ervice planning, and I highly recommend hiring her for that service. She made the planning process significantly less stressful and was so patient and kind. I was never the type of girl who had her whole wedding planned on Pinterest in high school and needed some direction in regards to what I wanted. Every vendor she recommended was amazing and exceeded our expectations. She helped create such a beautiful wedding that was within our budget, and we really appreciate her consideration of that. All of our guests still comment on smooth the whole day was several months later. We could not have asked for our wedding day to be any better!

wedding planner and month of coordinator and she was fantastic. She helped create a design for our wedding and gave us recommendations on other vendors to use for the wedding. Her floral recommendation-By Request-was an amazing suggestion. Throughout our planning process we had meetings to check in with Mady regarding our progress. Mady was flexible with her availability, which was very helpful when planning from a different time zone. Her timelines, spreadsheets, and checklists kept us on track throughout the entire process. She is incredibly organized and thoughtful and always put us at ease during each of these meetings. The weekend of the wedding Mady and her team were on point. She helped coordinate all the deliveries from the rental companies and vendors. She also coordinated our wedding rehearsal with our families and bridal parties and helped troubleshoot the last minute details. The day of the wedding ran seamlessly, and that was 100% due to Mady keeping everybody on track, coordinating all of the vendors throughout the day, and troubleshooting any issues along the way. If things went wrong, neither of us heard about it and she just took care of it perfectly. This allowed us to enjoy the day fully without needing to troubleshoot problems on our wedding day. We are so thankful to her for this! We had so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and well-coordinated our wedding was. Mady was truly amazing to work with and we could not recommend her more highly to future couples.

ided us helped us stay on track with our planning as well. She and her team helped our event run so smoothly, and we can’t thank her enough!

access to a ton of forms via google sheets to help me stay on track and organize my thoughts to ultimately bring my wedding vision to life. While I did not need to schedule monthly meetings often, she was quick to respond to my questions or concerns via email. The month of the wedding she made sure to get in contact with all other vendors and ensure we were on the same page. The weekend of she was hands on in every aspect making it easy for me as the bride to sit back, relax, and breathe easy. Thank you Mady for all that you did for us and all that you do in this industry :)

d some family related issues that made us postpone for a bit, but Mady never skipped a beat! She was with us ever step of the way and made the whole situation easier. The day of I felt so relaxed putting everything in her hands, which is difficult because I’m a bit of a control freak. If there were any complications, she just took care of them because I didn’t hear anything about them. My husband and I had the absolute best night with all of our loved ones and could not have done it without her!! Highly recommend, 20/10.

ome, she was even able to come to our walk through and tasting.   The once a month meetings leading up to the wedding were also really great! I was always able to get so many questions answered - which put my anxious mind at ease. She was also so patient, understanding, and above all kind when it came to talking about sensitive and emotional family matters. I will always be forever grateful for that. On the day of our wedding, Mady and her team had everything on lock. Every detail was covered, even setting up some DIY's that I completed the morning of! And vendor coordination? AMAZING! She really made us feel like she was on our team 100% ride or die! Even when a couple of our vendors fell short, it was so great to have someone truly in our corner. That alone is priceless. We even got quite a few comments from guests with how amazing and nice her entire team was! Mady was the highlight of our whole wedding experience and worth every penny. We don't know what we would have done without her!

ng to just copy & paste my thank you note to her :) Just wanted to reach out again and say THANK YOU!! for everything you did for us last week. We felt so taken care of the entire day (weekend, really), and you handled so many situations with grace and professionalism. I also personally appreciated all the check-ins throughout the day. I knew you had everything handled and releasing control to you felt so easy. I knew we were in good hands. We really adored our entire vendor team, and I was so impressed with how everyone worked together so cohesively. I am sure you played a massive hand in making that happen, so thank you. From your helpers, the service staff, venue staff, caterer, you name it – there wasn’t a moment where I thought “shoot, we need more help” or “xyz is dropping through the cracks” and I know I can attribute that to you and your team. My entire wedding party and family said the same thing – along the lines of “oh yeah, Mady is the real deal.” Your style, attention to detail, compassion, and excitement throughout the weekend did not go unnoticed by us. We will refer you to everyone we know, you were truly such a blessing on our day.

