how happy I am that you were there to celebrate with us, but here's a start: Michelle, you knew what was important to us and made things happen (like moving furniture for the ceremony), and you MORE than delivered. Bob, you had EVERYONE dancing - from friends to aunts to grandparents! We still have guests saying how much fun it was, and that we had awesome entertainment! Thank you again!!!

. I reached out to Bob at Main Event Weddings LAST minute after not receiving a contract from another DJ I had a consultation with. Let me tell you, life works in mysterious ways because working with Bob and his team was THE BEST decision I could have made for my wedding. Bob and I had a nice phone consultation to which we chatted about the style of music I like and the type of DJ I was looking for. He told me he had just the guy and got me in contact with Shane, one of the DJ's on the team. Shane reached out to me the same night and we had a 45 minute phone consultation. I hung up the phone and knew immediately Shane was our guy. He asked my husband and I to send him 5-6 songs we wanted played at the reception and he put a mix together and sent it to us the next day. The mix of those songs got us so excited and ready to party. I reached out to Bob for a contract to which I got the SAME DAY!!! I was able to make payments online on his website via credit card which was very convenient and I could log in at any time to check my balance, complete a profile with song lists and schedules. The website is easy to navigate and helpful for brides who want to lay out every detail. A week or so before the wedding I received some forms from Shane to complete as well just to make sure all the details were met. Shane showed up to the reception early to set up and was so helpful with some last minute things we threw together and he came ready to party! Even though we had a laid back/semi structured reception, Shane was on top of everything with the timeline, MC, and the music mixing. He even walked around, ate and drank with us and our guests and fit right in like he has been a part of the family forever! Not to mention, people came up to me ALL NIGHT saying how great the DJ and the music was. We danced ALL NIGHT LONG and Shane kept the dance floor packed. I can't thank Shane enough for giving us the absolute best wedding party/reception we could have asked for. Thank you so much for giving us and our guests a night to remember forever!

in October and wanted to have a more "causal" wedding reception with the rest of our friends and family to celebrate when we got home. We knew we wanted a DJ, and he was the perfect fit! He played a variety of songs ranging from todays hits to throwbacks! At the end he did an incredible job mashing songs together to really get the crowd on their feet! He was super quick with responding to us regarding the contract and requesting a list of songs, so he could get a general idea of what we wanted playing. We will definitely be a returning customer when we host another party!!

He immediately switched our date no questions asked. When it came time for the wedding this year, it was also a breeze. Bob has an online portal where you can add ALL of the necessary info, upload songs you want from Spotify for different sections of the night, etc. He also is a one-stop shop - we used him for ceremony, cocktail hour, uplighting, party lighting and DJ and he did an incredible job with everything! He is such a personality, too, my friends were raving about how hilarious he was the next day. All in all, if you want a super easy process with a genuine guy, and a GREAT party, hire Bob!!

We were blown away by the smooth melody transitions, the balance between the classics and the new age songs. My sister/maid of honor even reached out to him (without our knowledge) just to coordinate something extra special. There was something enjoyable for all ages for the entire night. We would highly recommend DJ Bob for any wedding or event! Five stars!

the fun going. In addition to the party, Bob was an amazing MC, introducing all of the events of the night perfectly. The planning was simple and painless. His portal is very detailed and straightforward. We actually had a fun time filling out all the details. He also has a really fun feature where you can link your Spotify if you’d like. Pricing was extremely fair and Bob was worth every penny. If you are looking for a professional who is reasonably priced and brings the right amount of class and party- Bob is your guy!!

also hired two musicians for cocktail hour and dinner and Bob played music while they were getting set up so there was never a lull. He kept all our guests aware of the timeline and announced when everyone was to sit for dinner, when the dessert room opened, and when dancing was to begin. Bob played all the best songs during the night to keep everyone on the dance floor. There was never a time where the dance floor was empty. He was also great at transitioning songs. If a song he was playing wasn’t getting the response he wanted, he quickly transitioned to a new song and if a song had everyone excited, he’d stay on it. The up-lighting was also a game changer and made the venue feel like a night club. I would absolutely recommend hiring Main Event Weddings for your special day.

commodating. I didn’t know what music I wanted and told Bob to do his thing. He read the crowd perfectly. We danced all night long and he even added some classic Sinatra which my Italian relatives really appreciated. Also, when you hire Bob (because he’s the only option) be sure to include the photo booth package with the extra attendant to make a scrapbook. It was an amazing addition, especially for people who hate dancing but wanted to have fun. The scrapbook is priceless. Oh, and the lighting was gorgeous and added so much to the venue. Thanks Bob for a great night!

st 5 months since our wedding day and EVERY. time. the topic of our wedding comes up among family and friends, their first comment is STILL how INCREDIBLE the DJ was. EVERYONE danced all night, completely lost track of time, and to this day RAVE about the music. Bob really listened to all of my requests to make the night exactly what I wanted. I'm so so happy I chose him as my DJ!!!!
