Located in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, Main Street Catering is a full-service and versatile catering company with over 30 years of experience in the Northern Arizona community. Voted “Best Caterer of Flagstaff,” by the readers of the Arizona Daily Sun many times, we pride ourselves on excellent food, exceptional service and custom menu planning. Our expertise ranges from intimate gourmet dinners of less than 20 people, hors d’oeuvres buffets for 300, casual dinners, themed parties, family barbecues, casual lunches and more. Main Street Catering was the biggest hit at our wedding. The guests were raving about the food and bartending for days-weeks after. They presented the appetizers in such a jaw dropping matter and even brought a plate out while we took photos. The best part for me was they were such a well managed team, provided plates/napkins/cutlery/bartenders/servers/trash services, and had some good ideas to enhance the experience. Our menus were easy to put together (after narrowing down all the delicious options) and Jyll was there each step of the way. 10/10 would book them again or attend any wedding they cater!

Just had my wedding this month (June 2023) and Main Street catering did a phenomenal job at catering my wedding! The food was delicious and there was enough for everyone to even get seconds. My husband and I worked closely with Jyll about 6 months prior to our wedding and she was wonderful to work with. Her emails were clear and concise and she always answered any questions we had. Their menu offers a lot of variety which is something we really liked. Make sure you book a food tasting, as this really helped us make the final details perfect. Jyll was so great she even ordered new plates for us since we were looking for a specific aesthetic. Their presentation upon wedding day was gorgeous! My guests said they loved the food :) and Jyll personally made sure my husband and I were the first ones served! Thank you so much to the Main Street Catering team for helping make our wedding day so special!

Main Street Catering catered our wedding at Shoshone Point on 10/3, *very* last minute (our original caterer dropped out mid-June). They were very responsive and helpful with the super short deadline. On top of that, all of the food we got was amazing. All of our guests commented on how great it all tasted! We cannot thank Main Street enough, they were the best!

We used Main Street Catering for our wedding at the Arboretum at Flagstaff this past September for appetizers, dinner, and bartending. The food was delicious (those mashed potatoes!!!), and all of the staff was so friendly and kind to all of our guests! We opted for the buffet style, and everyone got through the line so quickly because there are staff helping to serve you. The bartenders were quick to get drinks and fun to banter with. Alexis is a wonderful coordinator and made sure that everything went smoothly. We would 100% recommend them for anyone getting married in Flagstaff!

I had a very good experience with Main Street for my Sedona-area wedding. They were very responsive by email, which I found most other vendors were not. The price was very reasonable and the food was very good. We served a buffet-style BBQ. Many of the guests told me they enjoyed food. They were also very open to my vegetarian ideas. They also provided a bartender for a very reasonable cost.

This Flagstaff company was a little disappointing. Miscommunications left the main course underdone at the wedding. Service was good at the reception.
