So Disappointed !!! We have been here 6 times before was always OK until now 6/17/23 What Has happened...WTF..... The Chopped Salad: soggy,NO Blue Cheese Crumbles, Little bit of ...
bacon on top, sugar water dressing, it sucked, and it came on a small plate not a round bowl. What has Happened to the STAFF, while we were there 4 times they dropped silverware on the floor, Sloppy Services, UNPROFESSIONAL, where are the Italian Waiters ? these new Mexican guys do not understand anything , Drinks, Appetizers, Salads, Entrees, Desserts , of course, the Entrees came out before we could finish the Appetizers, WE WERE RUSHED from the time we sat down, plus when you are spending HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ... they need a new MANAGER this place has gone downhill, you might as well go to Olive Garden, save money and not be rushed and have the courses brought out correctly.....
I hope they can get back on track with a new Manager and Staff and Cook
we did hear they are going out of Business it must be true.
We Booked These Guys For Our Private Reception Everything Turned Out Beautiful 😍
We had our rehearsal dinner there. The guest service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. All our guests were raving over the food. - Korianne G.
We booked Maggiano’s for our rehearsal dinner sight unseen. We live out of state and had never eaten at Maggiano’s before. Reading reviews gave us the confidence to book them witho...
ut being able to visit, and it was a fantastic decision! In fact, the rehearsal dinner was by far the easiest thing to plan. A few emails with Anitra and the rest of the staff and they had everything all set up for us. We had a beautiful private room, which was great because we had a pretty big group but we were able to get up and mingle and enjoy and it was great. The food was absolutely delicious! We had a bunch of hungry people and the wait staff made sure we never ran out of anything. We had spaghetti, fettuccini alfredo, parmesan crusted tilapia, and chicken parmesan for entrees and every time something got set down, people’s eyes just got bigger and bigger. It was a great night with our favorite people the night before the wedding, and I absolutely recommend Maggiano’s for any banquet event!
