Wow, I could not have dreamed of a more seamless tent experience than Mahaffey. Our tent was truly stunning, but the Mahaffey team was absolutely amazing. They were so helpful with every single detail of our tent wedding. They came out for multiple site visits (in Missouri!), and had a a full team on staff all week to make sure set up and take down were seamless. They even jumped in to help with unexpected last minute tasks we had to complete, it was a true team effort! We cannot thank the team enough for their time and expertise, our event was stunning because of your work. We could not recommend them enough, we wish we were having another 350 person event soon so we could have them back! :) Do not wait another minute to book them, and enjoy your spectacular wedding!

Timely, helpful, and boasts a large catalogue of items to choose from. Mahaffey was great to work with and super responsive as we constantly adjusted the inventory of our rentals for the wedding. Extremely diligent with delivery and pick-up. The items came in great quality!

Mahaffey made everything for our wedding come together flawlessly. They made sure to help us get the right colors to go with our wedding theme. I am from out of town and Kristy made sure that all my questions were answered to a T and I had no reservations about anything. We highly recommend for any event needs!!

Mahaffey had great prices and tons of options to make our reception venue pop! They were very accommodating and allowed us to make changes up to the last minute. I would recommend using them for any wedding of event.

I am an event planner in New Orleans and love working with Gulf Coast Tent Rentals. They are true professionals and are always up for a task no matter how big or small. I can appreciate the challenges that arise in the planning process and Angela and her team never runs from one. Their tents are great quality and rival anyone in the Southeast and I would recommend them to anyone in town.

Mahaffey was great to work with. I had searched for other vendors to compare pricing and see what exactly everyone had to offer and they were by far the best in price, accommodations, and they were extremely familiar with the venue where we got married. Before I booked with Mahaffey, my venue let me know I would need to work with the bride getting married the day before me if we were going to tent and use other rentals (the bride had just booked with the venue site). Overwhelmed and nervous working with someone I didn't know, we were able to work together and Mahaffey even cut us a deal because they were only having to deliver once and pick up once and they cut us a deal because we had all the same rentals. Would definitely use them again! The setting they created for our outdoor portion of the wedding was amazing!

They have the newest things on the market! they were so nice and very professional! Pick up and delivery was a breeze! My wedding was on a sunday and they were fantastic!

Mahaffey is the only vendor allowed at my venue, and they were a bit pricey. But everyone I worked with was really nice and helpful, and it turned out perfectly!

Mahaffey's selection and service is TOP NOTCH! I enjoyed the entire experience and my tables, chairs and linens were spectacular! It really upped the elegance factor of our wedding. I recommend Mahaffey to everyone!

This company was outstanding and so helpful! They had everything I needed and were open to do whatever needed to make the wedding of my dreams possible. My wedding was amazing but would not have been possible if not for Mahaffey. I would give my highest recommendation to anyone needing a tent, party supplies, and amazing people to make the wedding of your dreams possible.

I absolutely loved working with Mahaffey for my wedding. Clint is such an angel and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I wanted for my wedding. From table linens to leather contemporary lounge furniture, Mahaffey has it all and has it for a great price. I'd definitely recommend Mahaffey to anyone wanting to have a spectacular event.
