With outdoor patio seating, up to 225 guests can be accommodated. Hold your ceremony outdoors on the picturesque farm and hold your reception inside the barn space. Over 100 years old, the barn has a number of modern upgrades, including restroom facilities and a prep kitchen on the lower floor for caterers. The kitchen also features a large commercial refrigerator and sink and counter space. The farmhouse offers a place to relax and get ready before the ceremony and is fitted with two full bathrooms. In what was the barn's original granary sits a large concrete bar. Above it is a loft with plenty of space for guest entertainment, such as a band or DJ. After some dancing, take in a breath of fresh air on the large patio with a gas stone fireplace. There are also porch heaters; inside, the barn is fitted with fans.
