Magic Foods did Rubbin' Butts BBQ for our wedding day, and it was absolutely incredible! Everyone kept saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Scott is a total pro — ...
he made everything so easy for us, and I barely had to do a thing. He and his team knew exactly what to do, handled every detail seamlessly, and delivered amazing food that people are still talking about. The bartenders were also awesome — so friendly, fun, and they really added to the celebration. The whole experience was stress-free thanks to Scott and his crew. We couldn’t recommend Magic Foods more highly!
PS: The sliders during cocktail hour were insane and the brownie sundaes were what dreams are made of!

t 24th, 2024, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the initial consultation to the last bite of late-night bites, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and incredible taste.
Food Quality:
The food was absolutely delicious! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how flavorful everything was, from the appetizers to the main course to the late-night bites. We still have people talking about our food months later! We had a variety of options for our menu, including several different delicious appetizers, different styles of charcuterie boards, and build your own menus or pre-designed menus depending on what you were looking for. Everything was cooked to perfection. Even guests with dietary restrictions felt catered to, as Magic Foods Catering offered fantastic vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
Service:
The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the day. They worked seamlessly with our venue’s team, making sure every course was served at the right time. We also appreciated how they ensured guests had everything they needed without being intrusive.
Presentation:
The presentation of the food was stunning! The buffet was set-up elegantly, but also for optimum efficiency. Nothing ever ran out and guests were able to get their food in a timely manner and everyone had all the food they could possibly want.
Communication & Planning:
Throughout the planning process, Andy and Scott were responsive and accommodating. They listened to our preferences and worked within our budget to craft a menu that reflected our tastes. Their team made helpful suggestions, and we felt supported every step of the way.

We highly recommend Magic Food Catering for any wedding or special event. Their attention to detail, incredible food, and top-notch service made our day even more special. hat fit perfectly for our cocktail hour, family-style dinner, and late-night snacks. Every bite was fantastic, and we received so many compliments from our guests! The team was professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly during the event. They know all the local venues and other vendors making the experience seamless. It felt effortless on our part, and they truly made the catering experience stress-free.
We can’t recommend Magic Foods enough – if you want excellent food and flawless service for your wedding or any event, they’re the perfect choice!

earsal dinner and the food was top notch! All of our guests raved about the spread and took home all the left overs. From helping us make sure we didn’t order too much food (which I wholeheartedly appreciate) we were set on pick up timing and ensuring we had everything we needed for serving; they definitely helped make the night perfect. If you’re looking for a catering company, look no further!

We did barbecue from MFC for our wedding and our guests truly could not stop talking about the food. Everything was so delicious. They also provided appetizers during cocktail hour...
and a coffee station with late night bites toward the end. All of the staff members were helpful and professional. We also had a good experience during the planning stages. My general note to future brides/grooms is "you don't know what you don't know" so make sure you ask questions! This was my first time ever working with a caterer so I was very glad that they provided a lot of information right off the bat and I also had a wedding planner to help me ask the right questions beyond that. We didn't end up using them for bar service so I can't comment there, but that's also an option they have. Overall great experience!

onsive and flexible. We wanted to do something a bit custom with our menu and she was incredibly helpful in making our vision into reality. The pricing was also very reasonable, and they were accommodating of several guests we had with dietary restrictions. The wait staff was absolutely wonderful, incredibly professional and kind. The food overall was good, especially the butternut squash ravioli! Some guests said their food arrived a bit cool, but the kitchen situation at our venue was a bit challenging which I know likely contributed to some of that.
Overall we were very happy with our experience with Magic Foods and would definitely recommend them!

unny and patient. Shannon, Andy and their staff provided such an outstanding experience at Caitlin and Bryans wedding at Castle in the Clouds. Every single person raved about the food that was served, from the passed apps to their meals and then the late night food . Every filet was cooked to perfection and delicious. People who had the salmon said the spices and crust on the outside were amazing and people said the best butternut squash ravioli they have ever had. The consensus was this was not "wedding food" and certainly not what anyone expected to be served under a tent in the middle of a field! To be able to cook and serve hot delicious meals to 130 people is remarkable and kudos to you and your staff Andy!