m our date we began to panic over how much we had left to do and decided to hire her as our full-time planner from then on. Mady was incredibly dedicated to our vision and worked so hard behind the scenes to make everything happen. During the rehearsal and the wedding day, Mady’s team were professional and prompt, as well as kind. I can’t recommend her more highly.

with me early on before the event and gave me up to date details of the event and everything I needed to know. She was very responsive and on the day of made sure I had everything I needed to do my job successfully. She was very detailed oriented and also brought snacks on the day of which was awesome. Constantly checked up on me which not many coordinators do and made sure I was good all day. What really surpassed my expectations was that on one of the events there was a chance of unexpected weather. Before I could start to worry about it she had already made a back up plan and had sent it out to me. Everything was covered and we had an awesome event. On top of the amazing job she had already done before and throughout the whole day I came home to a sweet little note she slipped in my bag that not many people do that made me feel special after a long, hard day. Mady is truly amazing at what she does and not only does she do a great job but makes you feel comfortable to do your own. She is great with her clients and takes care of everyone. I do hope to work with her more and would highly recommend her for your next event.

ue, finding, research, and corresponding with vendors, keeping us on track, and handled the day-of perfectly. Mady is always so positive and professional, eager to help with anything that comes up. She goes above and beyond, like letting us borrow some of her decor and arranging our mock florals. Because we don't live in the area, Mady was so helpful in meeting with vendors on our behalf and Zooming us for things like design meetings. Towards the end, we met weekly on Zoom to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. One of Mady's biggest strengths is her design eye, which was where we needed the most help with! She comes from an interior design backgrounds, and we really trusted her with the aesthetics, which we think really paid off! We were ultimately so surprised by how smoothly our wedding weekend went, and Mady was a huge part of that!

ng to need all the help we could get with the Covid madness. We were also planning a wedding about 5 hours drive from where we live and needed trustworthy boots on the ground. From the first conversation I knew Mady was our girl. She was professional, prompt and honest. She was a wealth of knowledge and if there was anything we asked that stumped her, she did her research and figured it out quickly. Although Mady was newer to the area, she exceeded our expectations. As our big day got closer, Mady did a great job of following up and keeping us on track. Day of was a dream - never once was a worried or stressed. Mady had everything under control - she even made it into one of our reception toasts! To top everything off, Mady is simply a genuine, caring person. My husband and I had such a great time getting to know her and hope we can stay in contact in the future. Don’t be dumb, hire Mady for your wedding.

ire day. Her communication was clear and timely. We will continue to recommend Madyson and her team to our future clients!!

ered any questions I had, and was available to do venue walk-throughs to ensure I felt comfortable for the weekend of the wedding. She supported our entire weekend of events and made sure everything went smoothly. I really cannot say enough good things about her. In addition to her ability to communicate, punctuality, and effectiveness, she also had a team of people supporting her during the weekend. Her assistants were professional and well trained. Behind the scenes they were making sure people where were they needed to be so that the day flowed smoothly without any trouble. Not to mention the text alerts Mady set up for the wedding party which also supported timeliness. The day after the wedding she even went out of her way to deliver our cake for us. Our family loved her so much that we asked her to stick around and watch wedding footage with us. She basically felt like family by the end of our event. I could not recommend her more!

nailed it. We discussed our plan and vision with her and she made everything come to life on the wedding day. She answered all of my emails and texts and allowed me to feel so comfortable leading up to the day of the wedding. Mady made the day run so smoothly and took all of the stress I had away. Mady helped make our wedding day a day we will never forget. She also packed everything up nicely at the end of the night for us to take home. We appreciated her so much. I definitely recommend Mady!! She is truly amazing. We love you Mady!!

