ten minutes with Em, we new she was an absolute gem as well as incredibly talented! As soon as my husband proposed, I knew I already wanted Emily to be the one to capture our special day. After we booked her, she even sent us a gift to celebrate us working together! My favorite part she sent us was her own wedding book written by herself! It included a whole bunch of tips and suggestions for a successful wedding day. You would not believe how many times I used it in the midst of wedding planning! Emily supports her couples with all her heart. She drove all the way out to our home city to take pictures for our engagement session. It was a super long drive for her and we couldn't be more in love with what she captured while being behind her lens. She was creative, spunky, supportive, encouraging, and an absolute hysterical photographer to work with! Then came our wedding day and OMG did she go above and beyond! Not only were the pictures drop-dead GORGEOUS, but her positivity and flexibility made for an anxious bride, like me, feel at ease. I can't tell you how many times she was there to fix my dress since the dang thing wouldn't stay straight! Emily is professional, inspiring, easy-going, blessed with talent, and a kind-hearted spirit. Finding a photographer as great as her was truly the biggest blessing of our whole wedding experience. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

! I can’t imagine our pictures looking better than they do and I am so thankful to have such beautiful, perfect pictures to last a life time. My favorite quote from my husband as we were attempting to pick a photographer-“can’t people just use their cellphones” I of course went against his wishes (haha) and hired Emily to be our gal! On the day of the wedding, both Emily and Brandon were vital for not only capturing our most important day but also helping to resolve minor "issues" throughout the day. For instance, Emily came to the rescue when we discovered my seamstress had missed a huge piece of tulle that was sticking out of the bottom of my gown! And let's be honest, their photos speak for themselves. Emily has a gift and we are so thankful she used it to capture every moment of our very special day.
