ire try on process! Carolyn was with me every step of the way. From the moment I booked my appointment everything was so personable and genuine. Carolyn spent time reaching out and checking in to see how my other appointments had gone and took 1 hour the week before my appointment to chat on the phone and get to know me and my dreams for our wedding so it could better help her put me in dresses that fit that style. Even after purchasing my dress they've been so great at communication and follow ups! 1000% recommend shopping here! They made all my dreams come true and the experience made it all the more wonderful! If I could go shopping again for a wedding dress I'd for sure be going back to Maggie Louise!

first fell in love with Maggie Louise years ago when I attended my best friend’s appointment, and I immediately knew this was where I’d find my perfect dress. From 1.5 years before my wedding all the way through the big day, Molly and Ashley provided incredible service and care. They checked in frequently, which made me feel so confident and reassured throughout the process. The in-person appointments were magical—a true dream experience. Their gorgeous store and private rooms make you feel like the center of attention, which is such a special touch. They truly understood my vision, and it only took one hour and about 10 dresses to find “the one.” I recommend Maggie Louise to everyone, even if they aren’t local to Memphis—it’s absolutely worth the trip. I’m already counting down to my next visit for my best friend’s appointment next week, and I can’t wait! **The photo of my mom is her in her dream mother-of-the-bride dress that they were able to fit perfectly for her as well!!

Everything was private and the room they take you to will literally take your breath away it is so stunning! The entire store is like a dream and exactly what I would have hoped my wedding dress experience would be. And the owner helps you try on dresses which I think is so sweet cause you kinda forget it is a small business just because of how amazing it looks. Now I feel like I am getting to support another woman with a small business which makes my heart so happy! You can tell she works very hard and really loves what she does! I was nervous and a little stressed because I didn't think I really knew what I wanted but they pulled me 5 dresses for me, some similar to my sample pics and some out of my comfort zone. time truly blew me away! I received the most welcoming phone call from Caroline shortly after inquiring. She made me feel so loved and special, which is how I believe every girl should feel while searching for the most important dress of their life. About a week from my appointment, I received a phone call from my personal consultant, Molli. She was truly heaven sent! We talked specific details on what I was looking for in a wedding dress. She had five gowns waiting on me when I arrived. Out of the five gowns she pulled, the very first one I tried on was the one! I cannot shout their praises enough and will never be able to repay them for making me feel and look like a princess.

They took so much time to try to get to know me, my style, and what I was looking for before my appointment so they could have dresses prepared to show me. Text, email, phone calls it was so easy to get in touch and discuss EVERYTHING. I got to send inspo pictures of what I liked and didn’t like. They really listened and took each detail into consideration when pulling dresses for me. Since I was traveling to this appointment and scheduled it pretty far out, they followed up with me each week prior to discuss any thoughts or changes. It made me feel really welcome and comfortable the day of my appointment. They took pictures for me to look back at so I really could see how each dress fit me and looked. They were great at explaining how a dress could be altered or something added to get exactly what I wanted. I am so impressed with all the time and effort they have spent to make sure I found everything I wanted!
