Mahinui Rainforest Weddings

We cannot be more enthusiastic about this venue and especially about Gail and Robert, who did EVERYTHING start to finish to create this special wedding for us! When I first emailed Gail from California where I live, she was incredibly informative, kind, and patient in answering all my questions. Then I spoke to her on the phone and we both couldn't feel happier with the match, that we'd work well together. Throughout the year of planning, she was quick with her responses and attentive to our needs and vision. We had an intimate wedding of 18 guests, but this was probably on the larger end of what Gail and Robert normally deal with. Nevertheless, they planned everything to the finest detail, adding so much love and passion to what they do, creating this beautiful, memorable wedding for us. It exceeded all expectations in every way possible, from the flowers to photos to cake to food to drinks to the beautiful words in the ceremony program to the gorgeous ceremony/reception pavilion and chalet to the magical treehouse honeymoon. Prior to my wedding day, I would read internet tips telling me to "keep calm because things don't always end up perfectly," but Gail and Robert truly defied that statement because both the groom and I could only describe our wedding as nothing short of "perfect," and it was all thanks to them, their hard work, their sincerity. You can tell they love doing what they do and put their whole hearts into it. Their extra touches go such a long way too, with helping us take some extra photos at the unique treehouse, bringing our wedding flower arrangements to us in the treehouse to allow us to remember that special day, leaving tropical fruits for us daily, and recommending some fascinating places to visit on the island. For all this, they will forever be a part of our lives, and we plan on returning for an anniversary down the line and reliving it all over again. We cannot recommend this venue and Gail and Robert enough. If you want a stress-free, memorable, once-in-a-lifetime, one-of-a-kind wedding experience to capture the happiness you feel being joined with your spouse that day, book this place and you won't have a single regret. It's a truly remarkable place run by remarkable folks, and it'll be the happiest day of your life.