they way I had planned it. Thank you for making our day so special, we could not have done it without you!

autifully executed. Mady took the time to work with my daughter a month prior to the event, helped with budgeting, recommended vendors, created the timeline, and kept everyone on schedule. I highly recommend Mady Bell Events anytime to anyone!!

ing and I was blown away by how much she went above and beyond every step of the way. She never let a single thing fall through the cracks (we covered so many details in our many meetings and emails and she would always follow up on every.single.one). Mady was punctual for every single meeting, professional, responsible, and always willing to roll up her sleeves with anything I needed help with, even with mundane tasks like picking up the cake and alcohol, setting up all the venue decorations... everything. She made our welcome sign, seating sign, and other signage (she has an amazing eye for design). She also made site visits for us when we weren't able to travel to SLO for them (we aren't local to the area). As others mentioned, her software was also super easy to use and made all the details so much easier to manage. She had the best recommendations from vendors, to design, to how to navigate every decision. Most importantly, Mady has the most friendly demeanor and was so calming and reassuring to me during the stress of the wedding planning process. It was so wonderful having her in my corner and knowing I could trust her with everything - she really became a friend through the process. Hiring Mady was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Hire Mady Bell! You won't regret it.

busy work schedules and were unsure how to navigate planning our wedding while living out-of-state. We purchased the full planning package, and Mady helped us out every step of the way! She kept us on top of our deadlines and provided us with as much guidance as we needed. Every vendor that Mady recommended to us was incredible, and she even found us the venue of our dreams that was within our budget. We appreciated the time Mady took to get to know us and regularly check in with us throughout the planning process. By the time our wedding day arrived, I had 110% confidence in Mady and was truly able to enjoy our big day without having to worry about anything. My husband and I still talk about how perfectly our wedding day went, and it was all thanks to Mady's hard work. She is worth every penny, and we highly recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding planner.

her a good planner: organized, diligent, efficient; but where she really stands out from the rest is her design sense + overall attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure every SINGLE detail of our day was perfect and instilled confidence that ensured that I didn't need to worry. I'm not really sure why you wouldn't hire if she had availability on your wedding day? Stop looking and just hire her :)

r Day of Coordinator and we did not have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding other than showing up on time! Mady made our day so seamless and beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Mady and her team you will not regret it!

to enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a thing. They were so friendly, organized and dependable and we are so glad to have had their help!

t in a planner to help us with the process. Mady has all the traits you would expect from a top tier-planner: excellent communicator, detail-oriented, super creative, and adaptable. But even more than that- she is the kindest person. She advocates for her clients, and is so considerate of each couple's values and wants for their wedding. She helped us find inclusive and budget-friendly vendors. She scheduled site-visits, follow-ups, and vendor connects, all while including us virtually throughout the process. Mady truly cares about each couple she works with and is genuinely invested in making each couple's wedding day, their best day. Our wedding was so wonderful, and we will be forever grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work with Mady. I continue to recommend her to all friends who are engaged, and truly cannot recommend her highly enough!!

bsolutely everything, she took care of everything and I know that our wedding day would not have been the same without her. She was so responsive, so professional and an absolute 10/10. It was a perfect day and we are so grateful to have found Mady because I know that she was instrumental in ensuring our day was everything we dreamt of! Thank you for everything Mady, we are eternally grateful for you.

ed me throughout the entire process. She reached out to check in several times and always offered to help beyond what was outlined in "the contract". Her wedding planning software was SO HELPFUL and easy to use. The checklist was so helpful and unlike anything else I found online on my own. 10/10 recommend if you want your day to be carefree and run smoothly without you having to worry about a thing.

truly seamless. If you are getting married in central California there is truly no one better for planning/coordination! She absolutely is fantastic!!

usband and I aren't in the SLO area so Mady truly went above and beyond for us --doing a site visit on her own, managing some of our rentals/pickups for us pre and post wedding, and she provided amazing recommendations when we were struggling finding vendors. When we were a couple weeks out from our wedding Mady made herself available whenever we had questions or concerns. During the week of our wedding she was all hands on deck and kept us on track. I don't know how we would have done the actual wedding day without Mady even though we were having a smaller wedding (~40 people)-- by having Mady there it truly allowed my husband and I to simply enjoy the day and not be bogged down by logistics and setting up. We cannot recommend Mady enough and are just so grateful to her and her husband Lucas for making our day absolutely perfect and smooth.

y indispensable on the day of the wedding - I didn't have to do anything other than enjoy the day.

