Everyone was so kind and supportive, and the process was very smooth. The prices were on the dress tags so there were no surprises, and I couldn’t be happier with my dress and the price point for both the dress and veil. I am so excited to walk down the aisle :)

I had the most amazing experience at Magnolia Laine this week! This was the first bridal shop I had been to so I was a little nervous of what to expect, etc. First the ambiance is incredible! It has the prettiest lighting from all of the windows and the overall environment is just peaceful and pretty - also smells like volcano from the candles burning, lovely! Each bride has a private suite area (super spacious, trying to include pics that show size) that is just for you and your party which makes it so comfortable and more fun! Each person we encountered was sweet, happy and helpful! I could already tell my appointment was going to be awesome from the way I noticed other interactions going. The selection is very broad but they have a lot of options for each style/fit of dress and it is organized beautifully so you are able to really feel like you could look at everything without being overwhelmed! Also the quality of the dresses seems amazing! The dress I chose had all of the qualities I wanted and even had a detail I did not expect! The pricing is very transparent and your consultant will confirm with you your range before you begin pulling dresses. All dresses have the tag on them so there is truly no guessing! Last but definitely not least, Katie! Katie was my consultant when I was there and she definitely made my experience! We instantly clicked and I felt like I was with a friend :) she listened to me and what I wanted but offered the best advice and guidance through the styles and ultimately helped me feel at peace with my decision! She was so great at probing me with questions that helped me understand what it was that I actually liked about each dress. I thought I had found the one but I had another appointment later in the day. She actually encouraged me to go to it and just have fun and try on things that were a little crazy and different from what I had pictured. She said she would be there for me when I wanted to come back! Loved this and so glad I took her advice because at my second appointment I genuinely could not wait to get back to ML! Like she said, Katie waited for me to come back and had my dress ready for me to put on one more time with the veil and flowers. Etc! We popped the champagne and I was sold! My dress and experience were dreams come true! I cannot wait to go pick up my dress when it comes in!!! Could not recommend this shop more!

I had a wonderful experience looking for my dress at Magnolia Laine! An earlier appointment was running a little over, but Sydney made sure I had my full time and never rushed me to make a decision. Sydney clearly paid attention to my pre-shopping wishlist and had pulled a couple dresses I liked ahead of time but still encouraged me to try a variety of dresses and was so patient as I tried to figure out what I liked and didn’t like about each dress. I can’t wait to pick up my dress in September and see it again in person!

Words cannot express the experience I had with Magnolia Laine Bridal. My consultant Chawncia was amazing and a complete joy. She was a true consultant and not a salesperson. I completed a bridal survey and she actually read it and understood my vision, knew my venue and helped me say yes to the dress that not only made me feel beautiful, but would complement my theme. I am a shopper who has commitment issues and can be extremely indecisive. Chawncia was patient and unbelievably kind and did I say patient!! I loved every moment with her and the rest of the team. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience! She was very knowledgeable about the dresses they offered and the types of adjustments that could be done to them to make it exactly what you’re looking for. With her help and the Madi Lane reps, they were able to get in a sample dress for me to try on. A dress that was at the TOP of my list! That ended up being THE DRESS! I said YES! :) Would highly recommended!!

I bought a dress from here and then a seamstress ruined it. Magnolia Laine was able to sell me the same dress off the rack 1 week before my wedding and arranged everything with a new seamstress. They were understanding and believed me and my experience. They are fighting for me with the bad seamstress and trying to get me a refund. They are really the bride’s champion and it means so much. 💗

From initial scheduling to finding my perfect dress, Magnolia Laine made the process so easy and customer-focused. My stylist, Sydney, first helped me at my preview appointment (complementary), which allowed me to narrow down my preferred style without pressure or other opinions. Then when I returned for my 90-min bridal appointment with my entire group, I was so fortunate to have Sydney again! She even personally texted me the day before to check in and see if I needed anything. When I had a few indecisive moments, Sydney patiently listened, read my body language to offer suggestions, and encouraged me along the way. She was so accommodating to keep pulling dresses until I found exactly what I was looking for and took many group photos for us. Magnolia Laine Bridal is the best place you can go to find your wedding dress. It was the only shop that I had to visit! The dresses are gorgeous and the consultants are amazing. I just got married a couple of weeks ago. Throughout the wedding, I received so many compliments on my dress. I cannot wait to get back the pictures!

Magnolia Laine is amazing! I had previously gone to two other salons in the area and while my appointments were positive, I couldn't find what I was really looking for. My friend made an appointment for me at ML to try on a specific dress I found, and I walked out with a (different) but amazing gown! I had the pleasure of working with Sophie (the manager of the store) as part of my dress shopping experience. Sophie was super patient, a great listener, and had a very calm vibe. She did a great job in understanding my vision, what I liked/disliked, and overall being really supportive throughout the process. I'm seriously considering going back to try on reception dresses - but either way, I recommend ML a million times over!

