Magnolia Grill Catering

We had so many compliments on our food choice from our family and friends! We chose to have a station/buffet style food experience, and were thrilled with how it turned out. My husband and I are big foodies, and we were very impressed with how delicious our food was. Corie and her team were very professional and timely in our communication with them, setting up a tasting, and working with us within our budget. They also sent us home with leftovers which was awesome! We would definitely recommend Magnolia Grill Catering to anyone having a wedding or needing to cater a big event; they were awesome!

We hired Magnolia Grill Catering for our wedding on 11/11/22 at The Mackey House. The food, service and setup was excellent. The highlight of everyone's night was the flaming donut bar. We can not recommend Magnolia Grill enough. Thank you for all you did to make our day so special!!

For our reception dinner, we hired Magnolia Grill to cater a heavy hors d'oeuvres buffet. We went with hors d'oeuvres so that we could have a variety of options to satisfy all of our guests' dietary restrictions and preferences. We ended up with around a dozen different dishes, and every one was a hit! Also, food was served hot and on-time, so dinner fit perfectly into our overall schedule. Besides delicious food, our catering team went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. During dinner, a member of the catering team frequently dropped by our table to take mine and my wife's orders and bring us plates, ensuring that we got enough to eat. However, my appetite was suppressed by all the excitement, so I asked for a couple of to-go plates at the end of the reception. In response, they gave me two full catering trays of leftovers! Talk about a late-night snack. Bottom line, if you want great food and great service, you won't go wrong with Magnolia Grill.

I did not get a chance to speak with anyone directly as our wedding planner did all the correspondence. But I loved our food and so did everyone of our guests. They were sweet enough to make a to go container for my husband and I so we could even enjoy a late dinner at our hotel.

Loved working with Magnolia Grill, Corie was always available for a chat and made changes easily. Thank you Corie for everything !!! Food was delicious and the flaming donut bar was a HIT. Must have !!

My husband and I highly, highly recommend booking Magnolia Grill for any catering, but especially wedding catering. Corie was amazing to work with and was so helpful with giving ideas on what our menu should look like for our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious!! If I could’ve taken home a plate or two, I would’ve. It was THAT good! Everything ran SO smoothly and we couldn’t thank them enough for doing such an amazing job.

We had an amazing experience with Magnolia Grill. Corie was super easy to work with. The food was incredible! We had "action stations" which was something unique and fun for our guests. The chef was very kind too and even came over to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. Could not recommend Magnolia enough!

What a dream to work with! We were so fortunate to have Corie and her team do our rehearsal lunch and our wedding catering. They even helped us set up a champagne tower that worked out so well! One of the most repeated comments about our wedding from our guests was how kind the catering staff was! Also, the food was fantastic! Pricepoint is stellar! I wish we had more stars!

Corie was great to work with. The menu planning and tasting process was clear and concise, well laid out, and delicious! Every one of my guests was so happy with all of the food we chose to serve. Corie was great at taking the current Covid climate into consideration and made my guests comfortable when being served their meals. Definitely consider Corie and Magnolia Catering for your big day!

Our food was so delicious I'm still thinking about it! Corie and her team did a wonderful job preparing our food, including cooking our Low Country Boil on site so it would be extra fresh for our guests. They were kind enough to make a few vegetarian options for our guest and were excited to make some mini King Cakes as one of our mini desserts even though it was not an item on their menu. Several members of their team checked in on my husband and I to be sure we had enough to eat and drink during the evening. Everyone we spoke with loved the menu and we couldn't be happier with their superior customer service and genuine kindness.

We recently got married in Savannah, GA and Magnolia Grill catered our wedding and I am so happy they did! We knew once we had our tasting that Magnolia Grill was going to be our choice because the food was so so delicious and they were able to do a lot of different things. We did stations and had: Shrimp and Grits (the best I have ever had), A Southern Experience (fried chicken, mac and cheese), and a Taco Bar. Everyone has been ranting and raving about how good our food was since our wedding night. If you are looking for caterers in Savannah, I highly recommend Magnolia Grill!

I cannot rave enough about how amazing Corie and her staff are! From the menu tasting to the wedding day, Magnolia Grill Catering was accommodating, flexible, and helped us create the most delicious menu. Our guests COULD NOT stop talking about the food, especially the shrimp and grits. We heard from our guests that our wedding food was "the best they ever had". Not only was the food delicious, the staff at our wedding were accommodating and checking in to make sure everything was prefect. 100% recommend! You wont regret it!

My wedding guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious our buffet was! Corie was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating when I asked for any advice during the planning process. The catering staff was professional and made sure my guests and I were well taken care of! If you love food, you have to give these folks a try!

Magnolia Grill was the perfect catering vendor for our wedding! They came highly recommended from our venue, and we were definitely not disappointed. We were able to travel to Savannah, GA to have a tasting (of each and every item we picked out) prior to our ceremony, which I highly recommend! We met with Corie Thomas who altered our original menu choices after we did our tasting! From the mini BLT bites (with fried green tomatoes) to the shrimp/grits served in martini glasses, there wasn't a thing we didn't absolutely love. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a really great experience with Magnolia! Corie is awesome and was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and flexible when it came to setting up meetings. The food was amazing! My only complaint is that after the wedding, some of my guests informed me that their steak was served to them very rare, so they asked if it could be cooked a little more and it took 30 minutes for them to get their food back. Otherwise, everything was great! I would definitely recommend Magnolia if you’re looking for a caterer!

Get the shrimp 'n' grits as an hors d'oeuvres! I had more than one of my wedding guests who stated they could have eaten that as their entire meal. Not to mention that the portion sizes weren't shabby-each guests got a martini glass full! Our buffet dinner was also very yummy, including the veggies-no typical bland wedding food! Corey at Magnolia Grill was very easy to work with, especially since I lived across the country. She was very accommodating when we came into town for planning and our tasting was more extensive that we thought possible! We would definitely use Magnolia Catering for any future event in Savannah and recommend to everyone!

The best caterers are the ones that you don’t have to communicate with much but take your menu requests and make it happen! Magnolia Catering was just that. Food was great, hot and served right on schedule! Their shrimp and grits are to die for!

You will not be disappointed!! We hired Magnolia Grill for our destination wedding in Savannah and I could not be more pleased. The menu was so easy to customize and reasonably priced. I had people stopping me all night to RAVE about the food. I was told Magnolia's specialty was their shrimp and grits. I'm very picky about this dish. They seriously are to die for. Since my mom's family is southern we also did the southern experience with fried chicken, mac and cheese and green beans. My husband and I do not normally eat fried foods because of how greasy it is. I don't know what they do to it but it is the most flavorful, non greasy chicken I've ever had. My dad's side is Italian so I had to have the pasta station as well. Nothing disappointing there either and we know good pasta!!! There was not one bad word spoken about dinner and our guests have told us this was the best wedding food ever. My friend even texted me yesterday, 3 days past the wedding, at a steak house to tell me her gourmet meal was not as good as the food at our wedding. I love getting these compliments as I've never been truly impressed with wedding food ..until now!! :) Thank you Corie and staff!! You really know what you are doing and couldn't have been sweeter.
