She is incredibly organized and thoughtful and always put us at ease during each of these meetings. The weekend of the wedding Mady and her team were on point. She helped coordinate all the deliveries from the rental companies and vendors. She also coordinated our wedding rehearsal with our families and bridal parties and helped troubleshoot the last minute details. The day of the wedding ran seamlessly, and that was 100% due to Mady keeping everybody on track, coordinating all of the vendors throughout the day, and troubleshooting any issues along the way. If things went wrong, neither of us heard about it and she just took care of it perfectly. This allowed us to enjoy the day fully without needing to troubleshoot problems on our wedding day. We are so thankful to her for this! We had so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and well-coordinated our wedding was. d some family related issues that made us postpone for a bit, but Mady never skipped a beat! She was with us ever step of the way and made the whole situation easier. The day of I felt so relaxed putting everything in her hands, which is difficult because I’m a bit of a control freak. If there were any complications, she just took care of them because I didn’t hear anything about them. My husband and I had the absolute best night with all of our loved ones and could not have done it without her!! Highly recommend, 20/10.

What really surpassed my expectations was that on one of the events there was a chance of unexpected weather. Before I could start to worry about it she had already made a back up plan and had sent it out to me. Everything was covered and we had an awesome event. On top of the amazing job she had already done before and throughout the whole day I came home to a sweet little note she slipped in my bag that not many people do that made me feel special after a long, hard day. Mady is truly amazing at what she does and not only does she do a great job but makes you feel comfortable to do your own. She is great with her clients and takes care of everyone. Towards the end, we met weekly on Zoom to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. One of Mady's biggest strengths is her design eye, which was where we needed the most help with! She comes from an interior design backgrounds, and we really trusted her with the aesthetics, which we think really paid off! We were ultimately so surprised by how smoothly our wedding weekend went, and Mady was a huge part of that!

Behind the scenes they were making sure people where were they needed to be so that the day flowed smoothly without any trouble. Not to mention the text alerts Mady set up for the wedding party which also supported timeliness. The day after the wedding she even went out of her way to deliver our cake for us. Our family loved her so much that we asked her to stick around and watch wedding footage with us. She basically felt like family by the end of our event. I could not recommend her more!

When we were a couple weeks out from our wedding Mady made herself available whenever we had questions or concerns. During the week of our wedding she was all hands on deck and kept us on track. I don't know how we would have done the actual wedding day without Mady even though we were having a smaller wedding (~40 people)-- by having Mady there it truly allowed my husband and I to simply enjoy the day and not be bogged down by logistics and setting up. We cannot recommend Mady enough and are just so grateful to her and her husband Lucas for making our day absolutely perfect and smooth.

From our very first conversation, we were immediately put at ease by Mady's knowledge, cheerful demeanor, and professionalism. Mady was available to help with our questions and concerns leading up to our wedding day, providing so many helpful recommendations and solutions. As part of her day-of coordination services, Mady shared access to her planner tool, which was incredible in helping us to stay organized, manage RSVPs, and solidify table and seating assignments. We did not live near our venue, and Mady was able to work with our travel schedule to ensure that we were able to do not one - but two - detailed site walkthroughs. It was so reassuring to know that Mady had our timeline and vendor schedules covered and that we did not have to worry about decor, vendor drop-off, or tear-down. During our rehearsal, Mady immediately took charge and made sure that we were able to practice all ceremony details and she even provided an emergency kit for any unexpected issues that might have popped up on our wedding day! Day-of, I can not emphasize enough how amazing it was to have Mady as our coordinator. We were able to just relax and live in the moment knowing that Mady (and her husband, Lucus) had things covered. She truly brought to life the wedding of our dreams, and she did so all while running around in 100-degree heat without one complaint. Mady is truly the BEST!!

She decorated the reception venue beautifully; we didn't have to lift a finger the day of and it was gorgeous. She was on top of everything on the wedding day, from making sure all the vendors arrived and set up correctly, to decorating and tearing down the reception. At the reception she made sure my husband and I had drinks, and cleaned up any spills or small messes so that all we had to do was have a great time! I cannot say enough great things about Mady. Hiring her was the smartest decision we made when planning our wedding!
