Magnolia Parlour

r micro wedding. Throughout the entire process Amanda always kept the line of communication open. She assisted us in planning, and helped elevate our intimate celebration dinner. I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is extremely good at what she does, and is very personable to work with.

to help make the process simple, go with The Event Troupe! I truly could not have planned my wedding without her. She makes you and your loved ones feel like family and cares deeply for each of her clients.

on, and calming presence made everything feel effortless. She took our vision and turned it into a dream day, with every detail, from the decor to the timeline, executed perfectly. The entire day went off without a hitch, and we were able to truly enjoy every moment, knowing Amanda had everything covered. So many of our guests commented on how seamless and beautiful everything was, and that’s all thanks to her. Thank you, Amanda, for turning our wedding into a day we’ll cherish forever.

tands out. She is incredibly professional, organized, and detail-oriented, which made everything run so smoothly. Beyond that, she’s also warm, fun, and so personable—it made the entire experience such a fun experience for me, and the entire crew. Her expertise was pivotal in making our recent shoot a huge success. I highly recommend The Event Troupe to anyone looking for top-tier wedding planning!

ving parts to any wedding, and Amanda has seen it all. From initial vendor recommendations to managing all the movements and details day-of, she made our wedding an exceptional and perfect event for us and our guests. She is worth her weight in gold. Her professionalism, attention to detail, care, and thoughtfulness make her the perfect wedding planner and coordinator.

a difficult task. We hired The Event Troupe after our first call because we knew we would be in good hands. The Event Troupe worked with all of our vendors, coordinated everything, and made everything a breeze for us. Amanda wanted us to enjoy our day without any worries and that is exactly what we did. We had two of the most stressful weeks leading up to our wedding with two hurricanes/evacuations and not knowing if we would have a house to come back to. Amanda took the time out of her day to check in on us to see how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to help. On top of that, the first cold front of the season was supposed to descend on our outdoor wedding venue the day of our wedding with cold temperatures and snow predicted. Without hesitation, Amanda went to work to help us determine all our alternative options to move the wedding indoors or bring in tents and heaters. The day before the wedding we called an audible and decided to take our chances on the weather by keeping the wedding outside and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful days ever. While we'd like to think Amanda and The Event Troupe called in a favor for the absolutely perfect weather we know she did all she could do to make our incredible day the wedding of our dreams. We highly recommend using The Event Troupe!! Thank you, Amanda! AnnMari and Adam - October 19, 2024

lp plan my wedding. She provide guidance on my weddings details and gave me recommendations for vendors that she has existing relationships with. She made sure everything was on track the day of the wedding and ensured we had a stress free day!

e package, which was a great affordable price. Amanda handled every little detail for us, vendor communication, contracts, timelines, etc. My husband and I highly recommend her for anyone’s wedding planning needs.

e. She is so dedicated to each wedding she gives you the sense that you are her only client. We cannot recommend her enough!

r options who suited our vision, and walk us through the process step by step. Then she executed on the plan seamlessly during our wedding weekend, making all our guests and families feel comfortable and relaxed. Amanda is fun, thorough, helpful, and always open to new and creative ideas for making your wedding special. We loved working with her and would recommend her 10/10!!

recommend.

xperience there was nothing that could possibly slip through the cracks. If you are looking for someone to make sure everything is taken care of, especially including things that you would've never even thought of, she is the one. I can't tell you how many times my panic melted into confidence that everything was taken care of and would be perfect. I love that she even made sure that my new husband and I had a chance to step away from the crowd and enjoy a few minutes together alone before entering the beautiful chaos of our reception. You have enough to do for your big day, don't let searching endlessly for the perfect wedding planner be one of those things. Because you already found it: The Event Troupe 🙌🏼.

a fantastic job! As a destination bride, it was so helpful to be able to ship out what decor we needed to her so we didn’t have to fly or drive it to CO! She has a lot of items we were able to rent, too, which was very convenient. The design workshop she did was also really helpful to see didn’t table settings, napkin folds, etc as I really did not know what I wanted at first. Amanda kept everything on track during the wedding, everything went so smoothly and guests had nothing but compliments for the day. Thanks Amanda!

!

She responded to all my emails quickly and helped me with every step along the way.

