We got married on Sept 15, 2024 at Granite Rose in Hampstead, NH. Matt Perez was our DJ and he was absolutely amazing! We met him at Main Event’s “ meet the DJs” night which was such a great idea to get to know everyone. What we loved is that he had a science about how to incorporate the different genres of music that our families both like so everyone had a chance to get out and dance and enjoy the night. It was great to see the elderly members of both sides of the family on the dance floor and enjoying their time! Matt even seamlessly added in some of the requests made by my dad later in the evening when we were in our “todays hits” dance mode so my dad and my husband’s grandfather go get up and dance throughout the whole night! Thank you for such a great evening Matt!!!

We chose Kevin as our DJ and we are SO happy that we did! Friends of ours have used him before at their wedding and have always said such great things! When we first met Kevin, we are instantly relaxed at how he reassured us of how we were doing choosing songs, how things will go during the day and his plan. The day of the wedding he planned everything so perfectly and we are so happy how everything came out! Near the end of the night when we all were dancing, he went along with the crowd and played music that everyone loved. All our guests said that they had the best time and I want to say that Kevin was a big part of that! Thank you Kevin for everything, you were amazing!

We had DJ Hayden for our wedding on 9/21 at Abenaqui Country Club. From the very beginning with the zoom meeting, and Instagram messages he was very attentive and understood exactly what we envisioned and wanted. He gave great recommendations and ideas with songs and mixes. The day of the wedding he made us very relaxed and was beyond kind through everything. Especially with the entrances into the reception! He made it easy and relaxed and hyped up the guests prior to us entering which made the moment very fun and memorable. His dinner playlist was exactly what we envisioned and the photo dash on the dancefloor was so much fun and such a great song choice. When the dance floor opened and the night continued with dancing I don't have enough words to express how much of a great job he did. Between the song choices, mixes and keeping guests dancing it was beyond perfect. He also was able to pull up a different version for the final dance song and went into the song so smoothly and made it SO MUCH FUN! I'm so happy he convinced us to go with the final private dance at the end of the night with just the two of us because it was one of our favorite moments. He gave us our moment and set the lights up and it was better than either of us could've imagined. Guests are still raving about the music! We cannot recommend him enough and will continue to recommend him in all of the wedding groups we are still in. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful for everything he did for us!

We had the time of our lives at our wedding! Mike made it even better with the amazing music that kept EVERYONE up dancing all night long, lights and the dancing in the clouds for our first dance. We went through Main Event Entertainment to find a DJ for our wedding. Tom Darling was so much fun! We had a great time dancing to the music all night long. We met with him multiple times before the wedding to finalize all the details. He even created a mash up for my dad and I do a surprise dance. If you are looking to have a super fun time I would highly recommend Tom.

Adam was great!! He was super easy to work and communicate with and really made us feel comfortable knowing he was all over making sure our evening flowed perfectly. He helped make our wedding great and the party even better.

DJ Kibar sets the standard for professionalism in the DJ industry. After the first 10 minutes of our zoom consultation with him when we were picking vendors, I texted my wife that this guy was the one we wanted at our wedding. He is charismatic, laid back, and helps make set list planning a breeze. We opted for his live piano package, and he more than readily sent us back samples of music so he could acquiesce our "punk goes piano" playlist. My wife walked down the aisle to "Follow you into the Dark" by Death Cab for Cutie and Kibar executed it perfectly. He was able to edit and send us cuts of our first dance song and parent dances almost instantaneously. I truly could not have imagined a better DJ, or better guy for the job. He helped make our day all the more special and customized and we thank him so much for that.

DJ Jay Malette did an AMAZING job at our wedding on Sunday 9/8/24. We highly recommended him as well as A Main Event DJs. Tom Darling was the best DJ we could have asked for as he made our wedding day that much more perfect. He was great at getting people out onto the dance floor and was easy to work with throughout. We had multiple meetings to plan out everything and he was so helpful making suggestions based on what he had done or seen in the past. We were so lucky to have Tom for our wedding and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good DJ to work with at their next event.

We worked with Lloyd and had the best experience with this company and Lloyd specifically! He was so attentive to our needs, which included Hora dancing, a daytime wedding that still needed to be fun and energetic, and a mix of old and young guests where we wanted to make sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. I can't say enough about how happy we are with DJ Kevin Sawler from Main Event Entertainment. From our first meeting, we knew Kevin 'got' what we were going for with our wedding. We planned a Lego Masters competition to hold during our reception, and he was all over the music, lighting, timing, and adding lots of fun and color commentary the whole way! His excitement and engagement really elevated not only that aspect, but our whole event. He helped us with music selections, and at the event helped coordinate and keep time for everything! The quality of his services cannot be beat. The energy and fun he brought really helped make it our perfect day!

