We are so grateful to Vanessa for making our wedding ceremony so incredibly personal and meaningful. From the very beginning, all we wanted in an officiant was someone who could create a sentimental ceremony while allowing our guests to truly get to know us as a couple, and Vanessa exceeded every expectation. She took the time to hear both of our versions of how we met, and the way she blended our stories together into our ceremony was so special. Listening to her tell the story felt like being transported back to that night and watching it all unfold like a movie. Every part of the ceremony felt intentional, personal, and completely “us.” Vanessa took everything we shared with her and turned it into the most beautiful script that perfectly captured our relationship. We could not have asked for a more thoughtful officiant and are so incredibly thankful she was such an important part of our wedding day!

    Thank you for visiting Magical Wedding CNY! I grew up in Central New York and recently moved back after a decade away. I suppose it is true what they say - there's no place like home. Then I met my husband, and here we are. We love to golf in the summer and you can find us at many Syracuse University athletic events! As I was planning my own wedding, I realized that I loved everything about it, from the grandest to the smallest details, and I want to share that with others. I love the idea of uniting two souls together, so I was ordained as a minister to do just that.

rehearsal and the ceremony itself on the day of. Her communication was outstanding the entire time and she was extremely organized throughout the whole process. Vanessa met with us whenever we needed/ wanted, set up a wedding workshop with us, set up a Google doc for the script of the ceremony, answered text messages or phone calls in a very timely manner and made sure everything was perfectly planned out as we dreamed of. Vanessa was diligent, did not skip a beat and helped with every detail of our wedding ceremony. Vanessa helped coordinate with all of our vendors, including our DJ for the ceremony music, our photographer and our venue to make sure everything went exactly as planned. It was such a beautiful day and we could not be happier to have been married by Vanessa, who will now be our lifelong friend. Vanessa has a bubbly personality and is so caring. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to effectively share our love story with our friends and family. She put together our love story so beautifully and she was so attentive on the day of our wedding to both the bride and the groom. We 10/10 recommend Vanessa and CNY magical weddings to be your officiant, they will not disappoint and it is the moments with your officiant that you will never forget!!!

Not only was the ceremony unique to us, but Vanessa was so organized and professional that the coordinator at my venue couldn’t stop saying how amazing she was. Vanessa knows exactly how a ceremony should be structured and gave us lots of tips during our rehearsal so wedding day would go smoothly. She was on time and coordinated with our day of vendors so everyone knew how the ceremony would be going. I can’t recommend her enough and I’m so happy she married me and my now husband!

er experienced a ceremony like it before. Vanessa, an expert storyteller, told our love story to our guests in such a way that they all felt they understood it and were now a part of that story. The ceremony was personal, and brought many to tears. I was personally blown away by how emotional it was listening to Vanessa describe our love story and sharing it with all of our family and friends. No one had experienced a ceremony like it before and they loved it! I feel like this is how all weddings should be! Vaness put in a lot of work ahead of time by providing the questionnaires she needed to get to know us and our story, she even spoke to some of our loved ones for their input as well. Vanessa met with us a few times to review our vision for the ceremony, provide her guidance, and ensure she understood how we wanted everything to flow. Vanessa was available for questions, promptly responded and gave us an experience like none other. We cannot recommend Vanessa enough to give you a magical wedding experience of a lifetime.

we met and kept things light hearted but still so warm and endearing. Everyone was saying how much they loved our ceremony afterwards, that it was neat to hear about how we met and the testimonials she included. She was also open to adding whatever special ceremony traditions to her script too. We had a hand-fasting ceremony we wanted included and she got right on researching it and writing the appropriate script for it. I recommend her for literally any kind of ceremony you’d like to have!

The best part honestly was how detailed she is about getting our story right and putting it together in a way that everyone at the wedding was quickly able to understand not just the love we have for each other, but also showing how unique and perfect we are for each other.
