appreciated, and we recognize that coordinating a wedding involves many moving pieces. At the same time, there were parts of the planning experience that did not fully meet our expectations.
At different points throughout the process, we felt that communication and follow-through could have been stronger. As the wedding approached, there were times when we felt we needed to stay on top of certain details ourselves rather than being able to fully rely on the planning process. We understand that some difficult personal circumstances came up for our planner during this time, and we genuinely empathize with that. However, we also felt this may have been an appropriate time for their assistant to step in more actively with communication and coordination so that things continued moving smoothly.
There were also some important details on the wedding day that did not come together as planned, including our send-off not being announced or coordinated as expected and our cake still being frozen at the time of our cake cutting. While we understand that not every aspect of a wedding day will go perfectly—and that some of these details involve coordination with other vendors—we had hoped for more proactive oversight to ensure these moments happened as planned or that issues were identified and addressed beforehand.
Overall, our wedding was still a beautiful and very special day, and we appreciate the work that went into helping bring it together. We are thankful for the things that went well, while also feeling that stronger communication, attention to detail, and follow-through throughout the planning process would have made our experience significantly better.

close friend than a vendor throughout wedding planning. She was SO helpful throughout the planning process even though we had technically only booked a day of coordination package. We had a tented wedding reception at my parents' farm, and she was such a big player in the day coming together so beautifully, helping us think through even the smallest of details to make the day go smoothly.
When it came to day of/week of, Shelby and her team were such a dream to work with. She took any of the last minute detail stress off of my shoulders and coordinated with vendors the week of/weeks leading up. And on the day of, she made sure I fully enjoyed the day and handled all of the set-up and details that morning, and was by my side the rest of the day checking in on me and handling truly anything we asked or needed. Her and her team were so attentive, kind, and just lovely. When we were ending the evening, my dad said he would give Shelby an 18,000 stars review if he could! I can't thank Shelby enough for how wonderful her and her team are!!

sential, and a million other things to us on our wedding day! THANK YOU for making our wedding day so incredibly smooth and seamless. There was so much attention to the details and the timeline which took a huge weight off our shoulders. They put up with crazy goofy behavior while never straying from the details. They also remembered small essential decor that we had only briefly talked about and had forgotten. This very important detail was saved thanks to Shelby!
As a couple we both agree whole-heartedly that we would not have had the amazing day that we did without Shelby and Hailey. They accepted help from our very hands-on families to let them feel included. The venue turned out absolutely stunning. They kept the day flowing as it should without letting us in on if there was even any stress or mishaps. Hopefully there wasn’t but the beauty is, we didn’t have to know!

is mindful of your budget, she is SO organized, such a hard worker, and she has such an eye for your vision. If something went wrong (no it didn’t). Even when my dress strap snapped, she had a sewing kit and sewed it back on (LIFE SAVER). She and her team work so well together, with you and with your vendors. who will be by your side throughout most of your day, we really took our time choosing a wedding coordinator and never once regretted our decision in choosing Shelby. She made our whole vision come to life, orchestrated all of the small details and timeline, kept everyone on schedule, and made sure we were doing well throughout the wedding day. The day after the wedding, we were talking and honestly said to one another that I think you could have thrown anything Shelby's way and she would've just handled it with no biggie! No matter what it was, that’s just who she is.