DJ Kibar with Main Event Entertainment was AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about him and his performance at our wedding. DJ Joey Dion was the perfect DJ for our wedding. He made sure everything went according to plan. He was very open to working with us to finalize all of our special dance songs (first dance, father/daughter, mother/son). He played the perfect music to keep the dance floor full all night long. I would recommend them every time!!!

I booked Matt Parez to DJ our wedding and it was the BEST choice of DJ’s I could have picked. Our venue was at a mountain top and he had to bring his equipment up a chair lift and back down again for the reception and he did it with ease and efficiency. He communicated with the groom and I throughout the entire night and for our private last dance he made sure everyone was out and we were comfortable and ready for it. 8/31/2024 We had Matt Perez as our DJ at Steele Hill Resorts in Sanbornton,NH. He was awesome! We gave him our playlist requests which ranged in many different genres of music including last minute requests. He was very acomodating and professional. We could not have asked for a better DJ!

We are so thankful that we had Kibar as our DJ for our August '24 wedding. He was awesome throughout the entire process, taking the time to learn our preferences and walk through our vision for the entire day. We had DJ Dan as our DJ at our wedding this past weekend and I cannot say enough good things about him! We had DJ Hayden for our wedding this past July and he was amazing! He made the process really easy for us leading up to the wedding, helping us edit our formal dance songs and sending us playlists to choose from when we didn't know what walk out song to pick. During the reception he did a great job playing to the crowd, while still sticking to the style of songs we had wanted. Everyone loved him!

We worked with DJ Matt Perez and it was a wonderful experience. Leading up to the wedding day, Matt did a great job getting to know us, our vibe, and what we envisioned the role of the music and him throughout our cocktail hour and reception. DJ Mike Benoit from Main Event Entertainment was amazing! He went above and beyond for us to help make our wedding celebration absolutely perfect. He was so easy to communicate with and I felt like he really cared about us and about our wedding day. He made the wedding celebration flow smoothly— announcing first dances, cake cutting and speeches. Once the dance floor opened up he kept everyone entertained and on the dance floor. I had multiple guests come up to us afterwards saying “that was the best dj I’ve ever experienced!” It meant a lot that my guests had an incredible time as well as my husband and I. We would absolutely recommend Mike for being your wedding DJ!

DJ Mike from Main Event absolutely took our wedding to the next level. He was extremely kind, professional, and on top of things throughout the entire experience from our initial consultation, planning session, right through the actual wedding day. He was very patient and listened to our vision and also knew when to step in with helpful feedback and ideas. On our wedding day, he showed up on-time, and set up very quickly (including adjusting his equipment when it started to rain during our ceremony). The stereo equipment at the ceremony and reception sounded great. When it came to the reception, he put together a legendary DJ set that had everyone out of their seats and dancing. People kept coming up to us with congratulations -- not on the wedding (although there was still plenty of that) -- but on our choice of DJ! Mike also made sure to check in with us multiple times throughout the day to see if we needed anything, and even helped provide medical attention to one of our guests who had an allergic reaction. Really can't recommend him enough to folks who are looking for a professional DJ experience with extra pazazz come dance party time. Thanks DJ Mike!!

Main Event connected us with Lloyd for our wedding on May 4th, 2024. He was so patient, kind, and supportive throughout the planning process. He said to us “everything is easy with me.” And “I want you both to have the best day.” He was a ton of fun and very professional on our wedding day. Main Event and DJ Hayden were our entertainment for our wedding in July through our venue, Granite Rose, and we couldn't have been happier with what was provided. Hayden reached out to us beforehand and we nailed down what kind of vibe we wanted for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and he delivered! DJ Matt Perez did an outstanding job. Down to earth, very easy to work with. Has a great understanding of what songs to play and when. Our wedding was multi-cultural and he had everyone dancing from the kids to the grandparents. Also, he went above and beyond by allowing one of our special needs children the chance to play "DJ". One to which she still speaks about. Matt, thank you for your dedication to your craft. Everything was perfect!! We also rented a photobooth through Main Event and the gentleman running it was great as well! He allowed the bridal party to walk out wearing some props.

