When we asked to meet in person for options, she actually refused to consult regarding floral options or even reserve an appointment unless we paid her a deposit and booked her. Demeanor was also shockingly unprofessional, unhelpful, and if anything, would have added to any wedding stress. She mixed up details I had emailed her about our wedding and behaved the complete opposite of how any business owner should, especially in the wedding business. So many other great options to book with, including Darling Elves in town, or look in Syracuse.

budget- finding cheaper options that were close to what I wanted without the price tag. She communicated throughout the planning process with ease. She arrived to our venue on time and found everyone that needed a corsage, boutonnière, and bouquet. She decorated our wooden arch BEAUTIFULLY with elegant draping and florals. I cannot say enough about her work. Everything was gorgeous. Her products and service were both impeccable- We would highly recommended Maidas to anyone!
