Blake has known Richard and his family for three decades, so when she learned about his new venture, she eagerly embraced the opportunity to work with people she holds dear. Though she grew up in the Houston area, Blake currently resides in DFW with her husband, two children and two lively Springer Spaniels. She manages client relations, social media, phone calls, emails, and other tasks remotely from home. Even so, she makes it a point to visit whenever possible to provide hands-on assistance and to meet our wonderful clients!

Richard and his wife Michelle have been making waves in the wedding catering industry for over a decade with their savory BBQ catering company, 2 Guys 1 Pit. In late 2021, Richard discovered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity – Magnolia Meadows! And he’s not done yet. Richard is not the type to have idle hands in retirement. He spends most of his time at the venue, keeping it in exceptional condition for all the lovebirds and celebratory events. As he puts it, he’s simply “havin’ fun!”

This venue is amazing!! It has a gorgeous chapel as well as an outdoor ceremony option and a perfect reception space. It rained on and off the day of our wedding and we had ample options for indoor as well as covered patio photographs, and after it cleared up some beautiful pictures with the twinkle lights/gazebo in the background. The staff was easy to work with and they had everything we wanted! We had to carefully read their requirements- you must have COIs from all vendors (including ceremony musicians) for example- but they really know what they are doing and set up a venue with many amazing photo ops.

Communication via email with Blake was easy and very helpful leading up to the wedding. This was our dream venue- absolutely beautiful in chapel and reception. The team did excellent on wedding day. Richard was very friendly and we loved our experience with Magnolia Meadows!

I couldn't have chosen a more beautiful place than this! The chapel was definitely what I love the most! It was so beautiful and it didn’t need too much decoration since it’s beautiful as is.!
The reception was very welcoming since it’s very spacious and charming. Everything was just like I had dreamed!

I am more than happy with the Magnolia Meadows team for giving me a dream wedding! The hall is beautiful and they really pay attention to what you want! The venue and property it is on is so beautiful and sets such an amazing tone for the wedding! The vendors that are with the venue are just as amazing from photography to cake to photography to makeup and hair and florals everything was beautiful and a dream!

Y’all’s venue is unbelievably perfect!!! Hands down the best venue I have ever been to. They are UNLIKE most venues, who add hidden fees for small things you don’t ever think of. OR have tons of rules that prevent you from having the best day of your life. But I’m here to say that any crazy ideas/ requests they were always open to & ALWAYS eager to help. I 10/10 recommend this venue, and if I had a chance to do it all over again…I would pick them again. Management is the sweetest and the facilities are BEAUTIFUL. They are under new management since the beginning of the year, but I think it was for the better. They are constantly improving the venue and it’s amenities. I can’t thank them enough for providing the most beautiful place for my wedding.

Recently got married here! And I am still obsessed. The venue is so beautiful! Katie and Spencer were so pleasant to work with. Also highly recommend doing the all inclusive package that they offer as well! My day was perfect and couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else!

I absolutely love this venue! I booked via FaceTime and did not see the venue in person until my wedding day due to living out of town and a busy schedule. I fell in love on the FaceTime tour and fell even MORE in love when I saw it in person. Staff was polite and quick to answer any questions I had. Love that there were multiple options of where to have the ceremony.

What i need to start this review with is WOW. Getting married at magnolia meadows was hands down the best day of my life. Katie and Spencer from the beginning worked with me and did everything in there power to make my day as special as it was. We booked this venue almost 2 years before our wedding day, and i know that i asked a lot of questions during my time of planning. Katie would always respond in a timely manor and was very helpful. This venue was everything i dreamed about and more. I honestly wish i could afford to get married here every year. Haha I am so glad that i found them, they made the wedding of my dreams a reality. Keep up the good work guys, you make the best day of someone's life come true.

Magnolia Meadows was absolutely perfect for our wedding! It is so beautiful! Since it was in August, we didn't use the pretty outdoor spaces, but we used the gorgeous chaple with beautiful wooden pews, and the main event space for the reception.
Spencer and Katie are so great to work with, very accommodating and responsive.
I love having the ability to bring in all my own vendors! It was fabulous! I'd highly recommend it.

Magnolia Meadows is a beautiful place to have your wedding. We married Nov. 29th of this year and wouldn’t have it any other way, we had many many compliments on how beautiful the place is. Spencer and Katie were great to work with very friendly. I highly recommend this venue if you’re looking for a rustic elegant scene.

we had the absolute pleasure of getting married at Magnolia Meadows. this venue is so naturally beautiful, we felt no pressure to have extravagant decor, because we were able to rely on the venue itself to be gorgeous! Katie and Spencer were so kind throughout the whole process, they were a joy to know! i would 10/10 recommend this venue to any bride, especially those who are looking for a modern rustic barn wedding venue! i cannot say enough great things about Magnolia Meadows!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Venue coordinators were always available to answer questions.
The venue itself is really tailored for weddings. The groom suite has a pool table comfortable couches. The bride suite has a bathroom and convenient tables for the make up sessions.
The venue is located in Magnolia and is surrounded by trees. There is a romantic pond next to the gazebo. My husband and I highly recommend this venue.

Magnolia meadows was an absolute dream venue for my husband and I! It was more affordable than a lot of places in the area and still felt pretty secluded and rustic. We LOVED how open it was for our 250 person wedding and the Covey’s are so understanding and easy to work with. We got a ton of compliments from guests on how beautiful the venue was with its large wooden barn doors and handmade gorgeous chandeliers. The bridal suite was plenty big for me and my 9 bridesmaids and we had so much fun getting ready there. However, the groom’s suite is pretty small and my husband mentioned wishing it were bigger. The pergola provided a dreamy outdoor ceremony that easily fit all our guests. Our only complaint is that you really have to do all the set up on your own (even getting out all the tables and chairs) so just be ready for that! We had enough people to where it wasn’t a problem but we had expected the tables to be out since we had sent a floor plan ahead of time. Regardless, we would book this venue again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a somewhat affordable rustic/outdoor feel and owners who are great to work with. Thank you magnolia Meadows for the wedding of our dreams!!

This beautiful venue is truly top notch! Katie and Spencer thought of everything when they designed it- GORGEOUS bridal suite, spacious grooms room, amazing handmade barn doors and chandeliers...every detail had so much thought put into it! And thats just the inside! Magnolia Meadows offers a gorgeous outdoor ceremony site as well with a pergola and they also have the sweetest gazebo overlooking a pond which makes a perfect spot for romantic photos! You will not regret booking here and working with one of the sweetest families-they are truly invested in each couple and want to make sure all of your wedding day dreams come true!

Me and my husband got married at Magnolia Meadows in November 18. We had the best experience we could ask for. The owners Spencer and Katie are extremely nice, and easy going. Any question we had, they answered for us in a timely manner. They obviously have to follow specific rules with a big venue like they have, but they are all very reasonable. I would recommend Magnolia Meadows to anyone that asked me of a place to get married.
