Mai-Kai is a wedding venue located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Our tropical gardens, complete with waterfalls, make the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony. The gardens can accommodate up to 50 guests, while our showroom can seat up to 250 guests for a ceremony on our Polynesian stage. Our daytime receptions can accommodate up to 250 guests. You have a choice of a sit-down luncheon or buffet with the addition of an open bar for 3 hours. You can extend the open bar before or during the reception. We can also perform our nationally renowned 30-minute Mai-Kai Islander Revue. We will dedicate the Tahitian Wedding song to the newlyweds during the show. The Tahiti & Samoa rooms can be combined for one party of up to 100 guests for evening receptions. We can also perform a 15-minute mini-show.

re d' in charge the day of the wedding really took care of us. They even did little things like decorate the cake table with fresh orchid flowers, put metal covers over our dinner plates while we were still socializing with guests, or search for us out in the gardens to serve us the cocktails we had ordered, all of which really made us feel special. We had our ceremony in the gardens outside and the reception in the back Tahiti dining room, which was perfect because the Mai Kai is already so exquisitely decorated I didn't have to spend the time or money on things like decorations or centerpieces. They even set up a cleric to perform our ceremony, so it was one less thing for me to do! I chose the Mai Kai because of the history and beauty there and am so glad I did, it was even better than I imagined it to be. I'd highly recommend the Mai Kai to other couples looking for a special, unique wedding.
it was very tropical and the pictures were breathtaking because of the tropical gardens and waterfalls. The food is phenominal!;it can be a little dark