The Magnolia Laine shop in Tampa Florida was amazing! I flew in from Seattle to visit family and friends for the weekend and we decided to weave in a visit to the shop in search of my dream wedding dress! The girls made this experience so wonderful with how they welcome my very group of family and friends, clearly explained the process, helped educate us on what to expect with our experience. I tried several dresses that weren't quite "the one" and then found one that was! It needed some customizations and additional pieces to make it one of a kind for my special day but without hesitation, the M.L. team help me picture what that would be. With their help, I was able to have the most magical experience in finding my wedding dress in a limited window while visiting Florida and couldn't be more grateful!

Pulling up to Magnolia Laine I noticed all the dresses in the window were not my style at all, I fully did not expect them to have anything like what I was looking for, which to be honest was still a bit of a mystery to me. Then I walked through the racks with Sydney. She listened to the details of our venue, the dresses I liked from another shop, the elements I wanted in a dress and pulled quite a few to try on. Throughout our time at Magnolia Laine, Sydney was patient, gave great thought starters when I couldn't decide if I liked a dress or not and provided a no pressure atmosphere. I ended up finding the perfect dress, one that I wouldn't have picked off the rack myself!

I LOVED my experience at Magnolia Laine. They were so thorough in finding what I wanted through surveys and look books before I even arrived, so they had a rack of dresses waiting on me upon arrival in my budget and style choice. Sydney, our stylist, was PHENOMENAL. I felt like I was with a friend who knew me and cared about my opinion. She wanted to get to know me and was personal and fun and made me feel SO confident! I appreciated knowing she cared about what I wanted and could afford and didn’t push beyond that. She was so helpful and walked us through the whole process in an informative and thoughtful way. I first went to Magnolia Lane with my MIL and found the most beautiful dress and belt. I was head over heels for that dress. Sydney was amazing during the whole appointment, she was so sweet and helpful. She was also very knowledgeable about the dresses, how to bussle, types of alterations, etc. Loved it! Fast forward about 4 months and I finally get my dress - woo! Except it’s super tight and I’m nervous. I was working on being more active so I thought it was okay. 2 months later I gained about 20 pounds and nothing was working. I have numerous health issues going on so it was very difficult to lose the weight. My MIL called and talked to Sophie for me. I could cry with how amazing and truly special this salon is! They graciously talked to the designer, who took back my dress and let me set up and appointment for their wonderful sample sale. They bent over backwards for me and I cannot recommend them enough! Magnolia lane will always hold a special place in my heart 🤍

I was actually driving by when I first spotted the Magnolia Laine boutique. I called right away to make an appointment and the process was so easy. Mallory, the Store Manager was extremely sweet and such a pleasure to work with. She understood my vision for my perfect wedding dress and asked all of the right questions. Magnolia Laine was my first and only bridal shop I ended up going to! I currently live in Knoxville TN but no bridal stores around me had this one dress I have been thinking about for over 6 months. So I planned a weekend trip to Atlanta and my mother, my MOH and one of my bridesmaids all came out of state for this appointment. Logan was my stylist for the day. She texted me the day before for some dress photo inspo so she can have some dresses ready for me at my appointment. When i walked in, she had 7 dresses pulled down ready for me to try on, including the one dress I had my eye on. I was looking for a botanical lace a line dress, which all the dresses she pulled were exactly that! I had filled out the online portal that asked my dress style, my venue and what type of vibe I was going with. Logan had researched my venue prior to my appointment to get a better idea on what kind of day I wanted! When I tried on dresses, Logan was quick but did not make me feel rushed at all! I was a little nervous at first, but Logan was so comforting and complimented me the entire time. I had one dress I really liked but didn’t love the straps it came with. Logan was super helpful in telling me I can change/alter the straps it had to make it more comfortable to me, and showed me different options I could do. After I tried on the dresses she had pulled for me, I put on a robe and went into another room with her and pulled down any other dresses I wanted to try on. I pulled a few fitted dresses, as well as some more a line. She made sure I could try on as many dresses as I wanted. We tried on the next few, and then it was time for the dress I drove there for. I put on the dress and it was everything I wanted. It was perfect! I felt truly like a princess in it, and it was definitely worth the 3.5 hour drive!! It was obvious that this was my wedding dress! Logan was so happy for me as was the rest of the team there. I had the most amazing wedding dress shopping experience here and I highly recommend their shop and team to any future brides!
