wedding planner and month of coordinator and she was fantastic. She helped create a design for our wedding and gave us recommendations on other vendors to use for the wedding. Her floral recommendation-By Request-was an amazing suggestion. Throughout our planning process we had meetings to check in with Mady regarding our progress. Mady was flexible with her availability, which was very helpful when planning from a different time zone. Her timelines, spreadsheets, and checklists kept us on track throughout the entire process. She is incredibly organized and thoughtful and always put us at ease during each of these meetings.
The weekend of the wedding Mady and her team were on point. She helped coordinate all the deliveries from the rental companies and vendors. She also coordinated our wedding rehearsal with our families and bridal parties and helped troubleshoot the last minute details. The day of the wedding ran seamlessly, and that was 100% due to Mady keeping everybody on track, coordinating all of the vendors throughout the day, and troubleshooting any issues along the way. If things went wrong, neither of us heard about it and she just took care of it perfectly. This allowed us to enjoy the day fully without needing to troubleshoot problems on our wedding day. We are so thankful to her for this! We had so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and well-coordinated our wedding was.

On the day of our wedding, Mady and her team had everything on lock. Every detail was covered, even setting up some DIY's that I completed the morning of! And vendor coordination? AMAZING! What really surpassed my expectations was that on one of the events there was a chance of unexpected weather. Mady is always so positive and professional, eager to help with anything that comes up. She goes above and beyond, like letting us borrow some of her decor and arranging our mock florals. Because we don't live in the area, Mady was so helpful in meeting with vendors on our behalf and Zooming us for things like design meetings. Towards the end, we met weekly on Zoom to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. One of Mady's biggest strengths is her design eye, which was where we needed the most help with! usband and I aren't in the SLO area so Mady truly went above and beyond for us --doing a site visit on her own, managing some of our rentals/pickups for us pre and post wedding, and she provided amazing recommendations when we were struggling finding vendors. When we were a couple weeks out from our wedding Mady made herself available whenever we had questions or concerns. During the week of our wedding she was all hands on deck and kept us on track. From our very first conversation, we were immediately put at ease by Mady's knowledge, cheerful demeanor, and professionalism. Mady was available to help with our questions and concerns leading up to our wedding day, providing so many helpful recommendations and solutions. As part of her day-of coordination services, Mady shared access to her planner tool, which was incredible in helping us to stay organized, manage RSVPs, and solidify table and seating assignments. We did not live near our venue, and Mady was able to work with our travel schedule to ensure that we were able to do not one - but two - detailed site walkthroughs.
It was so reassuring to know that Mady had our timeline and vendor schedules covered and that we did not have to worry about decor, vendor drop-off, or tear-down. During our rehearsal, Mady immediately took charge and made sure that we were able to practice all ceremony details and she even provided an emergency kit for any unexpected issues that might have popped up on our wedding day!
Day-of, I can not emphasize enough how amazing it was to have Mady as our coordinator. We were able to just relax and live in the moment knowing that Mady (and her husband, Lucus) had things covered. She truly brought to life the wedding of our dreams, and she did so all while running around in 100-degree heat without one complaint.

She was on top of everything on the wedding day, from making sure all the vendors arrived and set up correctly, to decorating and tearing down the reception. At the reception she made sure my husband and I had drinks, and cleaned up any spills or small messes so that all we had to do was have a great time! I cannot say enough great things about Mady. Mady excels at many parts of the planning process, from the small touches like table number holders and seating charts to coordinating with the vendors and calming our nerves. Mady was very responsive throughout the entire process, and the week of the wedding she made us feel like royalty because she was there to help in any way possible. The coordination with vendors was a blessing as that was a major stressor as the big day neared. Mady was on-it with each and every vendor and we had zero hiccups when wedding day hit.
We also enjoyed Mady's creativity and style during our time working with her. We had her create our seating charts and her work fully exceeded our expectations. She also built the lovely arbor that framed our wedding and head table. It was a doozy, and 100% Mady-built! She even jumped in to sturdy it up as it was hit with head-on Kansas winds and heavy flowers.
