Hi, I’m Bailey — the face behind Magnolia Moments. I’m a wedding planner and coordinator with over five years of experience and the privilege of supporting more than 400 weddings, but more than anything, I’m someone who genuinely loves people and the stories they carry.
I’m known for being calm, organized, and steady—especially in high-pressure moments. I’m the person who can handle the timeline, fix the unexpected, and keep everything running smoothly, all while making you feel at ease. I care deeply about creating an environment where you feel supported, understood, and able to fully enjoy your day without stress.
At the same time, I’m very relational and intentional. I don’t just want your wedding to look beautiful—I want it to feel like you. I take the time to get to know what matters most to you, what you’re excited about, and what you might be worried about, so I can show up in a way that truly serves you.
