But Katie was calm, cool, collected, and creative! She assured me that we had time and the resources to make magic happen - and she was totally right! She was extremely considerate of my ideas, budget, and level of crazy. She even tracked down a custom font we found online to include with my invite and day-of stationary. When we hit a few bumps along the way - always to be expected but never fun - Katie was reassuring and took action immediately. Because of our tight timelines, she had things shipped to me when possible and handed off materials to my bridesmaid when necessary. All of her design work came to life beautifully and fit our wedding perfectly. Katie treated me like a client-friend and made the experience very personable; I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