All of the information and preferences we gave him was put into play at our wedding and people are honestly still raving about how much fun they had. Hayden's skills really came into play during our ceremony - it was unexpectedly windy and the microphone / speaker situation was tricky. He was super flexible and tried out multiple options to be sure people could be heard as much as possible. We appreciated his calm energy and how he never made the wind into a big problem! This flexibility also came into play when we had a surprise toast during our reception - Hayden went with the flow and everything turned out perfectly. We also connected with Erik a month prior to our wedding to iron out song choices. He built out a setlist from a few songs that we chose - based on guest's reactions, he absolutely nailed it! Erik was so kind and flexible with our thoughts for the ceremony - an absolute pleasure to chat with and such an incredibly talented musician. Which brings us to the dancing! Hayden put together THE BEST songs for us - everyone had so much fun, regardless of age and music preferences. The transitions between songs kept everyone excited and on their toes to find out what was next. We couldn't have asked for a better teammate and DJ to help make all of our wedding dreams into reality. We are so grateful for both Hayden and Erik. Again - we highly recommend both of these amazing professionals to any future couple. The whole crew Main Event Entertainment was so communicative and collaborative throughout the entire process. We worked with DJ Matthew Perez for our wedding day at Timber Hill Farm on 6/22/24 and had such a great experience! Matt was very easy to work with and great at communicating and answering questions leading up to the wedding. From just the few short conversations we had with him, he absolutely nailed the style of music we wanted and had people on the dance floor throughout the night. I would also highly recommend getting uplighting as it really helped with setting the party vibe. Overall, there was nothing I would change about working with Matt and Main Event Entertainment - if you're thinking about booking them for your wedding - do it!

DJ Tyler was phenomenal! He was super easy to work with during the planning process and always very friendly too. Any time we had questions or any special requests that we wanted (for example, start/end points for certain songs), he was able to accommodate them with no problems. During the reception, he played amazing music, kept the dancefloor packed the whole night and accommodated all of our requests. Several guests mentioned to us how good the music was and how perfectly balanced the variety was for all age groups. He was also a fantastic MC – the announcements such as the intros and the cake cutting went so smoothly. Huge shout out to Mike! Mike was absolutely incredible. From the time of booking, to our meetings and every step of the way, Mike was there to support us in making the best music decisions for our big day. The biggest worry of a wedding is, “Will people dance?” Well let me tell you, Mike had our dance party going to the point where the venue was begging us to get off the dance floor for food and dessert. We were married on Saturday June 22, 2024 in Scarborough Maine. Tom Darling was our DJ for the event and he was AWESOME!! He was very attentive and responsive during the planning process, allowing Chris and I to put together a list of must-have songs. From there Tom was able to curate an unbelievable playlist for our wedding! We had people dancing on the dance floor for all three hours of dancing! Would highly recommend Tom for your event!

JP Jacqui could not have been a better fit for us. We first met her over a zoom call prior to the wedding. Jacqui was extremely pleasant and professional to work with. She listened to all of our requests and made an effort to understand what we were envisioning for our wedding day. Come wedding day, Jacqui performed a beautiful and flawless ceremony. She made sure to check in with us both before and after the ceremony and the entire process was as easy and comfortable as could be. We also could not be happier with DJ Lloyd! We had a thorough phone call with Lloyd prior to the wedding to go through our music preferences and wedding details. Lloyd was extremely nice, professional, and super funny! The music selection and MC services at our wedding were exactly what we wanted – FUN! Lloyd was interactive, energetic, and could totally “read the room” for our guests. We could not recommend Jacqui and Lloyd enough! They both played a memorable role in our perfect day.

Main Event made the whole process of finding the right DJ for our wedding easy, and we couldn't have been happier with DJ Jay. He brought just the right enthusiasm to bring our party to life. We didn't provide him with much musical guidance at all, and were so happy with what he put together for our playlist. He had a really good setlist that included both the wedding classics and some more hidden gems that really brought our dance floor alive. He was very accommodating and able to bring all his equipment to the top of a mountain for our wedding ceremony, where he did a wonderful job with our audio. He had a host of tools and sample setlists to share with us, to make our selection of songs easy. We were very happy with DJ Jay and would recommend him to anyone else!

We were so lucky to have DJ Mike Benoit for our wedding at Zorvino Vineyards on 6/8/24! After our first meeting with Mike, we knew he would exactly fit our vibe. He ran us through a fun music quiz where my husband and I individually rated music genres. Despite giving almost opposite answers to each genre of music (lol), Mike perfectly blended our taste for our wedding day. The remixes and transitions on the dancefloor were awesome. Soo many people came up to us throughout the wedding and weeks after to say the music was SO GOOD, and even complimented the centerpiece giveaway Mike did to get the energy up before the dancefloor opened! We got married on 6.2.24 at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, ME. Knowing Matt Perez through the wedding industry, we knew he would be the perfect fit for our intimate 65 person wedding. Matt DELIVERED and exceeded all of our expectations with varying genres, and fulfilling our requests of lots of mixing to keep the dance floor packed all night. Matt is professional, genuine, and knows how to host a party. Matt officiated our wedding as well- and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautifully written and performed ceremony because of Matt. Our family and friends raved about Matt through and through. Even our photographer from Maine stated he was “the best she’s seen in a long time.” If you’re looking for a DJ to fulfill all your music dreams and absolutely kill it on your wedding day- Matt Perez is your guy!! Our wedding venue is partnered with Main Event Entertainment and we can see why. They have an incredible team of DJs and Officiants who they hand pick for each event. Our DJ, Lloyd Mnaphi, was the best DJ we could’ve asked for. From the ceremony to the reception to everything in between, he was on it. The music choices were immaculate and the flow of it all just made sense. There were always people on the dance floor and Lloyd even came out and danced with us for cotton eye joe. Lloyd also was very respectful and responsive through emails and phone calls. He went through every detail with us to make sure our wedding day was perfect, which thanks to him, it was. I would 100% pick Lloyd again if I had the chance to. Our officiant, Sherry Farrell, was so incredible and so kind. She was very responsive and answered any questions we had. My husband and I said our own vows and Sherry incorporated those into her reading. I would love to get the chance to work with her again and highly recommend Sherry.

