I are not always the best picture takers when big cameras are around and Mahina and her team made us feel incredibly comfortable. We felt like we were ourselves, felt comfortable and all of that showed in the pictures we took pre wedding and at our wedding.
In our pre wedding meeting, she went through exactly what we could expect day of and how things would work. The day of the wedding, everything was what we expected it would be and MORE. Mahina and her team went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our day was special, that every moment was captured and that we were comfortable the whole time. Our entire process with Mahina has been exceptional and has exceeded all of our expectations.
We highly recommend Mahina and her team for any of your photography needs (wedding and otherwise). We can’t wait to work with them again in the future for our upcoming photography needs!

band tends to be a little more on the reserve and shy side. Mahina was definitely able to make him uncomfortable (in a good way) and get us to be vulnerable to get great shots! I don’t think any other photographer would be able to get my husband to do things like she has in order to get the shot. It’s hard to be in front of a camera if you’re not used to it but she makes it fun and easy. She also adjusts if ‘that ain’t it’ which is so important!
She’s also great at making sure you get your sneak peaks in a timely manner. Her sneak peaks make you so excited to see the rest of your shots! The timeliness is also immaculate as she gets you your full album quickly!
We’ve had Mahina capture every major life event thus far including our maternity shoot. We’ll continue having her capture all our greatest life moments! Highly highly Recommend using her as your photographer.