. I was excited to hire Amanda as my wedding planner because she seemed very detail oriented. While this still remains true, she is detail oriented for the way she wants the wedding to go. I had to fight for doing family photos before..she kept telling me “that’s not how I do it, it’s better to do family photos after”. Fast forward to our walk thru..I was incredibly embarrassed by her attitude & lack of respect for the other vendors. So much so that our day of contact for the venue, Sara, had to ask her boss to be there on the day of the wedding in case Amanda acted up. Sara also offered to me to be my primary contact on the wedding day so I didn’t have to be talked down to on my wedding day, in which I accepted. I never confronted Amanda regarding this because she was intimidating & not welcoming to hearing what I, the bride, had to say. Leading into the wedding, she had extremely early due dates for things. She asked me for the emcee sheet, which I gave directly to the DJ & communicated that with her, but she still responded by saying I need that like yesterday please…” **See attached photo for email** Additionally, she needed my ceremony seating chart 3 months prior to the actual wedding. I did give it to her, but it wouldn’t have mattered because she made my mother cry the day of. She argued with my mom that her ex husbands new wife should be in the front row. Thankfully she didn’t win this fight due to the 3 amazing ushers we had. However, it hurt my heart to see my mother & myself cry on my wedding day due to Amanda. At the rehearsal, she was micromanaging like nobody’s business. It took 45 min to practice just 1 time & she was being rude. I asked if we could walk from farther back to help my bridesmaid & a groomsmen practice their song while I was walking down the aisle. She ignored it & said nope. Then, she was telling me EXACTLY where to place my hands on my fiancé & that I needed my bouquet for when the officiant said “you may now kiss your bride”. I told Amanda I didn’t want my bouquet, but she said “YOU HAVE TO HAVE IT, it makes for a great photo.” I said “What if I don’t want it?” in which she responded with, “You have to have it.” She also needed her tip the night of the rehearsal, which I thought was unprofessional because we wouldn’t have tipped her as much after her behavior on our wedding day. She also reiterated to my mother that she has an anti harassment clause & told me one of my bridesmaids was verbally harassing her. Though my bridesmaid did confront her, it was in support of me getting what I wanted & was nothing near verbal harassment. I understand the verbal harassment clause protecting Amanda, but where’s the one protecting the clients?? If anybody was verbally harassing, it was Amanda. After the wedding, I received an email titled “For your sober self” which was incredibly rude because nobody was drunk. She told me that she talked with the bar to stop serving doubles & go to plastic ware because a few glasses were broken (what wedding doesn’t have broken glasses?!)…but we paid the bar for glassware…so we wasted money on that. Amanda was the biggest waste of money. I am only posting this because I’d hate for another bride & groom to be troubled with the drama she created for both myself, my family, & the wedding party.

we could relax and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was taken care of. So grateful to have worked with her!

ndled every detail, had incredible communication, and delt with all issues, including when 2 weeks before the wedding we discovered we actually were going to have a lot more people show up! Yikes. I cannot recommend her more highly, if there’s one single person on this planet that made the biggest contribution to our weeding, its Amanda. You won’t find better than her.

of our stress. She helped us realize all the little details we were not considering and had a solution for each (transporting guests up a mountain, table arrangements, etc), which was a great help when planning a wedding in Estes Park but living in Texas. She went above and beyond just helping coordinate the day of the wedding, she coordinated with all of our vendors so they knew where to be when, she arranged all of our wedding favors and table seating, she let us deliver wedding material to her house so we wouldn't have to travel with it, she set-up and took down the decorations at the ceremony site and reception, and she even found us a photographer a week out from the wedding due to a last minute cancellation. We cannot say enough great things about working with Amanda and the Event Troupe. Our wedding would not have been a success without her.

en when issues came up, she handled them perfectly. Every last detail was truly perfect. We could not have had a better experience working with Amanda!

k so much stress out of our day. Her recommendation of vendors, locations, products, etc. allowed us to have confidence that we were getting a fair price, quality products and reliable service. We could not imagine trying to plan this wedding without her. The value you get from her extremely reasonable pricing is well worth it. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and would without a doubt recommend her to anyone. Again, I cannot stress how much value she adds, both from an experience and stress reduction standpoint; likewise, although hard to quantify, I’m sure we saved money through her product & service recommendations along the way. In addition to the planning and coordinating, the amount of physical work and tasks she takes on were above what we initially expected from her. Amanda and team are true professionals that will genuinely care about your day as much as you do! Do not think twice about going with Amanda/The Event Troupe for any size event, I guarantee she will execute it to perfection!

