r an incredible experience. From the moment they greet you, it is clear that you are their NUMBER ONE priority- your happiness, your wedding, everything. The thing that really stood out, in addition to the exquisite dresses, was their attentiveness. They are experts and can decipher your emotions and thoughts better than you can because they have so much experience. I felt so comfortable in the dressing room as well and that was just a cherry on top. They do not go outside your budget (unless you ask of course), so you can be certain that every dress you try on could be your dress for the big day. I will also add that I came in from out of town (Nashville) because my family lives in Memphis, and I would do it again! Honestly, I will bring my child back here one day even if we live thousands of miles away because this was so incredible. My dress is amazing, and I am 100% certain that it is the perfect dress for my wedding day (possibly the most perfect dress ever). This was all because of Alden and the amazing team at Maggie Louise. Please do not look elsewhere, they are fantastic!

On the day of my appointment, the girls had already pulled my favorite gown (so far) and some others based off of my interests I had described to them. This made the appointment just take off! At the end when I was down to my final top 3 favorites, I was given a side by side presentation of pictures they took along the way to help me decide. She even included pictures of 2 favorite dresses I had tried on at another store previously! The whole process was completely catered to what my individual personality and taste is. They even communicated before the appointment in preparation for it. First, they asked me to send pictures of what I had seen online that I liked, then we had an over the phone consultation where we discussed more in depth details about who I am and what my wedding setting and vision was. Custom Tailored from start to finish. The environment was elegant and upscale but the mood and atmosphere was very relaxed. I felt so comfortable being myself, joking along the way and being silly without being judged. They even have fabric accessories in stock to make customized changes to my dress. I was able to see what it would look like with adding straps and wings, which I added! In their hands, I’m 100% confident that the final outcome will far surpass all my expectations. Can’t thank them enough for making my experience the best it could have possibly been.
