After working with Ryan, my husband and I have mixed feelings about our experiences. In some ways we loved working with him and others we did not. I was very limited on photo booth vendors because of another special touch that we had at our wedding. We found another business that would be able to live print pictures from the photo booth onto cookies. A lot of photo booth vendors were not able to help us with uploading the photos onto the cloud, however, Ryan made it work and for that we loved his services. On the other hand, we had a few unprofessional situations with him that made for a more average experience with him. As I was preparing to go to the chapel and walk down the aisle, Ryan called me and was holding me up because he could not find the correct building. He assured me over the phone that he had been here and at this location before, but could not find the building. He finally arrived and told him where to set up and then had to run over to the chapel so I could be on time to get married. After our wedding, I learned that Ryan had quite a few minor complaints about some of our decor pieces that informed our guests of how to navigate the Photo Booth and cookie vendors, so if you plan to use Ryan beware of placing anything near him that isn’t his because he will go running to the police officer who wanted nothing to do with it. lol. Lastly, while my husband and I were getting requests from our guests to go into the Photo Booth with them, I noticed that Ryan was VERY flat and seemed like he did not care to be here. He was often on his phone and did not speak to me, my husband, or the guests that were in the Photo Booth with us. Overall, Ryan did work out for us just based on what we needed for the cookie vendors, but if I was just solely needing a Photo Booth for the big day, I would NOT recommend Ryan for your experience.
