About this vendor
Madison’s Magnolia Events LLC is a wedding planning, coordination and photobooth rental company located in Louisville, KY. Owner and lead planner Madison Hunt understands the importance of making your wedding day as memorable as possible and endeavors to honor this by curating unforgettable milestone events.
Madison Hunt has been the driving force behind Madison’s Magnolia Events LLC since its establishment in 2021. Having graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Louisville in 2019, she later decided to take a leap of faith and pursue her dream of setting up her own event planning business. Madison enjoys getting to know her clients personally and understanding what makes them tick. The more she learns about you and your beloved’s preferences and tastes, the easier it is to create an event that authentically reflects the unique bond you both share. In addition to weddings, Madison is happy to coordinate engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and next-day celebrations, along with any other significant occasions you have in mind.
The Madison’s Magnolia Events LLC team offers a range of full-service, partial, and custom wedding coordination packages to choose from. She begins the planning process with a pre-wedding consultation and, from here, can devise an itinerary that best suits your event theme and budget. Her all-inclusive packages include two-hour rehearsal planning, three one-hour meetings, a venue walkthrough, and up to twelve hours of dedicated wedding day coordination. In addition, Madison can assist with floor-plans, vendor management, and event design, along with the creation of out-of-town welcome baskets for guests. The team also offers a range of elegant event rental items such as antique gold mirrors, personalized seating charts and hanging swings for sweet photographs. For convenience, they are also happy to manage the setup and tear-down of event areas on the day.
In addition to the planning and coordination, Madison's Magnolia Events also offers the first robotic selfie photobooth in Kentucky for rent. It acts as a photographer and videographer. Check it out in photos and email madisonsmagnoliaevents@gmail.com with inquires for this.

Leaving this review because, as a former bride, I understand how hard finding a wedding coordinator can be. If you hire Madison, YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS.

nators and I felt like most of them were just trying to push us to spend more money for an "instagram worthy" wedding. Madison was the only coordinator we met with that made us feel like she actually had our best interest at heart, and wasn't just pushing us to spend more unnecessary money. Having great vendors in your corner on wedding day can really make or break your experience. From the moment Madison arrived at our venue, she went to work making sure everything was as we imagined. She went above and beyond to always make sure we were happy and accommodated. Even our wedding party made numerous comments about how great our coordinator was. As a DIY bride, I was always worried things would turn out to looking DIY'd. Madison took my vision and everything turned out STUNNING. She was a true joy to work with and I would recommend her to any engaged couple!

siveness, and professionalism cannot be topped. Perhaps most important, Madison has a huge heart and was simply a pleasure to partner with. As a bride, she made me feel supported and cared for, and I know my mom appreciated all the support and vendor coordination throughout our planning process. 5/5 stars doesn't do Madison justice, and I wish I could give more. Thank you, Madison, for making our day the most special! <3

er communication is great. She knows what she is doing and I would hire her if I had to do it again. Madison remained calm throughout each chaotic event that happened on my day and that is exactly what I needed. She was so supportive of me and. my wants for the day. Also big thanks to Carolle who assisted Madison with our wedding, they were a great team and our day would not have happened without them.

oy the process. On the day of the wedding, it unexpectedly snowed. Madison showed up with positive energy, reassured us everything would be okay, and ensured our day ran smooth. I couldn’t recommend Madison enough! She gave us many vendor recommendations and did the communicating for us when needed. She is a huge reason our day is one to remember. Very polite, very professional, and treated my husband and I with such kindness. Thank you, Madison!

After struggling to do things on my own, I reached out to Madison. I didn’t initially plan to hire a full service coordinator but after hearing about what she had to offer (with absolutely NO pressure), we decided it was best for our sanity to hire her with her full service package. And I cannot tell you how happy I am that we did.
First off, Madison is such a sweet person. As a bride, she made me feel so special and seen throughout the entire process. Anytime I felt stressed, she jumped into action to settle the issue and made sure my needs and wants were being met without hesitation.
One of my biggest concerns about planning the wedding was coordinating with the numerous vendors involved. She took that on and advocated for us so we didn’t have to. It was such a relief to ask questions and have her go get answers from them on our behalf. There were also plenty of times where she would ask questions that I never considered. It brought me so much peace knowing that we had a professional handling all of the little details with each vendor.
I highly recommend using Madison for your big day - she’s an outstanding coordinator, putting the couple first and foremost, and will move mountains to ensure your vision comes to life. She’s also an incredible human being and so lovely to work with.