their day? My husband and I were affected by the fires in Superior at the end of 2021 and while we didn't lose our home (thankfully), we were evacuated and could not return home for some time due to the toxins. Amanda was right there with us providing support and additional guidance during this difficult time which was honestly the more generous and kind thing we could have ever asked for. She went above and beyond in every way helping us find vendors, acting as a liaison between our vendors and us once they were booked, and she even has this extremely fun decorating party where you get to go to her home and make selections from her endless supply of beautiful wedding decor to rent for your day. On our wedding day, everything went off so smoothly. We had many guests that made comments to us during the wedding about how incredible she was! You would be doing yourself a huge disservice by not booking Amanda. She is worth every penny. Thank you so much, Amanda, for helping to make our day so special!

to make our wedding day special and unique to us, right to the very last detail. We owe our dream wedding to Amanda-she really rose beyond our expectations. ❤️

nce with our venue and when I say Amanda is the only reason we had an event at all, I’m not kidding. She went above and beyond what we hired her for. We had constant communication, compassion, and advice. Her wedding knowledge and network of vendors was invaluable. After the venue put us through hell and back Amanda pulled off our most amazing day ever. We don’t consider her just our planner, she is our friend. I’ll miss her dearly. Hiring a wedding planner is so worth it but hiring Amanda is a must. You’ll be in great hands! I promise!

esitation when we needed her to. The wedding honestly exceeded any expectations I had, and I was so impressed with everything she selected or designed with my input. The vendors were amazing, the process was so smooth and fun, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything Amanda did for us. She’s so helpful and effective, so definitely consider hiring her for your event!

tics of a wedding. She has great connections with vendors which helps with DIY planning. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I know it was because of her amazing work. As a local to Longmont, she is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of a mountain town wedding. We can’t thank her enough.

e ideas. I was a destination bride with a lot of questions and wanting a lot of attention on the little details. Amanda helped me plan my wedding for over a year and a half and helped me every step of the way! She spent months helping me pick the perfect venue, a few weeks helping me design a custom dessert table mini branch tree with hanging lights, and everything in between! She’s even let me ship things to her house so I wouldn’t have to fly with them and I got full access to her garage of wedding decor! On a budget, she also spent a lot of time giving me options to bring down the cost of some of my more expensive ideas. She knows and has relationship with many venues and vendors in the area which really helps too. I also love that it’s a family affair with her daughter and mom joining in to help occasionally. I would recommend Amanda many times over, and she deserves 3 times what she charges!

g day. She coordinated our vendors, she gave us advice on style choices and helped us coordinate all of the decor so that everything actually matched. She helped to ensure that our wedding day ran so smoothly we had not a thing to worry about except for enjoying ourselves, even when it poured rain for the 30 minutes that was supposed to be our outdoor ceremony. I would not have been able to have the beautiful wedding day of my dreams, nor sleep at night without being overly stressed out if not for Amanda. If you're looking for wedding coordination, tons of decor items to choose from that you don't have to buy or keep forever, and support every single step of the way - Amanda with The Event Troupe is your best shot!

people, I would say she is like a sweet, loving aunt who wants to do everything in her power to make sure your wedding day is as perfect as you imagine it to be. The biggest thing we needed from her was help to decorate the venue, which she did an amazing job with, literally exactly how I pictured it. (And trust me I was incredibly particular) BUT she ended doing soooo much more. If you are looking a wedding coordinator or wedding planner is going to support you the whole way, Amanda is the right hire for your special day.

of all vendors and decor, and making sure the day was going as planned. She was definitely essential!

y of coordinator. She truly treated us like family. Amanda is very organized and personable - super fun to work with! We met with her often to talk about our big day and every little detail. All of our vendors complimented her as well. Our wedding in April 2021 was absolutely perfect and went off without a hitch because of her. We couldn’t have pulled it off without her, especially since we were from out of state and doing a destination wedding in Estes Park. We highly, highly recommend The Event Troupe for any and all wedding coordination services!

sure they day ran smooth, and so many of our guests told us how impressed with her she was. She makes you feel at ease that your special day will be exactly what you were hoping for! Thank you Amanda for everything you did for us, our day was beautiful and we can't thank you enough!!

