incredibly rushed set up and unnecessary added stress to our wedding day was that there was absolutely no response when we explained our frustration to Madison Party Rental and not even an attempt to help rectify this disastrous situation. We were not refunded the extra fee we paid for early delivery, even though they did not complete this service, we were not apologized to for the tardiness or lack of haste in unloading the rentals, we were not refunded for the fee we incurred from the park on Madison Party Rentals behalf. We spent over $2000 in rentals. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you want a stress-free wedding day and expect to be treated with any sort of respect.

his quick responses and he was very nice to work with (I adjusted our order several times and he accommodated our changes). The prices are very reasonable and for the service we received, we think it was the best deal! The delivery drivers were quick and on time. There was one issue, but Madison Party Rental took care of it (we ordered both simple white plastic chairs and white wood chairs with padded seats for our wedding). The day of the wedding, they didn't have enough of the plastic white chairs, so they gave us wooden padded ones in place but didn't charge any extra. We were happy that they took care of this issue before delivering to our venue. We would recommend Madison Party Rental.