From our very first conversation, we were immediately put at ease by Mady's knowledge, cheerful demeanor, and professionalism. Mady was available to help with our questions and concerns leading up to our wedding day, providing so many helpful recommendations and solutions. As part of her day-of coordination services, Mady shared access to her planner tool, which was incredible in helping us to stay organized, manage RSVPs, and solidify table and seating assignments. We did not live near our venue, and Mady was able to work with our travel schedule to ensure that we were able to do not one - but two - detailed site walkthroughs. It was so reassuring to know that Mady had our timeline and vendor schedules covered and that we did not have to worry about decor, vendor drop-off, or tear-down. During our rehearsal, Mady immediately took charge and made sure that we were able to practice all ceremony details and she even provided an emergency kit for any unexpected issues that might have popped up on our wedding day! Day-of, I can not emphasize enough how amazing it was to have Mady as our coordinator. We were able to just relax and live in the moment knowing that Mady (and her husband, Lucus) had things covered. She truly brought to life the wedding of our dreams, and she did so all while running around in 100-degree heat without one complaint. Mady is truly the BEST!!

me every step of the way and she made my day so special. I was able to enjoy every second of it.

hen we had to change the guest count a week before due to venue restrictions, she coordinated with all the other vendors so we didn't have to. She decorated the reception venue beautifully; we didn't have to lift a finger the day of and it was gorgeous. Mady was incredibly responsive to any call or email we sent leading up to the wedding, and was there on standby the week of. She was on top of everything on the wedding day, from making sure all the vendors arrived and set up correctly, to decorating and tearing down the reception. At the reception she made sure my husband and I had drinks, and cleaned up any spills or small messes so that all we had to do was have a great time! I cannot say enough great things about Mady. Hiring her was the smartest decision we made when planning our wedding!

up as my daughter had a ton of decor but she sent me on my way as she had everything covered, which allowed me to spend time with family. We left her to make her own decisions on many things and she killed it! She even cut the cake, and basically anything needed she was there. Highly recommend!

s with vendors and keeping us at ease. She handled everything from the planning to the day of with grace. Not to mention she’s pretty handy! She made our hexagon arbor, ship lap wall and so much more!!! Highly highly recommend her for all your planning needs!!

ess, and she was always very professional and truly cared about making sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. On the wedding day, she was very calm and made sure we always had what we needed. She made sure we had a stress-free experience and I highly recommend her!

ll with her set the tone for a great relationship because of how relatable and informed she was. Right away she gave us a lot of ideas and key-points to think about as we got to planning. Mady excels at many parts of the planning process, from the small touches like table number holders and seating charts to coordinating with the vendors and calming our nerves. Mady was very responsive throughout the entire process, and the week of the wedding she made us feel like royalty because she was there to help in any way possible. The coordination with vendors was a blessing as that was a major stressor as the big day neared. Mady was on-it with each and every vendor and we had zero hiccups when wedding day hit. We also enjoyed Mady's creativity and style during our time working with her. We had her create our seating charts and her work fully exceeded our expectations. She also built the lovely arbor that framed our wedding and head table. It was a doozy, and 100% Mady-built! She even jumped in to sturdy it up as it was hit with head-on Kansas winds and heavy flowers. We wouldn't change a thing about how the wedding went, and it couldn't have been done without the help of Mady. Thanks for helping us have such a special day!

her hard work. I found her to be very enthusiastic and professional to work with. I highly recommend Mady!