Covid. Amanda helped curate our event that included EVERYTHING. As someone (me) who doesn’t fret over the details but wanted a memorable experience, Amanda made it happen to the extreme. A wedding in 30 days? With spectacular vendors? This turned out to be the exact thing that my (now) husband and I needed. From start to end, it’s been a wonderful experience to make sure that we had a memorable memory of the wedding. Friends and family are still raving about how well put together it was, and how intimate it felt. If anyone is looking for an experienced planner who knows the industry, has so many helpful thoughts/connections, who you can truly trust to make an event a beautiful experience, PLEASE do yourself a favor and connect with Amanda. To Amanda specifically - you rock. Thank you for connecting with us and making this happen for us in 30 days all via zoom and email. The communication was greatly appreciated, and also making sure we had all the right people in place for ours and our guests experiences.

ble to plan everything with no headaches whatsoever! I am a planner, but Amanda takes it to the next level. She thinks of everything, and has fantastic recommendations for the things you hadn't even thought to consider. When Covid hit, she continued to be an amazing support system and flawlessly rescheduled all of our vendors for next year. We can't wait to keep working with her! We know she's going to continue to make everything seamless. Hiring Amanda was the best decision we could have made!

lped me be more organized and know what to do next. She was patient through all of my indecision and last minute mix ups or changes. She helped me find vendors and took over organization of all of my vendors which was so helpful. My vendors all mentioned how much they appreciated her and how helpful she was in supplying the needed information to each one. Everyone seemed to be on the same page and not needing to talk to me much at all, which was great! There is so much on your plate when planning a wedding, I really don’t know how I would have done it without Amanda. I highly recommend The Event Troupe!

he news until I reached out to Amanda. Within hours she had a list of vendors that could accommodate my guest list, in the perfect location and had my date available. She went above and beyond even before the virus hit. I like to consider myself organized but I could not have put it all together without her. From her awesome prop package to her detailed timeline. She was prompt in responding to all my hundred emails I sent and prompt with taking over dealing with stuff I couldn’t even think about like table placement. When I first met her I had a few ideas on my vision but no idea how to pull it all together. The day of your wedding may bring some stress but I knew I had nothing to worry about because Amanda would take care of it. My whole bridal party even commented on how on top of her game she was. I am so appreciative of how above and beyond she went to make my day more magical than I ever could have imagined!

She helped us with contracts, staying in top of vendor payments, venue selection, literally everything. Amanda is the best. She helped our ceremony look amazing, exactly the look we wanted, and helped make our day special and meaningful. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!

I was a destination bride and she was so patient and welcoming with me getting my items shipped to her home. It was great to land in Colorado and get off my plane to find all my wedding props sorted neatly in categories in her home and my signs already framed. She helped double check every detail of my day and eased the stress of a destination wedding. She had no problem communicating with my mom and sister when they had questions. If I was on the fence about something or just felt like it was too hard to accomplish, she had a way of easing my negative thoughts and making it a reality! I 100% recommend Amanda for your big day!

responsive. She goes above and beyond to ensure your big day is special. We adored working with her and would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. You would be nuts to go with anyone else!

highly recommend anyone looking for a planner to reach out to Amanda.

. She was solely responsible for making the wedding day itself go smoothly and as planned. I knew I didn't need to worry about anything with Amanda overseeing vendors, guests, timelines, etc. She was always on top of it and was a real pleasure to work with over the past several months. You can tell Amanda truly cares about the bride and groom and their big day. She puts in so much time, effort and care, and consistently goes above and beyond. I had several of my guests come up to me to tell me how great Amanda was and how lucky we were to have her. I agree with them! I am so grateful to have found Amanda and Events@5820!

s at my dad's house so no venue staff to help. Amanda knew all the right questions to ask as we prepared and came up with some fantastic additions to our plan. When we showed up to the house from the ceremony the reception was 100% what I had imagined and more. Amanda also had to put some pressure on some of our vendors to make sure everything was perfect. She did a great job making sure the entire evening was a success. I couldn't be more thankful to have worked with Amanda and the wedding would not have happened without her hard hard work!