We got married at Granite Rose by Wedgewood Weddings who works with Main Event Entertainment for DJ and JP services. Through the company, I worked with DJ Mike Benoit and JP Jacqui Dion, both of whom I would highly recommend for their professionalism and attentiveness. DJ Mike was friendly and quick to capture our musical taste to match it with the crowd vibes throughout the night. He was great at keeping the energy level up while making sure things run smoothly to our timeline. JP Jacqui Dion was sweet and communicative. She helped us proof-read our vows and her readings took many tears from our guests.

DJ Kibar was incredible. He was communicative, enthusiastic, helpful and brought the perfect amount of energy. Our guests were impressed and we were so happy that he was a part of our day. We also had a guitarist, Erik Strout, who played throughout the ceremony and cocktail hour. 10/10 recommend !!!

At the start of our DJ hiring process we spoke to a few different DJs with Main event, all of them were extremely friendly, well versed in the work that they do, and so helpful in helping us understand the entire DJ process. They really made it hard to pick just one DJ because everyone we talked to was so great! However, within 5 minutes of talking to DJ Mike Benoit, we knew he was the DJ for us. You could tell by the way he talked about music that he truly enjoys every aspect of it and takes great pride in everything that he does. Every funny request that we had, from including Spongebob in our bridal party entrances, to surprising my dad with some Disturbed before our first dance, he found a way to make it happen! The communication leading up to our wedding and during it, walking us through the cake cutting, first dances, introductions, everything, was absolutely incredible. There was never a time that we didn't feel like we were in good hands. When we were stuck on certain songs, he helped us to pick what would work best for the vibe we were looking for in that moment. We were pulled out of the reception for a few minutes as dancing started to go take sunset pictures, but upon our return to the dance floor, no less then 30 minutes into the night we were already being told how incredible our DJ was. Those compliments did not stop through out the night, and have yet to stop even now 5 days out. DJ Mike kept our dance floor completely full all night and had family members I have never seen dance busting out their moves! One of my favorite moments was when he joined us for the Wobble and coached our guests through it as it is a bit different from their typical cupid shuffle! I truly can not say enough good about DJ Mike Benoit and Main even Entertainment. Every conversation left us feeling more and more at ease with our decision. A feeling that was magnified ten fold at our actual wedding. I would recommend Main Event and ESPECIALLY Mike to anyone looking to create memories that will last a life time and keep your dance floor full all night long!

To say that Tyler was a great DJ would be a massive understatement. I don’t think that we can properly express truly how fantastic he was to work with not just as a DJ, but as a partner throughout this process. We tried our best to rattle him with a million song requests, different entrance songs, last minute changes, family and cultural traditions, and nothing phased him. Every conversation that he had with us prior to the wedding was exactly what we needed, providing us with the guidance that we desperately needed, and the assurance that we were going to have an incredible party. Thanks to Tyler we definitely had that, our guests raved about him, and we are so grateful to have been paired with him.

DJ Mike Benoit delivered exactly what we wanted for our wedding- a killer dance party! When we first met with DJ Mike, we told him that our vision for our wedding was simply a big party. We've been to plenty of weddings before where the formalities dominate the day and by the end, you really only get an hour or two to let loose. We wanted our friends and family to be able to really let go and enjoy the whole night. DJ Mike packed the dance floor with the best mixes I've ever heard! He somehow was able to get songs from all the genres we like- 90s hip-hop, all the way down to Emo and even country! The dance floor was packed all night and MULTIPLE friends kept telling me how he was the best DJ they've heard in comparison to recently attended weddings and even clubs! He was also especially attentive when I asked if he could avoid playing my favorite song while I had to take a bathroom break! We have no doubt our wedding was so much fun because of Mike. Stop your DJ search right here and just book him- you will not be disappointed!
